I called FT on Weaver Rd here in Springfield, and told the guy who answered the phone, Mike, I told him that we had a new tire and want to use it. He said okay, we will call you if it needs replaced. My husband gets a call from the mechanic to tell us we need to replace the tire. We told him we have the tire and was told that they can not put on a "used" tire. Why were we not told this in the first place!?? My husband brought his car to the store the night before (last night) a 4:40p to have his tire looked at and get repaired. Who ever was in charge had already sent everyone home for the evening and was locking up the place. We've tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last straw. We've been charged for work in the past that we didn't give the go ahead on, we've made appointments online, only for them to tell us they didn't receive the appointment even though we had a confirmation email. Do not recommend this place unless you don't care about price or customer service.

Last time I bought a cup of coffee at the McDonald's next door right before I got there and it hadn't even cooled down by the time my service was complete. I really enjoy that getting my oil changed isn't an ordeal I want to put off anymore, its so easy to just pull in and get it taken care of. They send reminder emails with coupons after a few months reminding you how many miles you were at during your last change too, which I'm sure people have mixed feelings on, but I personally really enjoy the reminder since car maintenance is a thing that can slip my mind now and again.

They documented the details I provided about the issue that I was having with my car. I 100% appreciated that they sent an itemized breakdown down and the timeframe for the needed part to come in. I dropped my car off and they completed the service in the promised timeframe. Another 30min passed and I went back up to the front desk to see what was happening. I try to be a patient person but 2 hours and 30min seems excessive for two tires.

I had gone to an auto parts store for a diagnosis, which they gave me, but as it was a Sunday, hardly anyone was open except for Stewart's All About Auto. When I called him and told him the issue, he gave me several possibilities. When I asked when I could see him, he actually offered to come to where I was and fix it. I happened to be at church during that time and he fixed it right before the service was over. Not only this, but the next day when the issue seemed to come again, he repaired the issue with no additional labor charges. He was reasonably priced and made certain I was not overcharged for parts or labor. The fact that he came to where I was to fix my car was even better than I could have expected. I highly recommend this business and will be dealing with them from now on in the future.

Knowing that this shop uses a lot of the same vendors we do I know they are quality oriented and know the difference between Grade A, B, and C parts and not only that, but they know what pieces and parts need to be replaced when making repairs, there is zero guessing,speculating ,only gathering evidence and a effective repair.
