He also collaborated with another expert, Nikki of Fit by Nik and together they identified that there was also possible secondary impact from sciatica, manifesting in the glutes and piriformis. In January, I gave a challenge to Dr Gill to get me ready for a strenuous Rim to Rim Grand Canyon backing trip in May. He took on the challenge with a smile, worked hard week after week with a variety of exercises, massage techniques and education. For my Grand Canyon backpacking trip, I had to navigate an elevation change of 4,300 feet each way while carrying 26 lbs under the hot sun.
