Not the best but decent if your desperate for a adjustment. Few out of my many adjustments did I feel were beneficial. Most of the time I would slip on bed table during my adjustments, which are outdated/ small adjustment tables. I seem to get more relief from the electro machines they hook all their patients to. Most of the office staff are rude or have poor customer service skills (especially curly hair lady with glasses, sorry dont know her name) Was overcharged lil over hundred bucks (out of pocket), they said they have my refund check within a week.. and a month flew by not one call from them, had to ask for it myself. I expressed my disappointment with chiropractic adjustments over phone, also never received a follow up phone call for that. read more

I have been under the care of Dr Schack/Del Arringa for about five years now. The first time I saw her I had messed up my back crawling through the doggie door when I locked my self out of the house. After a good laugh, and one adjustment, I was good as new. Over the years I have had serious and not so serious problems with my back. She has been able to return my back to normal every time. Sometimes in a single visit, most times over the course of a few months. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and most of them do what feels like the same adjustment every time, and most of them want me to continue seeing them for life. This is an updated review. I continue to be impressed with Dr. Schack and her staff. I have been going to Dr. Schack for over a year now, and I have been nothing but happy. She is extremely caring, attentive and I feel really cares about what is happening with you. About 6 months ago, my daughter did something to her back that required a visit to Dr. Schack, after about 3 visits and some at home exercises; my daughter was good as new. Everything from my previous review still stands true. Wait time is minimal if any. I am in and out in a short amount of time which I appreciate, and they are flexible with appointment times. There has even been a couple of times when I had to show up with out an appointment because I did something weird to my back that I needed to have it looked at right away. And they got me in right away, with out any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Schack and Tracy Chiropractic to everyone I know. I worked for 3 chiropractors in my life and I am pretty confident with knowing a good Dr. when I have been adjusted by one. I go for maintenance appointments (if you don't take care of your body it won't take care of you!) My 13 year old see's Dr. Brown for sports related issues (muscle soreness, ankle issues, wrist issues) and I take my 6 year old in hopes it will just give her an attitude adjustment. Dr. Brown & Dr. Schack and all their staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful office staff, every one of them. Dr. Brown & Dr. Schack both treated me. Dr. Browns treatments have been so effective towards helping me recover from excruciating whiplash pain i suddenly received as a result of being rear ended in an auto accident. I was referred by other doctors to other doctors 13 in all, none provided help, direction, meds, nor understanding of my injury and method of recovery. A very active person like me suddenly bed ridden for months from what appeared to be termed as a minor accident (by insurers and doctors alike). leaving me in intense pain and no where to go for help. A patron of my business referred me to Dr. Brown who only needed to hear a few words about my injury and he confidently advised me that he's got me and his treatments will benefit me greatly and his best advice!!!drop those unhelpful doctors. He was the only person who understood and believed me and is very familiar with whiplash treatments. 4 weeks and the results are that the pain has reduced so significantly that I can get out of bed right away, eat again, smell, taste, and I have been able to move quicker after waking up. Confusion, concentration, forgetfulness is returning to normal as are my energy levels, allowing me to do daily life simplicities like cook, dress myself, pick things up off the floor, etc. Dr. Schack stepped in to cover Dr. Brown for 3 treatments and she too is absolutely incredible. Both Dr. treatments saw immediate results. Dynamic duos, dynamic staff. My daughter started going to Dr. Kaylin Schack for a sport injury. My daughter loves the sport she is in and does not want to stop. I was referred by another parent who had the same experience with general doctor(don't use the area, take these pain and anti-inflammatory medications). No real explanation except it's a sprang. After taking her to Dr. Schack she was able to tell us exactly what was hurting her and how to treat it and continue doing her sport. I also took my husband there after going to his general doctor for a year and a half of terrible pain in his neck from a very serious car accident. She was able to treat him and give him tremendous relief. General doctor gave him pain medication that did not take the pain away, (and he couldn't drive and go to work taking them, so he suffered for a long time) and basically told him if it hurts don't do it.
