You have to call to see how it is doing, that is, if they have even touched it at that point. Then they get huffy with you if you do call. Sorry, not like my one and only vehicle is in there or anything. Sorry to offend or inconvenience you by wondering about the progress of MY vehicle, while I'm having to make arrangements for rides or using another source of transportation. Very unprofessional and rude. If you are so backed up, don't take as many clients. Even a call to say you haven't touched it would be nice, but I guess that's even too much to ask. Then there is the matter of when you do get your vehicle back, things never sound/act 100% right. It seems right at first, but then a week or 2 later you find that something isn't right. So you take it back only to find that after replacing something they fixed, they failed to do one little thing, to which they still charge you over $100 for labor when it was PART OF THE SERVICE YOU ALREADY PAID OVER $1,500 FOR!! So yeah thanks for the rip off. Pathetic. And it seems that every time we bring a vehicle in, it always seems to come back with a new problem, or a fix that they "conveniently do". I've been around for a while and been to many mechanics in my day, but I know a shady one when I see it. Gladly going to steer clear of them. Take someone else's money and waste someone else's time.

I am traveling through so I need an oil change they did not do any of the 21 point check list, like lubricant door jams, air in tires, clean the windows, etc. Then charged my for an additive they never used in the oil since I was watching them the whole time. Then one mechanic says all my sway bars have play and all the gaskets are leaking showing me a video. Then it took them almost 40 minutes to get a quote they said $1,300 which is insane. There are better local places that need you to support them and them to take care of you. I went to Hickman Auto and was roughly quoted which was fine until he can look underneath the van said about $700 and that's if everything failed at the same time. So be careful get 3 quotes and stay away from this place that took 40 minutes compared to the other mechanic 5 minutes.
