Sitting in the office, recapping my experience, while waiting for my husband and I thought "I should write a yelp review!" First off we purchased the $29 Groupon which included X-rays, chiropractic exam, and 60min. massage. Well worth the $29. I feel like I should give them more for the time, care, and information I received! Dr. Bills was amazing! And the massage!? Omg AMAZING! We will definitely be BACK (pun intended). Thank you Restoration Clinic!! read more

Very Professional and friendly staff. And of course great adjustments. I've been going for more then 2 years and my whole family has enjoyed going. With technology and our heads being down and looking at our phones, our necks suffer. Go get an x ray and see how your neck is handling technology! read more

Dr. Rawlinson is awesome! I started seeing him a couple of months ago for severe sciatic pain. I couldn't sit on my couch or drive without extreme pain and numbness/tingling in my leg. Since I've been seeing him regularly I am finally able to sit and drive without so much pain and discomfort. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are thinking of seeing a chiropractor, I highly recommend. read more

This team of chiropractors is amazing. I've needed a good chiro for 2 years, went through it looking for a good one that worked for my needs. The friendliness and the genuine concern for the patient goes above and beyond. The only thing I don't like is the open area in which they work on you, no privacy, makes it uncomfortable at times. read more

Poor customer service. I've been a customer at this business since before they opened up in Tracy, started with them in Livermore. I'm one of their first customers here in Tracy. I lost my insurance so I stopped going, too expensive out of pocket. I tweeked a disc in my back, can barely walk, my upper body is twisted, constant relentless pain, so my wife bought me a Groupon to be seen. I show up, barely can walk, and they say sorry buddy you're not a "new" patient you can't use this Groupon....then send me out the door in pain. Is that the kind of chiropractor you want to support with your hard earned dollars? Not me. They just lost my entire family and everyone else I know. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bills three times per week for about a month. I first decided to see Dr. Bills after finding a Groupon. At first, I was very nervous. I have never seen a chiropractor before and was not sure it would help with my leg pain. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I first met him. He made a diagnosis very quickly and the subsequent tests supported his initial diagnosis. After my first appointment, which included an adjustment, I felt tremendously better. Now, I always look forward to my appointments. The staff at the office are extremely kind; the warmth is palpable as soon as you walk in the door. You can tell that they take pride in their work and do their best to improve their patient's health. After each appointment there is a noticeable difference in my walking and pain. My family can tell when I can walk almost normally, when I normally have a limp. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. However, keep in mind that chiropractory, like anything, requires follow-up as adjustments the take time to become permanent. read more

This place is fantastic! It's a cheerful, easy-going environment where I always feel like I'm the first patient of the day. Dr. Rawlinson is amazing. My hip problem has magically faded into the ethos after coming here. I highly recommend him if you're looking for attention and care. read more

Found this incredible place by happenstance! I highly recommend scheduling a consult with Dr. Trevis Rawlinson, he is a gifted Chiropractor. For many years, I ignored pain. I suffered from chronic headaches. Often neck, back, hip, wrist and knee pain would become unbearable. It was so bad that it interfered with everyday life. I'd only go to the doctor when the symptoms would become unbearable, but never really addressed the core issues. It took a minor car accident to finally get the Chiropractic care that I really needed. In 6 weeks, Dr. Rawlinson, successfully treated my whiplash. I was amazed that with regular treatment, my neck felt better than I could even remember. After 3 months of care to address other underlying conditions, I was amazed at how much my health had improved. Mid December, I could drive 4 hours comfortably, which in November, I could hardly drive 1 hour without significant hip, back and neck pain. Then, in January, to the credit of Dr. Rawlinson and his talented staff, I was able to drive 12 hours to a very important event! Chiropractic care is for everyone injured or not. Just like eye exams and dental care, it is a part of necessary maintenance for your overall good health. Live your best life by taking care of yourself! read more

Dr. Rawlinson is a lifesaver to me. He helped me when I went through chemotherapy with neuropathy in my feet and other related issues. If it wasn't for him and other healing methods, I might not be hiking today. He's helped me with on-going tendonitis issues and any current health issues. He also corrected my daughter's scoliosis. I still come for regular check-ins. He is so friendly and warm. The staff is also great! Top notch! read more

Great service and the Dr and staff are amazing... if your in need for chiropractic service this is the place for you.

My mother recommended me to come here when I told her I was having back problems. My first visit was free, which was awesome, but I immediately felt relief the next day when I went to work. He also did an X-ray where he was able to pinpoint the source of the pain. He also gives you a short presentation on why it is beneficial to visit a chiropractor. The staff and the Dr are all super friendly. I've tried to recommend friends and family after my experience bc I believe that everyone should visit Dr. Rawlinson if they are experiencing any back pain or discomfort. read more

Rawlinson is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to! I have gone to a few others where they just wanted my money. Rawlinson took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and actually help me. The staff is just as amazing ! All those girls are so kind and always greet me with a smile. You guys rock! read more

Just came back from my first massage at this place and I feel fantastic. Great atmosphere and essential oils smelled really nice. Just wish there was music. Dr. Bills was so sweet in figuring out my health history and planning a course of treatment. I never knew how many people go to a chiropractor! I liked seeing someone else getting adjusted to know what to expect. Really impressed with this place and glad to have discovered it. read more

It is an "open bay" practice. No privacy. I know some are ok with that but they should tell you that you won't be getting a one-on-one visit with the dr when booking an appointment. It is one dr working on several people at once. read more

