We had an excellent experience with Finley River Towing, especially Matt. Our car was completely dead at Springfield Airport around 11:00 PM, and we requested roadside assistance through USAA. Matt showed up quickly, got our car unlocked, and charged the battery to make sure we were fully good to go before he left. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful during a stressful late-night situation. The whole process was smooth and easy, and they truly helped us out in a pinch. DO not use then. They have several complaint on the BBB and I also spoke with someone at Highway patrol and they price goug everyone. It will be turned over to the AG's office to file charges against them. The owner is as rude and can be and thinks he can rip people off and also tries to steal your car. read more

Called AAA 8/14 at 330pm ish and they dispatched Finley river towing out. Waited about an hour and the driver called and said they don't tow for accidents because AAA doesn't cover it but he'll come out and assess. We called AAA and they said they do cover it. A bald heavy set man showed up and told us again AAA doesn't cover accidents and refused to give us his name but that he'd could do it for $450-$500 in cash. He was on the phone with his boss and When we tried to say no that was incorrect his boss said "oh if they're going to talk to you like that get out of there now" we called AAA and they apologized for the service and dispatched someone else out. If you need to go through AAA ask for them to not use Finley River Towing because they're trying to scam people for cash. Please beware and know your AAA policies. Know your mileage and know what your plan covers. Don't get taken advantage of by scamming businesses like Finley River Towing. read more

Incredible experience thanks to our driver Chris and his boss, Brett. Traveling out of town and just headed back home when our blazer broke down on the side of an unknown highway. He called and updated me at every point of getting to our family. We had a mishap with finding a repair shop that was open, and available with the holiday weekend, to get our vehicle towed to - Chris' boss Brett went above and beyond to help find us available options even pulling an option from his own personal network. I just want to give Brett a shout out. We called him early in the morning to see if he would help us. We blew a steer tire pulling a horse in the trailer and had no luck finding anyone to tow us do to it being Sunday. He answered and towed us to his lot where he helped take the tired off and let our horse graze on the grass while we waited for our tires to arrive to be put on.
