Great service and personal very thorough and friendly. I've been using them for a number of years and I'm very happy with the service.

Axel did a wonderful job repairing our old heater. His knowledge and experience led him to troubleshoot a very old system. He had us heating our home in no time. We'll be calling RKM in the future because of their expertise and fair dealings. read more

We've had RKM dealing with our HVAC needs for quite a while. They've replaced a furnace in the attic, run new intake and output vents, replaced a capacitor unit/thing in both ACs, and we have their Comfort Club membership so we get 2x /year inspections and filter replacements. They call to set up the inspection visits. They send a pdf detailing inspection/services with photos. In other words, we're very happy with them. Regarding the Comfort Club Membership, they don't provide a Membership Certificate suitable for framing, but I can live without that. I didn't take any photos of this last inspection so I'll attach one of our cat. read more

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to ascertain and address the issue immediately.

I submitted a request last night due to bad odor coming from the A/C vents and Dylin came out to check the issue. Dylin was patient and informative and he confirmed what we had been suspecting for some time. This home will need a whole new A/C unit. This home is very old so when we're able to remodel the home, we may call you guys for new installation! Thanks again for coming out on such short notice. read more

Our air conditioner was not working and Pedro diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained that the capacitor was broken and provided options for different replacements without trying to upsell or pressure us. He explained the quality level of the two and we chose the higher priced capacitor because it was built to higher standards and should last longer. Pedro was helpful and professional throughout the process! I will recommend RKM to people. read more

I love this company. Today, we don't get much customer service, it's almost unheard of. This company goes above and beyond! Their crew, ALL of them, are professional and extremely nice. They know their business and do their job in a professional way. One doesn't feel like we are getting something we don't need. They explain everything well and make it very understandable. I called for my elderly neighbor. She is 81 with some dementia. RKM made their staff aware of her condition and they were more than helpful, very kind and compassionate. They came out that day and in 2 days had a new system installed. Amazing! She was more than grateful, especially in this heat. I live in a small community, RKM will definitely get my referrals and my neighbor will be happy to refer as well. Thank you for your service RKM! read more

We have been loyal, repeat customers for years. After this latest incident, RKM has lost our business. Do not recommend and they are lucky that my husband is not pursing legal action (I told him to forget about it and move on). We are currently in the worst heat wave of the year in SoCal. Our AC upstairs goes out and it's over 95 degrees up there and it's not safe for our children who sleep up there. We call RKM Friday and Matthew comes out to diagnose. He tells us the whole entire unit is done and everything needs to be replaced. Nothing to repair, it's going to be 10k plus for RKM to replace or he can work out a side deal outside of the business for us for less. I said I'll think about it. I didn't have a good feeling about what I was hearing. I flip houses for a living, so I'm no dummy. I get a second opinion the following day and find out Matthew took a part out of the unit. The second HVAC guy took pictures for us as proof. The second guy replaced the part in less than 10 mins and cool air is flowing again. We were told there's at least another 4-5 years left on the unit. We've been told by Matthew every visit for the last 5 years that the AC units were going to go out any day now because they were so old. So we ended up paying the $250 for the part that Matthew took out. Shame on him and RKM for leaving us dying in this heat wave with 2 boys and a new baby. Totally unacceptable. Zero stars. read more

It was reasonable price they were fast and responded quick. And I love how good and professional they made everything seem.

great job very , very knowledgeable , very professional and friendly took extra time to point out and explain problems with remedies read more

They installed our system and it has been ok. Have a rattle in the master bedroom. The AC is ok. The heating is ok. The two stars is for the Custom Care package. They sell this so you get two services a year. They tell you they will contact you and set up service. Yeah, that doesn't happen. Then, after your are no longer in contract they will send a text/email to remind you to set up a service and it says it is free as long as it is before XX/XX date. You do it. The s are for the techs, they are good and it is not their fault. They do the work and give you a bill, What.... I believe I just pay for the filter? Nope you stand there while they call and the office tells you you are out of contract now. They can't explain the texts/emails and don't try. You now pay for service. Fool me once shame one you.. I was fooled more than once by them read more

I highly recommend Ron from RKM Heating & Air. I can't recommend RKM enough. From their intake to their work, they are simply stellar. We had an issue with our dryer vent needing to be cleaned. We called late Saturday and they were able to get us in by Tuesday morning. Their technician Matthew was fantastic. He was friendly and informative, he even took care of correcting our dryer hookup. I highly recommend RKM and will definitely call them again. read more

I want to add too my previous outstanding review because I write it before our system was inspected by a third party and then by the City. Both the inspectors who checked the system went out of their way to tell me what a good system it is and what an excellent job RKM did installing it. So, don't settle with my review...listen to what the experts have to say!!! read more

