Re: customer-centric service at Tracy office Five-stars for when Pre-covid, I took my son who played basketball at Kimball, here for sports therapy. Minus one-star for Tracy office hold music and slight attitude. Since I have been working from home without an ergonomically sound set-up I have begun to have issues with shoulder, neck and elbow strain. I called to make an appt. and was put on hold - not unusual for a busy office. However, after about 1 minute I had to turn down the volume on my phone because the hold music was intermittent static and head-pounding heavy rock instrumental. I thought this is an odd choice especially if you have clients that are suffering from headaches. After approx. 5 minutes of being hold I almost missed the receptionist because I had the volume down low. I mentioned the hold music in a half-joking way and . . . "crickets". After a few seconds of dead air I told her I was just mentioning it so the office is aware. I know sometimes an office may not be aware of what the customer hears on the hold music. However, I also know they are able to choose/change it! I expected the usually customer-centric office to respond with something to the affect "we apologize for that, thanks for letting us know". The smallest thing can ruin a customer's perspective and cause loss of potential new clients. Tracy office - please be more caring w/clients and potential clients on the phone; and look into having a more soothing hold music selection. read more

Dr Tim is amazing, my wife and I have been coming to him every week and he is very informative, and actually listens to you before doing any services. We get our massages from Jasmine and she take the time and works out all the kinks in your muscles. They have amazing water beds before you see the doctor. This is by far the worst chiropractor I've ever been to in my opinion Dr. Tim don't care about his patients won't get to the bottom of why they're in so much pain release me to go back to work when I could barely walk found another doctor he did an MRI and found my back to be totally jacked up and if Dr. Tam would've put me back to work in my opinion would've caused major damage to my back in my opinion stay away from this person read more

Dr. Tim Coykendall fix my pain and stiff neck from staring at my computer 10 hours a day. 2 weeks visit - Water bed, rolling bed, electric shock therapy, and Dr. Tim adjustments made it possible for me (back to normal). Had a great experience here. Was in a car accident earlier this week. Called them this morning and the young lady (forgot her name, but when I went in she had gorgeous eyes) made me an appoint for that afternoon. When I got there the young lady helped me right away and got everything started. When the Dr came in he made things easy and comfortable. Told him my situation on what happened and he understood and said they deal with lots of situations like mine. Offered some advice, and got things adjusted. Then got hooked up to those electrode things and got to lay around on that roller bed. Very easy and comfortable experience. Have plans to go back next week. I visited Dr. Tim here while I was in high school. I was a cheerleader at west high and had really bad problems with my forearm and shoulder. I went in only a handful of times, and when I decided to leave it was because my problem was solved! He was so nice. He was quick and straight to the point. He also explained to me what was going on and showed me with pictures, so I really liked that too. P.S: the water bed is AWESOME. A different time, I went to him because I was in powder puff and had hurt myself and the hospital had told me my hand was sprained. They wrote in my records that the reason for visit was "injury" and that was it. Dr. Tim took a look at my X-Ray from the hospital and actually saw a hairline fracture in my knuckle. I don't know how he did it, but he is very intelligent and very dedicated to solving whatever is wrong with his patients. read more

Our oldest son runs for Tracy High track team. Started to complain about knee pains and so we decided to find somewhere to take him. We found Valley Chiro and met with Dr Russell. I went here for awhile after moving to Tracy. I'd had chronic back pain for several years seeing multiple chiropractors for treatment. After some time I was not improving so Dr Coykendall said he was going to "break up the scar tissue". He never had x-rays done on my back and had no idea of any underlying issues. He had me sit at the end of the table, he got on the table and kneed me in my lower back! I started to pass out from the pain, and was taken into a room to "rest". I have been going to Dr Tim since he opened his practice in Tracy he Has helped me a lot after having my first child! I recently had another baby and she has a mild case of Torticollis her pediatrician told me to do physical therapy but I thought about Dr Tim at valley chiropractic I gave him a call they got me in to have her seen the same day addressed the problem that caused the Torticollis explained his treatment and was very patient with her already see an improvement two more visits and he thinks she will be all better this momma is so happy thank you again Dr Tim!!! read more

I hate being that person who posts a low star rating since everyone has rated 5 stars. I like how the office incorporates P/T with Chiropractic methods, the two in combination should work wonders. Dr Tim was very nice, on my first visit we discussed my problem areas. Overall, I was happy with my first visit results. So now onto my 2nd visit, a few days before I received a call that the dr needed me in 15 mins early, he had to leave on time. Not sure if this played a part in my experience. I arrived on time, used their iPad to indicate my areas of pain, was taken back to their water, heat, massaging bed for 6 minutes. Dr. Tim came in and spent all of 5 minutes if that and was done. I personally felt that the appointment was too routine, too rushed and there was no care involved. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Also, to top it off after he readjusted my neck I was in the worst pain for 3 days, the pain was immediate. I called to cancel my next appointment, explained why... and was told "OK, well when your ready give us a call back" I guess this style of a treatment plan does not work for me. read more

I have been coming here for about a month and have noticed a huge difference. Dr. Garrido and Dr. Russell have both been awesome with explaining different techniques they use or go into depth with whatever pain I may be feeling and how to alleviate it. Also I have been having headaches all the time everyday since my car accident and unbelievably Dr. Garrido adjusted me and for the first time and it was gone. I am pregnant got my back adjusted and after just one visit my back was fixed. I was unable to even put my pants on and having a hard time to just walk around the house. I don't even know where to begin. Several years ago my son was getting really bad ear infections and antibiotics were not working anymore. I had read somewhere that a Chiropractor may be able to help. I found Dr. Tim and had started taking my son for adjustments. We rarely had issues anymore with ear infections and then if we did we would take him in and within a day he'd be fine. I started going to Dr. Tim for anything that had come up. My other son had hurt his leg at school so I went right to the ER to a huge waiting room full of people so I decided to just take him to Dr. Tim. I'm so glad I did because he knew exactly what it was and my son felt better in days. These are only a couple of instances that Dr. Tim has helped us with. A couple of days ago I hurt my shoulder lifting weights and I went to him the very next day. I couldn't even get dressed without being in so much pain. He knew exactly what was going on (like he always does), gave me an adjustment and then I had some electric stim done. I went home and iced throughout the day and I woke up this morning feeling almost 100% better. He is truly a miracle worker! The office staff is also very nice. The girl (I can't remember her name) that assists Dr. Tim with the electric stim is so sweet and helpful. She is really great! read more

Dr. Russell is great, I came in with really bad lower back pain and after one visit I was already starting to feel better. The roller table is awesome, it's my favorite. The staff is really great, they make sure you're comfortable and totally take care of you. I've had many years of chiropractic care, intermittently. But it still makes me nervous and can get expensive, so I haven't been in several years. I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant, and the pain has become so debilitating that I couldn't put treatment off any longer. I saw Dr. Tim here for the first time today. The office environment is very tranquil, and the staff were all friendly. I was directed to a massage chair to fill paperwork out in, which was wonderful. Dr. Tim had a clear understanding of what kind of treatment I need and did some gentle adjustments, explaining everything as he went. I then got light therapy and muscle stim treatment, which felt great. After just one visit, I already feel so much better, and I'll be going back twice next week.
