They offered honest advice, even when most would jump at the opportunity to "take a look at it" just to charge diagnostic fees. While I was turned away, it was for the right reasons, and I was not screwed out of my money. I would recommend giving this place a call, the professionalism and honesty is hard to find nowadays, especially in electronics where most are not as proficient and easy to con.

My husband was frantic because the PC was built and worth $2k. He finally got ahold of him and said they had an outage and phones were down. My husband got his Pc fixed and all was well $375 worth. This is why the review is 1 start. My brother decided to take his PC to him because all the reviews were great. He promised my brother that he would get his computer on Monday, the latest Tuesday. This Tuesday (7/12/2022) comes around and the guys said an excuse. He has the stomach bug. It's okay and understandable. My brother gets in contact then the guys says he is in Dallas and that his stuff would be done today, Friday (7/15/2022). Only needed 5 hours of back up the day before Andy brother could pick up his PC. Brother paid $380 and when my brother said he was going to pick it up he cancelled and said there is an outage in the area and that his kiddos don't have AC and other things. I'll attach the messages between my brother and Joe down below. My brother loves his PC. It's worth so much more than ours. This is his downtime and enjoyment. The guy hasn't responded back to my brother about when he would be able to get it. I'm discouraged and still am for my brother. I'm disappointed because this not only happened to my husband but now my husband. Please go elsewhere if you want it in a timely manner because when you invest so much $$$ into something and allow other to handle it you would want transparency. Update it is now Saturday (7/16/2022) 4pm and the guys still hasn't responded back to my brother once so ever. My brother went to the place but guy still never responded. Called the police. Now he has a report on his LLC. We shall see if he responds Monday.