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the heat wave this week and after some research I found RKM. They came out and repaired our unit unfortunately to find that we had a leak. Explaining repair costs would be rolled into any replacement costs they thoroughly described different options. They made the price/benefit easy to understand clearly detailing energy conservation models etc. The whole process only took 3 days. 1 Repair 1 Survey/Recommendations 1 installation. Matthew, Robert, Julio, Bryan, and Ulises were all extremely professional and diligent. The installation crew laid down covers to keep our floors clean and wore booties. The new unit works fantastic and I will definitely recommended RKM to friends and family. read more

I cannot praise RKM Heating & Air Conditioning enough!!! They were wonderful, very knowledgeable and very professional. Janessa came out and spent a lot of time with me helping me select the system that would work best for us. She stayed in contact with me through the whole process, getting answers to all of my numerous questions even when I was unable to ask them myself because I was at work. Everyone is so professional I never had any qualms about letting them work in my home when no one else was there. They finished in good time and for an affordable price. And they always cleaned up after themselves. Now we can actually breathe the air in our home. What a difference!! read more

Alex was fantastic. Very hard worker, nice to work with, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend RKM to my best friends and family.

Leo came to do a routine inspection of our heating system. He was very professional and even stayed to assess a problem we've been having with our air conditioning unit since it was newly installed by RKM five years ago. We have a two story home and the second story never cools down. Leo was the first rep from RKM to suggest a fix that had never been suggested before. He explained the solution with simple clarity, with photos he had taken of inadequate ducting in the attic, and with an itemized break down of the cost. Leo spoke with integrity and was not at all pushy about "selling" the solution. What he suggested made total, logical since even though I'm not happy about the expense of it (it would be far less than getting a second unit). The reality is our home was built with just under the amount of square footage needed to require a second unit and ducting for upstairs. I realize that this is a builder (cutting corners/costs) issue not an RKM issue. I have nothing but good things to say about RKM's kind and professional service. I just don't like that I have never been happy with the inadequacy of the AC Pro unit for cooling our upstairs bedrooms without what Leo is suggesting. read more

We had RKM come out to look at a dual AC setup. Dominic was the tech they sent out and I cant give this guy enough stars. This guy was great. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and very thorough. He explained everything very well. However as far as RHM as a value, we elected not to have them complete the job because of their pricing was just too high. But this is no way Dominics fault, and felt even though we didn't complete our service with them Dominic shouldn't go unrecognized for his great service. read more

My air conditioning went out recently so I went online and searched for an air-conditioning company, I had another company come out first and did not get a good vibe and they were wayyyy over priced, so I searched again and was able to find RKM Heating And Air condition. I had a great experience with RKM. When I called the office they were able to book me appointment the same day. Matthew was my technician and he was very thorough on his diagnostics and was able to find the issue and explain how best to fix it, but also gave us options on replacing our older unit. We felt so comfortable with Matthew and RKM and we decided to go with the repairs for now but plan on changing it with RKM heating and air-conditioning in the near future. read more

I scheduled an appointment with RKM to install a Nest Thermostat since I wasn't sure about my ability. At the same time I wanted them to look at my heater & a/c and get their recommendation on the bathroom exhaust fan. I luckily got scheduled with Matthew who was a top notch expert. Gentle and not pushy, he answered all my questions with careful detail that I could understand. He installed the Nest Thermostat cleanly and in a good timely manner. With the heater he noticed that the previous owners put in the wrong filter size. With the a/c after installing the Nest he checked the temperature and everything was in good measure. As a new homeowner I decided to go with the package to have them come out twice a year to check on the units. I felt it was a good investment being a new home owner. I'm set to schedule an initial meet to get a baseline A/C with them. I'll be requesting to get Matthew back. From my experience, RKM is top notch & worthy of your heating and air conditioning business. read more

My 86 y/o dad lives in Hemet, 80 miles away from us in San Diego. His A/C was not working. I was concerned that I would not find someone to repair his A/C since it was already 1pm and the next day was Father's Day. Fortunately, RKM Heating and Air Company came to the rescue. Amy, who had excellent customer service, carefully listened to my situation, was able to arrange a tech to come out within 3-4 hours! Dilan, the tech, contacted me and my dad when he was on his way, then he called me after diagnosing the issues. Dilan was courteous, competent, and explained everything so I could understand and determine next steps. My dad appreciated Dilan determination and diligence to get the job done. Needless to say, he fixed my dad's A/C! I felt Amy and Dilan went out of their way and wanted to help me and my dad. Communication was important since time was of the essence and they did it efficiency, showed their experience and they accomplished! That is called magnifique!
