They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. The wait might be substantial and I have an appointment in 40 mins so I opt to walk over and ask a rep whom is quietly working at a register alone. I approach her and ask if I might ask her about the mobile plan. She is happy to assist! She gives me tons of information and seems so genuine. She finds some literature from another colleague and says I can message them to set up a reservation when I'm ready to come back in. I feel so good with all the info I've got and I'll be ready to come back and make an appointment to move the cell phones in my household over to Spectrum who is utilizing Verizon for cell service.
