Many wines, cocktails, and beers are available. Customers may either dine in or get takeout. My husband and I ate one dinner here. The hostess/waitress promptly seated us, took our order, brought out our foods, accurately charged us, and thanked us. Here are my ratings for what my husband and I ate during our three-course meal: March salad - 5 stars - This fresh salad contained a lettuce blend, goat cheese, beets, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, and a delicious celery-seed dressing. Shrimp bisque - 4.5 stars - My husband did not like this shrimp-flavored soup, but I did like it. Crab cakes - 5 stars - I received two HUGE Chesapeake-style crab cakes that were almost purely crab meat. They were much larger than what other restaurants serve, and they tasted fantastic. My husband said that they were some of the best crab cakes that we have eaten in a while. The sides were rice pilaf and cream spinach. Corned beef - 3 stars - My husband does not like many foods, so he barely ate these beef slices on top of potato cakes, cabbage, and horseradish sauce. Given his preferences, he should have ordered a safer entree. I took a bite of this entree and thought that it tasted alright. Lemon curd - 4.5 stars - My dessert was two lemon bars served with fresh blackberries, blackberry compote, and whipped cream. I liked the combination of sour and sweet flavors. The total bill was $104 plus tax and tip. THANK YOU to the gentleman who was sitting at the table next to me and noticed that I had accidentally left behind my take-home container of leftover crab cake. He followed me outside and handed me the container. Thank you! Important information: Walk-ins are welcome, but restaurants via Resy are recommended. The dress code is smart casual. I wore a casual dress, and my husband wore a polo shirt and jeans. I saw another customer wearing a business suit. The website mentions parking vehicles either at nearby street meters or in limited residential parking spots. An ADA parking spot is behind the restaurant. Events are held for holidays such as Easter and Mother's Day. Rooms are available to rent for private events.

It appeared to have an upstairs as well as a first floor and was very spacious inside. It looked like a spot for locals, but they were very welcoming to us as outsiders. It is real chicken breast in buffalo sauce. I don't eat meat but this was all shared by my date. Someone was talking walking around giving free shots and we certainly took them. The drinks were blah.

Once we arrived, we were taken straight to our reserved table and our waitress welcomed us with a warm smile. She took our drink order and brought over warm bread. I ordered an espresso martini, and it was delicious! For a starter, I got the Lobster & Shrimp Bisque. It arrived at the perfect temperature and was very flavorful. For my second course, I ordered the Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp, but the restaurant ended up running out of it without knowing. As the other members in my party received their meal, the manager came over and made the situation right. The new dish I picked was the Ahi Tuna which was a little tough to eat, but had great flavor and a perfect sear. Dessert was a warm chocolate chip brownie topped with vanilla ice cream. How could you ever go wrong with that?! Overall, I enjoyed my time at Luma Restaurant and would love to be try another dish while sitting on their outside patio!

From the moment we walked in, Daniel and Nina took such attentive, personalized care of us. They truly made the evening feel special. Nina made me a watermelon mule with fresh watermelon purée, and it was hands down the best Moscow mule I've ever had. Daniel smoked my husband's bourbon cocktails, which he absolutely loved. Chef Devin created an incredible meal from start to finish. The entire experience was five-star, and honestly, it was the best dining experience my husband and I have ever had--and we consider ourselves foodies. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else. The aviation theme is such a fun touch, and the Edison bulbs, soft lighting, and beautifully restored historic home create a warm, intimate ambiance. Even the bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully decorated (which I always appreciate!). The food was outstanding. We were welcomed with an incredible amuse-bouche wonton along with warm bread and dipping oil. We started with the Wagyu tacos, which were phenomenal, then split a Caesar salad that was fresh and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, I ordered the prosciutto-wrapped chicken, which was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. My husband had the bone-in ribeye, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The purple potato purée was the perfect complement. I paired my dinner with their red blend, which was delicious. To finish, we shared the tiramisu, complete with a candle for our anniversary, and toasted the evening with refreshing espresso martinis. I truly can't say enough good things about Latitude 48. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was unforgettable, and every bite was memorable. It serves farm-to-table foods, particularly exotic meats such as alligator, bison, boar, duck, elk, goat, and wagyu. Other menu items include more common meats such as chicken and seafoods such as trout and lobster tail. It also has a full bar serving wines, beers, and spirits. My husband and I ate one dinner here. We wore jeans with nicer shirts. The seating hostess and the waiter performed their jobs well. Our waiter brought an amuse-bouche of reuben egg rolls (5 stars), which were crispy and tangy and we really enjoyed, as well as focaccia bread (4 stars), which tasted good but could have been warmer. For my appetizer, I ordered the Wagyu Tacos (4.5 stars), corn tortillas filled with Japanese A5 Wagyu, cilantro-lime crema, tomato relish, and chipotle puree in a corn tortilla. These tacos were messy to eat but tasted very good. My husband ordered the Corn Fritters (4 stars) with cilantro-lime crema and tomato jam. My main course was the Bison Filet Mignon (4 stars), which I ordered mid-rare but could have been juicier. It came with sides of corn relish, asparagus, and purple-potato puree that could have been creamier. My husband's main course was the Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken Breast (3.5 stars), which my husband ate and said was alright. He particularly liked the flavorful peppers. His other sides were wild rice and zucchini. For dessert, I followed the waiter's recommendation for the Tiramisu (4.5 stars), which was moist and had a good balance between the coffee and sweet flavors. At the end of our meal, the waiter brought warm, lemon-scented, wet towels. The total price for our meal was $183 plus a tip. My husband and I thought that the foods overall tasted good but did not quite match the price point.

The self-pour system took much more explanation than I expected, and there were some unexpected issues with how it worked in a group. Since I arrived first, everyone's drinks ended up being charged to my card. I eventually hit the spending threshold and was locked out of the machines. While our server tried to split the charges afterward, they weren't applied to the correct credit cards, making the payment process confusing and frustrating. The drinks themselves were fine and the food was disappointing. I ordered a salad and paid an upcharge to add salmon, only to receive the smallest piece of salmon I've ever been served, literally about the size of my finger. It definitely wasn't worth the extra cost. We also ordered the pretzel bites, which were so heavily coated in butter that it overwhelmed the flavor. Overall, the concept is interesting; though, the execution needs improvement. Between the confusing payment process and underwhelming food, I don't see myself returning. I'd maybe stop in for a drink if I were nearby. I wouldn't go back for a meal.
