The guy we spoke with was super friendly and knew how to keep up a conversation without being too talkative. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job even right before close and wasn't the type to have a bad or rushy attitude. I called the day before and they got me on the schedule for the next day, and got my car fixed within a couple hours. I thought it was one problem and they offered to test drive it for $10 to make sure that was the issue and I didn't waste money. Turns out I was wrong and they fixed what actually needed to be fixed in a timely manner and were super open to whatever time I needed to pick up my car. They kept in touch very well too. I took my car to this this location almost 8 months ago to have the breaks looked at and repaired. They "fixed" the breaks with new pads and an adjustment to the rotors (they also performed a fuel injection cleaning). Total cost was close to $500.00. Drove the car for 3 weeks, and the breaks started making a terrible sound again. Took it back, they said it the pads needed to be greased. Greased them. 4 weeks later - SAME sound, only worse. Took it back again, they said that it must be "bad pads" and replaced them. A few weeks later, SAME issue/sound. I took it must be the caliper as the pads and rotors were "new and looked good". They said "we'll put a new caliper on it and hopefully that takes care of it." Now, 8 months after this whole ordeal began, my breaks are making the EXACT SAME sound and is back in the shop - NOT this shop. The car will NOT be going back to this Firestone location, or any Firestone location for that matter. I'm giving 1 star only because they did the right thing and didn't charge me for the subsequent 3 visits/additional parts after I initially paid close to $500.00 on the first visit. read more

Took my car in for tire rotation and oil change. They called saying I needed new brakes and it would be $550. I took my car to import car service and they said "idk what you're talking about you don't need new brakes". This instantly made me no longer trust Firestone, take your car to a trusted reliable mechanic. read more

Outstanding customer service! I called on a Saturday morning and they arranged to have the tires I needed delivered from another location that same day and installed them that day too. I got a great price, great service and he even gave me information on another special they were running at the time that saved me even more money. Highly recommend!!! read more

Here is where i got my car inspected both times i have had my car. They were able to get me an appointment in short notice, service was great and employees were even better! I would definitely go here again and again! Cons: the machine blowing air at the entrance is too loud, but TV Can cover that. read more

How sweet are these guys ?? I pulled in because my battery light came on on glenstone. They were super nice and helped me with car. They checked my battery and alternator and talked with me about the problem. They didn't have to help me because I was not a paying customer but they did. Highly recommend. More than 3 hours to fit 4 new rear tires on a Ram Dually. Went to drive it home and it handled like a boat! I stopped after 4 miles and checked the tire pressure. Every tire, including the front ones, was 10 psi above correct pressure! Careful, Laurel & Hardy work here. Never again. read more

Type of experience you should expect from an auto repair shop. Went in a couple weeks ago with a car just purchased to have everything inspected and get a tire rotation. I sat there a moment and then a man soon came out and told me I needed an oil change on my Volkswagen Jetta, which typically requires a fully synthetic oil change every 10,000 Miles (costs $100) I quickly remembered the previous owner said something about the oil recently being changed. I contacted him and he told me it was changed less than a month ago. I soon called out the idiots in the shop and the older manager then proceeded to tell me it was already done so I'd have to pay for it. That didn't fly with me of course. DONT GO INTO THIS FIRESTONE IF YOURE NOT FAMILIAR WITH CARS- THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! read more

Called and made an appointment they said it would be an hour all together. When I got there they didn't even take my car back till 20 min before the hour was up. Problem is that I was there for 1 1/2 hours when was told it would only be an hour. read more

Have a leak in one of my tires. Got there before they opened on Tuesday. Guy at front desk was nice enough and opened door about 10-15 minutes early to intake my vehicle. Told me guy would be in closer to 7. Guy came in and right to work. Well seems a slight hole in sidewalk tire of less than 55,000 miles and must pay for new tire (I've seen shops do this before especially to someone from out of state). BUY GOODYEAR tires Firestone just don't hold up as well. My old Goodyear lasted forever but needed replaced when no Goodyear in area. I had changed all my service to Firestone but sorry I'm going back to Goodyear. I need tires that last, especially when they cost $150 per tire. I don't run over anything on roads so curious what could have come up and bit my tire when I just got off toll road when the warning light came on. Toll roads are usually pretty clear of debris.
