First, I think they forgot about us as we never waited so long before (even when packed), then the food was not up to par: the eggs were runny (close to be unsafe to eat), the hashbrowns were not cooked well all the way (barely warm inside), 2 ladies sent the biscuits back because they were burnt and to much else to list. We tried to talk to the manager because it's never happened to us before, and she wasn't taking the criticism well AT ALL. We're locals and weekly regulars, used to recommend them to other locals as well as our guests. After today, we will never go back nor recommend.

It's actually $3 - charge $1.50 for each item. Then a credit card charge on top. The excuse? New owner. Menu isn't updated yet, but charges are in the register. That's illegal.
