There was an issue with the…read morevehicle, but since I had traveled from another state they told me I could purchase the vehicle and get the issue resolved locally and they would cover the cost. I was skeptical but agreed thinking it would be a relatively quick and reasonably priced repair. I was wrong about both. 2.5 months and several repair shops later I was able to get the problem resolved and they sent a check to cover the repairs via overnight service. I was amazed at their commitment and I'm very happy with their service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Modern Motorcars. Joe

I brought it back in, and at that point I was given a long list of additional items that needed to be replaced. I ended up paying $2,020.46 for the engine oil pan gasket, passenger-side valve cover gasket, and driver-side valve cover. Even after all that work, the car still leaked, and I was then told I also needed to replace the rear main seal ($941.52) and cam plug seal ($396.27). On top of that, there was an oil stain left on my seat. I had to bring the car back again to have it shampooed, and afterward my vehicle had an "old gym sock" smell that lingered. Unfortunately not a great experience. I would NOT recommend this place.

I was told the tires that I requested weren't in stock and they had to drive across town to their warehouse to get them. Another hour passed and I got my tires. I try to be a patient person but 2 hours and 30min seems excessive for two tires.

So I gave them some slack and then just this past month I went back there to have my tires looked at and rotate it before I went on a road trip again , and after a very long afternoon and an expensive one at the end I had a lot of work done . I will never go back to this place I am sorry I spent my money there and am going to be a little less laid back when services not good. I wish all of you the best in finding good confidence service!
