Ringer chiropractic is not accountable or efficient. Do not expect to be able to get copies of your xrays, either. Apparently they don't know how to do that. They took 6 months to tell me the x-rays they took for me were too blurry. And i had to call to inquire. They dont know how to follow-up apparently. When I asked about troubleshooting my xrays, they said they would and never followed up. I had to call back so they could make excuses to tell me they couldn't solve the problem. Useless. Valley chiropractic doesn't have an xray machine, but they are great amd they have appointments available 6 days/week. They have multiple locations too, including one in Mountain House! The care and service they provide is above and beyond. The ladies at the front are the best. My favorite part has been the massage chair and the electric shock therapy for use on problem areas. First, I will begin with the reception team because they are the first direct contact with the patient. I cannot be more amazed of how efficient the Front Desk people are (Jackie and Mindy). They always have a smile on their faces and are ready to address any question you may have. Next, I encountered Elvie, The Physical Therapist who is another asset to this business. She is also not surprisingly very professional and communicative. She has great bed side manners to where you can receive treatment and have a conversation, which brings character to the staff. I have spent most of the last year in severe lower back pain. My pain was starting to take over my whole life and drain all of my happiness. I spent months battling with different doctors at Kaiser who told me nothing was wrong and threw NSAIDS and muscle relaxers at me and at one point even telling me it was in my head and to take anxiety medication. I was a 27 year old woman trapped in the body of an 80 year old. Well, no more! I had my first visit yesterday and while I didn't feel different afterwards, I felt much different today! After taking radiographs of my spine they were quickly able to tell me what was wrong and what steps i needed to take to get better. I have arthritis of my lower back and hips that radiates up to my neck and I constantly get headaches. Do not go here. I came in for an issue with my SI joint and he came into the room with a care plan without even talking to me. When I was telling him what was wrong he wasn't listening and just told me this is what we're going to do and it's all just going to come down to whether or not you value getting better. He never took x-rays on me and adjusted me pretty aggressively the first time I came in and on the follow up after his adjustment I ended up with a displaced rib that's rubbing up against my nerves and a pinched nerve in my back. My new chiropractor who did do X-rays on me the very same day informed me of this. I was having lower back aches & tightness for quite some time & just attributed it to holding my child all the the time. It felt like I needed to crack my back but it just wouldn't pop!!!
