My husband and I started a new business and we were referred to Pedro and his company Becker IT Services. He came highly recommended by a colleague as someone we could ask advice regarding IT services and setting up an efficient, high-tech dental office. He kindly gave us his time and answered many questions we had. Pedro was so knowledgeable about everything. Although we are based in California, we ended up wanting to work with Pedro and his team to help set-up our office. I was nervous about hiring someone out of our area to do the work especially because of the distance, but Pedro was on top of every step of the planning, guided us through every detail, helped us through difficulties that other vendors gave us (AT&T, the contractor, property management, the list goes on and on)...Pedro and his team were the only people we hired that never gave us any issues. They were actually really fun to be around. They gave extraordinary customer service, they were friendly, hardworking, and they double checked and triple checked their work. Pedro's communication skills are amazing, he returns calls and texts quickly... he told me to hang in there when other people were driving me crazy and would even call people on my behalf when I was overwhelmed... he did late hour research on new technology we wanted to implement last minute, and he executed everything to perfection. Our staff love the office, love the technology and so do our patients. I have never had such outstanding service. If only our contractor gave us the same level of service, maybe we wouldn't be so behind in construction. If only every business knew how to provide the customer service that Pedro and his team have given us, the world would seriously be a better place with less angry customers. If you are looking for an IT team to help you, you would be a fool to look anywhere else. You won't find a better team or a better leader like Pedro to help you.

While here, he replaced two interior switches; one dimmable light-switch and the garbage-disposal switch. Friendly, knowledgeable & reasonably priced, and very responsive! I contacted him again the following week; I decided to completely replace the patio breaker box and all breakers as the old box really wasn't safe. We set the appointment and he returned completing phase two of my electrical upgrade. Soon after upgrading the patio circuits, I decided to replace the primary interior breaker box & all breakers in my garage; several of those breakers are sloppy-loose in the box. He will return this week to perform the change-out in my garage. I'll sleep much better knowing these electrical upgrades to my 50 year-old home, enhance our fire-safety.
