    Squid ink pasta
    Hayley P.

We came with some friends while we were visiting Boston and had a lovely time. The staff were very attentive. We sat in the bottom of the restaurant, which I think was like a wine cellar. I had a pasta special - the noodles had squid ink in them. It was delicious - some of the best Italian food I have ever had. And large portions. Worth the price tag for the leftovers you get.

I needed to get some Italian while visiting Boston and Ristorante Euno was recommended online so I swung in! It's a smaller space with more seating in the basement. I was able to grab a table for one and be seated right away on a Friday night with no reservation, but if you have a larger party I would reserve a spot. I ordered the Caesar and the bolognese which is apparently award winning! The Caesar wasn't anything special and was probably a bit too expensive for what you got (~$17). The bolognese is made with osso bucco as opposed to ground meat and it was very delicious! Generous portion too. The ambiance was stuck between classic Italian restaurant and wine mom with lots of wooden signs with sayings, which was a little odd. I also misunderstood the server, ordered still water instead of tap and paid $7 for a bottle of water which was frustrating but my fault! Overall solid stop but I would try other spots in the north end before returning here.

The restaurant is a bit obscure. Took a while to find it with so many options of Italian restaurant in North End. Server was nice and attentive with extensive knowledge of the menu. They always provide their daily special menu to guest. We ordered calamari friti as appetizer, main course was linguini alla vongole, and dessert was their home made cannola. All of these food reminds me of my trip to Italy. Restaurant has romantic ambiance, perfect for date/anniversary.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Came here with my girlfriend on our Boston trip. The service was phenomenal and they made you feel like home. The two servers we had were attentive and friendly, even offering to take our coats at the door. Alejandro is one of the servers and he was so friendly and went above and beyond! The food was amazing and we had some of the best Gnocchi I've ever tasted. The ambiance is very beautiful, located in a charming brick building with darker lighting. It was a real treat for our stay in Boston and a must try for anyone new to the city!

Chicken special with gnocchi and mushrooms

We are here our first night in Boston and I'd highly recommend it. The inside was super cost, we were the first ones in and pretty much showed up right when it opened so we were greeted immediately and were tended to quite nicely. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the portion sizes were. I got the special chicken for the night which was a great choice. Mom got the halibut, dad got the chicken parm. The focaccia bread they brought out was some of the yummiest I've ever had

Fun and delicious. No wait for our table. We ordered wine, delicious red wines. We ordered meatball appetizer, just ok, but the bread was terrific. I could not decide which pasta to try, so the waiter brought me half orders of two different ones. So nice and accommodating. Home made pastas were excellent. My friend got the special, pounded thin chicken with cheese and prosciutto baked, it was awesome. Overall the food was delicious, appetizer was good but the mains were excellent. Tiramisu for desert did not disappoint. Friendly staff and a nice vibe, then a woman grabbed a microphone and sang us some Italian songs. What a blast!

We stumbled on this little place as we were walking on the North End trying to decide where to eat. It was "Molto Buono" like being in Italy. The food was amazing, the service top notch. Great ambiance. I did not want the meal to end. The kids enjoyed it so much. Didn't get a chance to photograph the Buffalo mozzarella because the kids ate it before I could picture it. The manager was so nice and welcoming. I was undecided so I let him choose for me. Loved my meal. Definitely stop here. Recommend a reservation.

It harkens to a bygone era of Italian grocers with such authenticity, today it conveys an almost suspiciously genuine quality. It's as though I'm on the set of a movie as local shoppers briskly enter the shop & point to which hanging salamis and hand-shaped pastas they want to take home. Due to a condition (living in Tennessee), I'm only able to have the chicken Parmesan sandwich here about once a year. It's a sandwich I reminisce about with my family and work into conversations with friends and strangers alike. The bread is fresh and chewy, the sauce bright and acidic, and the chicken lightly breaded, perfectly fried, and tender. You can taste each ingredient in every bite. Every element is perfectly executed in its own right, yet somehow made even better in harmony. Recently while devouring my third of the massive sandwich, a little chicken cutlet tumbled to the ground. I'm talking: the GROUND. Outside. Pavement. When no one was looking, I slyly dipped down, picked it up, and ate it. I'm not necessarily proud of this action, but I'm also not ashamed. If you didn't believe the 5 Second Rule before Bricco, let the chicken Parmesan sandwich convert you. Taste and see!

The bakery is cash only and sells a variety of breads: baguettes, ciabatta, sourdough, & olive bread. In addition to the sfogliatelle, they sell muffins, croissants, and focaccia and muffins. The sfogliatelle was pretty good, the pastry was crispy and flaky and the lemon ricotta filling was very rich and creamy. I would've loved to have a couple loaves of the bread, but there was no way I was going to be able to bring it home as I was already maxed out with my carry ons!

One small thing -- maybe it was just me, but the entrance was a little difficult to find at first since it's mainly just a door from the outside. There were also tables seated very close to the entrance, which made it feel a bit cramped and awkward walking in and out. Our waiter was friendly and nice, though the service did feel a little rushed at times. That said, the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the calamari to share, and it was beautifully prepared -- crispy, fresh, and not overly heavy. For my entree, I ordered the seafood pasta and really loved it. The seafood tasted fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors all came together really well.

Your classic Mom and Pop!…read more Making a choice in the north end for Italian isn't easy but I am a firm believer in small menus=food quality and the sure met those guidelines. For the table we started with the classic Cesare and calamari. The salad was standard but the calamari was perfectly cooked, lightly battered with your classic marinara you can't beat. For entrees we enjoyed the chicken parm with vodka sauce as well as the shrimp scampi. Both delicious but the rigatoni was more over el dente than usual. The bread had great flavor but you can definitely tell it had been sitting out due to the stiffness. The spot was packed and we witnessed first hand if you have no reservations you're out of luck! The bread had good flavor but was burned on the bottom so it wasn't great. The pasta is AL DENTE meaning it's harder. We both rated our dishes a 3. The service was ok. Nothing special but not bad either.