I was told about this place after I got in an accident and was in pain. I can't say enough good things about my care and how good they made me feel. Dr. Bills is always so positive and heals your pains as well as makes your soul feel better. :) He remembers everyone's names and what your story is so you get what you specifically need without him looking at your file! Everyone in the office is so friendly and it rubs off on the customers! I've made some good friends from interacting in their office. I have also referred many friends who love going there now too. What really put me over the top was getting a massage from Tony!! I was a little nervous just because it had been a long time since I'd last had a massage and, as many people are, I'm not thrilled with my body. But I NEVER felt self conscious at all and besides feeling so comfortable, he's an incredible masseuse! He found places I didn't even know were hurting, then made that pain go away and I couldn't believe how wonderful I felt! When I started having regular massages with my adjustments, it was amazing how quickly I healed! After I finished my recovery, my first step was to set up my next massage! I'm a customer for life! :) read more

I originally came here because I had a groupon for a massage but it included an adjustment and X-rays. I didn't even realize that Dr. Bills has his doctorate in neurology! I've seen neurologist after neurologist that couldn't do anything for my migraines that I suffer from daily. Dr. Bills told me I have a reverse curve in my neck and that Could be the cause of my migraines. I was skeptical at first because I am a nursing student and believe in the power of medicine, but I was extremely impressed at how everything made sense to me since I have knowledge in how the human body works. I was also very honest with Dr. bills. I told him how I felt and how everyone scared me telling me the chiropractor only wants your money. But he explained everything and made me very comfortable. I am now doing a 36 month treatment And he is working with me on the price. At this office they really care about you! And not the little how are you , hope you have a great day. But they actually take time to know you, and give you the attention you deserve as a patient, and I really respect that. They have 5 star reviews for a reason! Everyone in this office is amazing! Even the assistants, I absolutely love Erin, she makes my treatment go smoothly as it is intense and she distracts me during. Also; just a heads up. This was my first time at ANY chiropractic office and it scared me walking in, as they do not have individual rooms, they just have beds in the waiting room and everyone can see what's going on. But nobody really cares so it was ok. Thank you to everyone at restoration chiropractic for helping me get better so I can actually live my life migraine free!! read more

I've been going to Restoration Chiropractic for a couple months now, and the staff is amazing. Saw Dr. Spaulding adjust a baby today! He even tells the kids jokes. Glad I found this place. Everyone in the office is very personable and treat you like family. Call and make an appointment today! read more

We drive about 20 minutes to go to this Chiropractic Office. Initially we found the deal on Groupon. And have been loyal since. The ladies who work the front desk are always perky and greets you by name each time you walk in. If you have an issue with part of your body, the doctor likely can fix it. I keep promoting this office to my friends. The doctor is good at remembering names, where you work things you have talked about. Even when the office is busy and full of people, you always feel you get the attention and time you need or deserve. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the wealth of knowledge the doctor has and the concern for an individual's well being. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Bills at restoration chiropractic. I am a runner/athlete and pregnant with my second child. I have had almost no back pain with this pregnancy! Each person in their office makes you feel like family. Often I bring my 18month old in with me and they are so warm and accommodating to him. read more

This office is awesome, I purchased a Groupon for my mom's first fisit. Dr. Bills and his staff are very kind and professional. Dr. Kyle Bills adjusted mom, she has been mostly pain free for over a year. Mom goes into the office for regular adjustments. My sister visiting from out of state needed an adjustment, she was able to be seen on very short notice. Dr. Bills recommend that she see a cardiologist for care. My family and I highly recommend this office. Thank you, Dr. Bills and staff! read more

Dr. Bills is nice. Dr. Spaulding is cool. They make me feel nice. They make people feel nice.

I came in after a doctor refered me to physical therapy on severe back pain without any x-rays. Once I walked in I got almost immediate help. I received an x-ray and an alignment and I came back the next day where they aligned me again. I have been going to Dr. Spaulding for a little over 3 months now and have not had any back pain since. I highly recommend them. Worth 5+ stars read more

I have been coming to this office for about a month now and I love it here. I have been suffering from lower back añd hip problems for about 15yrs because of childbirth. It got to the point where i was in pain, extremely stiff, and my mobility was being compromised. After i came here i received a full very thorough exam and xray. I found out i had scoliosis. I have been to other chiropractors before and was never checked thoroughly enough to see what my real issue was. Dr. Rawlingson set up a treatment plan añd i was actually shocked because it is very affordable. After a month of treatment i can now say my pain has subsided añd my right hip has been out of socket for 15yrs. It is now back in place. I am starting to feel human again and my mobility feels like a new person. Im extremely grateful to the Dr for helping me añd making me feel brand new. As for the staff they they are all extremely helpful and nice añd they remember us when we come back. Dr Rawlinson is very personable añd has a great personality añd sense of humor. I highly recommend this this office to anyone read more

I seen a great deal I couldn't pass up on Groupon. I went in with lower back pain, they did a quick exam and right away Dr. Bills noticed one leg was now shorter than the other. Did x-rays and seen the underlying cause of my problems. I had degeneration of the discs and the discomfort made me readjust causing my pelvis to shift. Right away they gave me some options for care, and gave payment plan that fit my budget. I come in to get adjustments, and some great laughs. The dr's are very nice, and friendly. I highly recommend checking them out. read more
