Nice place. The website said 1/2 off apps during happy hour but the bartender told us it changed to $3 off. It needs updated. Ordered an app. After waiting awhile we were told it was never put in. I got a burger it was good my wife got chicken Romano it had a long hair entwined In it. They apologized and took it off the bill. So mixed feelings here. read more

Very slow service even though they weren't very busy. The opportunity to order a second drink never presented itself. The food was mediocre. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich with fries which was decent. My companion ordered the chicken parm platter that came with a small side salad and a single over cooked chicken cutlet - just a piece of chicken on a plate, no pasta, bread or anything. Cool bar area with probably better service than the dining room. I wouldn't go back. read more

Excellent food and attentive service from Hope and Seana. Definitely a place to be and the atmosphere is super chill.

Fun evening with friends. Great food and excellent service by Kelsey. Will definitely return.

Every experience here is always great. Our server tonight, Hope, was very personable and attentive to our table. The food was great! A great place to go if you want a more casual bar scene with great food. I recommend this place to anyone who's never been!! read more

We had a great experience here! Kelsey was a fantastic server! We were in the backroom and it was perfect for our ASCE meeting.

Have gone to rival a handful of times. I try to go when Isabella is working. She is my favorite server. Everything she suggests has been a winner for me .. especially the fried pickles! read more

Did not have what we wanted to order and obnoxious drunks at the bar. Definitely not for families or mature people read more

Went here for dinner. Definitely not a true spot to go sit and have dinner. Mainly bar food that's over priced. I'm sure if your are drunk it tastes great. Service was touch and go and the place was somehow empty yet loud. It's mediocre at best. read more

Friendliest atmosphere in town Food & drink service is quite efficient Highly reccomend the patio Jesse & Pat know how to run the show read more

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine's Day. The food was good, the ambience was relaxed, and the service was friendly and fast. They have a nice menu with a variety drink selections. We will be back! read more

Great waiter Food was good Pizza was rather salty for my taste Open late, which was great! read more

Very average. It's getting a three because the server did a nice job-not because of the food. I had a pizza and wings. Wings were OK. Nothing special but cooked properly. The pizza was the kind of pizza you'd order for a young child who doesn't really like anything so you just order them a pizza. My wife had an Impossible Burger and it was what you'd expect from a burger that is a "brand". The onions rings weren't bad. Everything tasted like what you'd expect at an average chain restaurant but not one of the better ones. read more

It's basically Walnut Grill with more TVs and uncomfortable overhead spotlighting at the bar. It's easy to pass it up driving between Carnegie and Bridgeville. Don't worry though, you didn't miss much. read more

Not good. We tried the overcooked nachos. My sandwich was obviously sitting under a warmer for too long. Over priced

I will go back for a second try however some suggestions. The beer list that's published needs to be current as I asked for 3 different draft beers that were not available as the super kind and efficient wait staff had to come back to the table to let me know- go digital. Enjoyed the food, nice and simple menu variety and good service. A little noisy, as bars sometimes should be, however not able to have conversations with the people at our table. Turning down the music would help, we're there to watch games on the many, many TV's. I'll wait to bring others until after our 2nd visit. read more

Run of the mill sports bar theme. Nothing stood out on the menu, although the food was decent. Don't understand the concept with the Bottle Shop right next door. read more

The chicken Parmesan was tiny, dry, and honestly just overall lifeless. No noodles, no love, nothing. Do not recommend.

Food was amazing!!! Bartenders are great! A lot of TVs to watch any sporting event. Thumbs up on the flatbread pizza. I would take a picture of my food, but it was gone before I decided to do a review. read more

Food was fairly tasteless (burger & chicken bacon sandwich), service was very slow & not very personable, drinks were decently priced, atmosphere was good. There's room to improve, but they need to address the food & service issues. read more

I have been there twice. The first time we're there the food was great. The onion soup was super good, The French dip was also very good. We came back about a month later with a different group. I was bragging how great the onion soup was so everyone got the onion soup... It was terrible, nothing like I had at previous visit. I said something to the waiter (who was a wonderful young man) about the soup was nothing like what I had before. He said "Oh they have changed the recipe numerous times since they opened) He felt bad. A couple of friends had the cheese steak, the meat was burnt and and couldn't be chewed. I think the second time we were there it must have been a totally different chef. Too bad there will not be a third time. read more

I ordered takeout from this restaurant yesterday. The fish was okay but the fries were bland. I also ordered Chicken Milanese - no description on website but I have had this dish in other restaurants. The chicken was fried and very dark. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. Very disappointed in this order - I would hesitate to order from this restaurant again. read more

Foods not bad, service is good except if it's crowded. But why are you calling this mt lebanon?

