Never thought that Chiro care would be an essential for me. I was having some minor pain in my lower back and especially in my shoulders. I am not new to chiropractic services, not one to write reviews either, but I had to take time to do so this time. When I arrived to the office, I was greeted with a smile and was welcomed by his receptionist. She was very kind and friendly. Explained forms and knows her job well, was able to answer all my questions. I was roomed by receptionist, as office is ran by receptionist and Chiropractor only. Don't expect to be in a room with 4 walls, they have two beds to provide care with dividers in between to provide privacy. (Don't let this turn you away, I promise it's worth it!). Dr. Chavez, has great bedside manners. He sat down to review forms and pinpoint areas of concern. He allowed me as the patient, to take my time explaining every concern with detail. I was not rushed at all. He is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He used skeleton and diagrams to explain areas of concern. I found Dr. Jerald on IG and he and his wife Kelly are by far the best chiropractor in the area. The office is very professional and in a good area near downtown Tracy.
