Rawlinson was the first chiro i have been to since living in tracy. I used to go to a chiropractor was I was younger but for a long time did not have the funds to continue seeing one. I have had a lot of back issues from sports and driving alot, and I found out about Rawlinson from the Tracy Farmers Market! They give out a great deal to try them out first. The office staff are extremely friendly and easy going. I have always struck up a fun conversation with them for the little time I am in the office. The Dr is very knowledgable and friendly and is very quick with adjustments. You spend about 10 min max for appointments (45 minutes if its your first one as they go over all your health history). I would say the only thing I've noticed is every adjustment is generally the same, and the Dr does not ask where I am still having pain, or how my pain levels have been, if any new areas have come up, etc. i was asked all this when I had my first appointment but every appointment after has been quick. This was new to me and normally I've had chiropractors ask me each time I see them so they can do any additional adjustments that may be needed outside the standard ones performed each session. Overall though, i would recommend Dr. Rawlinson and his office. Great pricing, great people. read more

I cannot say enough how much Dr Rawlinson helps me. At age 64, I just came back from a water ski trip. I am a personal trainer and my body gets a lot of work teaching Aqua Aerobics. I couldn't do it without his adjustments. The office staff are wonderful and I love the massage chairs and kids area. Their slogan is "we are family" and I do feel like we are family. You can't get better care in my opinion! They are also open until 7pm some nights and they are open on Saturday. read more

Very nice and courteous staff, but the office is not taking COVID-19 seriously. Not only were several patients not wearing masks, but the doctor and staff were only wearing ones very intermittently. Regardless of their personal views of the matter, this is in violation of the CA state order issued June 18. When the doctor was speaking with me, he used air quotes when talking about "COVID-19", and I later heard him speaking to another patient about how the state testing results are inflated. That's when I noticed the whiteboard (picture attached) with information questioning the seriousness of the situation, the existence of asymptotic cases, and comparing COVID-19 to the flu. I certainly believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even if out of step with guidance from global, federal, state, and local health agencies. However, when that thinking leads to behavior that puts myself and other patients at risk, there's an issue. I live with a high-risk individual (my wife is expecting), and it places both of us at risk when we go somewhere that isn't taking this seriously. I can't return here or recommend it to anyone else. I referred a friend and he had his office admin call me regarding his bill. He isn't professional, responsible, or reliable. If you are in the Tracy, Ca area avoid him. Dr. Rawlinson has been my Chiropractor for a number of years. I have a condition called D.I.S.H.... a very debilitating condition that is not amenable to much of anything but pain killers and a great Chiropractor... Dr. Rawlinson is a great Chiropractor. Because of him my condition has stabilized and I can still walk... other Chiropractor's refused to even treat me because my condition was so severe, the treatment from the M.D's and the rehab folks did next to nothing... Dr. Rawlinson tried different approaches until he found a way to help... he thinks differently and I am just thrilled that he does. This place has a good Dr but if you are expecting nice, professional or knowledgeable office staff this place isn't for you. I walked in the first time, Evalee was sitting at the front, staring at her computer not acknowledging me at all. I stood there and she didn't look up so I finally said "Hi, I have an appointment." she looked up annoyed and responded "check in on this" and pointed to a tablet on the counter. After my appointment, I was told by the Dr to talk to his staff at the front regarding the details of how much my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be. I approached her at the end of my appointment and asked her if she was able to get my insurance coverage details. She looks up and proceeds to inform me "I looked it up and it looks like your insurance has been terminated". I looked at her and informed her that can't be correct since I just took my children to the Dr yesterday. She continued to be annoyed with me and inform me that I don't have insurance. I asked her if there was an error in the looking up the information? She said no it's been termed. It was obvious she didn't want to help so I left. I got home and called my insurance. They informed me that it was incorrect and my insurance was active. I don't know how she can say I have my insurance termed when it wasn't and the part that was frustrating was she wasn't willing to help. She was rude and annoyed with me asking questions. Been going to him for years. Dr Rawlinson has always been there and taken care of me and my family. I even take my 11 month old son in for adjustments and have since he was about 4 months old. He helped him with his colic and bowel issues. He's helped me before I had my double hip replacement and continues to take care of me and make sure I'm doing ok. I'm able to pop in whenever needed without appointment and the welcome me right in and doctor sees me right away. I don't know any other office that does that, do u? Since covid has started his office has been on their game! As soon as u walk In you go right to wash your hands, then follow up with hand sanitizer. While the whole Staff ALWAYS has masks on and he cleans and disinfects everything after each patient. I'm sorry If I didn't feel it was safe I wouldn't be taking my 11 month old their just saying. I have a low immune system because of my lupus and I feel so safe in that office. So to say that he doesn't take covid serious and doesn't care is bull shit! It is and will always be up to each individual to stay safe and clean.i guarantee you..if they were not serious about my safety...i would not be here. He NEVER has tons of people at one time in the office. There is plenty of seats to be 6 ft away and he ALWAYS wears a mask along with the staff. They have you wash your hands after entering and they have wall sanitizer. They spray down the benches and they do NOT make unnecessary contact. If you need more than that..stay home. After only a couple of months with him, I started feeling better. I could be 100% but I don't do all of my exercises. So...that's on me. But although he hadn't seen a bad case quite like mine. I purchased a groupon previously and called on a Saturday, the very curt male voice told me that they were closed but lucky for me he was there and picked up the phone. I told him that I had purchased three sessions previously and only used one, it had been a year or so, and I bought a new one. He cut me off saying this was only for new customers and I couldn't use it. I said well I still had two sessions from my previous, can I use them? He said ok let me check. He says your name is here but no records of a session. The. He says your three sessions are one with an X ray then the second will be to evaluate the X ray and the third will be the adjustment, completely unprofessional scam. I would never do business with these people. Also, I can tell you to skip the massage. It's bogus in a tiny room where you hear all the conversations of the office and noisy people in the waiting room, completely unable to relax.