The food was honestly for me just ok. I got the buffalo boneless wing and they are not what you expect. It is like a long chicken tender covered in buffalo sauce. The service was good they refill your drinks and visit your table frequently. The inside is very nice it is more like a sporty bar or than a nicer fancy bar. read more

Rival - Buffalo boneless wings - Sports Bars Near Me - Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

Great ambience, TV screens are everywhere. Service was good and the food was excellent. Family friendly too. Sadly, it was way too loud for our party, but we enjoyed our meal and we all thought that the appetizer pretzel was a big hit. read more

This review is for the Rival location on Freeport Road. We had 28 people for lunch the service was amazing, the food was delicious and everyone at the restaurant was so easy to work with and friendly would highly recommend this restaurant for private events or just to have a great meal. Our thanks to everyone for doing an exceptional job with this large crowd! read more

Delicious dinner, awesome drink specials. Didn't get a chance to check out the space other than the front area. Very sporty vibe. Our server was super nice and attentive. read more

Just some notes. We had multiple people who had the French Onion soup. It was a little sweet and they each had a bay leaf left in the soup. It lack depth of flavor. I am not a big fan of having shredded lettuce on nachos but I guess you can always have them not put it on. The French Fries could have had more of a crisp. On a Saturday afternoon they were out of Pinot Grigio. read more

It's a shame you go to restaurant to eat dinner, sit down at the bar, wait for service for a good 10 minutes and receive none. Then two women come in and sit down at the bar and IMMEDIATELY receive service from a male bartender, drinks and menus. Didn't even acknowledge I was there. I see from another review this is not the first. There were two bar tenders and probably 20 people at the bar. read more

We had dinner there on Thursday night. The food was amazing, great menu. The place was very clean and new. Now the service was alright , the waitress did not check on us as much as I would have liked but overall a very nice experience. My recommendation try it you'll like it! read more

Waited an hour to get a table after our reservation because they said they gave our table away. Then waited around half an hour at the table for a waitress to come to our table. The waitress then proceeded to tell us the kitchen was backed up for an hour and a half. We had to leave after hearing that. Overall disappointing. read more

Rival in Bridgeville is a big disappointment! Theyve been open for a month or two- first visit my boyfriend and I went for dinner. Staff was very friendly but horrible service- I don't know if they are new to the restaurant industry, too young, or couldn't handle dinner rush. We sat at the bar. Had to flag the bartender over for every drink. No one got silverware with their food, everyone around us had the same problem. We witnessed lots of mix ups with orders. Granted, we did get a beer for free. Second time I went with a group of 5 just for drinks. We sat for 10 minutes at a hightop table at the bar and no one came over to get drink orders so we left. Sorry RiVal :( read more

My husband and I are regulars, have been for the last year. Every Friday night is date night. We started off sitting at a table spoiled by our fabulous server, Kylie. She is such an excellent server. She pays attention to details and knows my husband's food allergies that have progressed over the last year. Since we first started coming in, Kylie moved to bartending, so now we are fixtures at the bar. Kylie and Dominique make a great pair! They take care of their customers very well. The food is great. I recommend their cheesesteak with the baguette. The beer battered fish is really good and I don't normally prefer beer battered anything. Shrimp tacos are great and so is the Korean chicken sandwich (minus the egg). They have the best nachos which could be a meal itself. The green Peruvian sauce is so unique and gives the perfect punch of heat. I do wish they would bring that sauce back for their wings. The wings are good, but they need to sauce them more, so be sure to ask for extra sauce. Overall, food and service is great. Patrick the Manager is also great! read more

CLUELESS? made reservation on phone for 6:15, got there 5 minutes early, told we were 5th in line ? waited 20 minutes, watched 3 or 4 couples walk right in and be seated ,told them we were leaving and was told we could be seated right away ? NEVER going back read more

Horrible experience. Food took over an hour and wasn't good. Nothing was cooked right. And a manager never came out to speak to us or did anything to make it better. read more

Strawberry salad was less than average, salmon was a little undercooked in parts. Skinny margarita was weak and tasted more like a tequila sunrise. Great ambiance and awesome outdoor has some work to do. Fully believe in this place but need to raise the bar compared to other restaurants in the area! Wings and the ranch were amazing and I can't wait to have a beer on the patio next time read more

Good beer selection, good food. Our server Shane made our first experience here beyond enjoyable. Good music too! Will be back.

Had the Jalapeño popper dip, California chicken sandwich and chipotle chicken philly. All excellent. Bartender was friendly and fast , hubs and I will be repeat customers for sure. Can't wait to try the French dip! read more
