He checked out my car and told me that my car was in great shape and would likely need a tune-up by the end of summer. In short, everything they told me at Firestone was a lie and my car was A-okay. I had him install new brake pads and have had him help us out 3 more times and everytime he has been awesome. If something can wait, he says it. If something is getting serious, he gives me options. I found parts from other vehicles in my truck, (trying not to think the worst about it) when I had to return the truck I would let them know that these parts were in there. After my 3 1/2 years of waiting I finally said "does the truck run" they said yes, just to drive it home and have the steering wheel not set right (after repairs) and dash lights (after repairs)flashing and water leaks (after repairs) I went into the office the next day to speak to Lee of course he wasn't there. Where do I start?…read more Well first off, let's just start with their inability to call, to let you know about your vehicle and its status. Days will go by and you won't hear a thing. You have to call to see how it is doing, that is, if they have even touched it at that point. Then they get huffy with you if you do call. Sorry, not like my one and only vehicle is in there or anything. Sorry to offend or inconvenience you by wondering about the progress of MY vehicle, while I'm having to make arrangements for rides or using another source of transportation. Very unprofessional and rude. If you are so backed up, don't take as many clients. Even a call to say you haven't touched it would be nice, but I guess that's even too much to ask. Then there is the matter of when you do get your vehicle back, things never sound/act 100% right. It seems right at first, but then a week or 2 later you find that something isn't right. So you take it back only to find that after replacing something they fixed, they failed to do one little thing, to which they still charge you over $100 for labor when it was PART OF THE SERVICE YOU ALREADY PAID OVER $1,500 FOR!! So yeah thanks for the rip off. Pathetic. And it seems that every time we bring a vehicle in, it always seems to come back with a new problem, or a fix that they "conveniently do". I've been around for a while and been to many mechanics in my day, but I know a shady one when I see it. Gladly going to steer clear of them. Take someone else's money and waste someone else's time.
