This place does not know what they are talking about. I buy a Groupon which states xrays, consultation, adjustment and 1 hour massage. I call the place to schedule something because my back is tight and I told the secretary that my back was bothering me and she said she would have someone call me back. Some dude calls me saying you need a 80 dollar some thing because you have a acute problem. I'm like dude I just need a quick adjustment and a massage. I told him I mainly wanted the massage. He says "we're not massage envy, if you want a massage you can go somewhere else". I then proceed to tell him why did they have the Groupon up to begin with if you aren't going to treat people when they buy it? Extremely unprofessional. A real doctor would have honored the Groupon and if something more needed to be done then let them know. Not base a entire adjustment off of what your secretary tells you. Y'all weak af. read more

Not very understanding of people's schedules . I am a busy person and book appointments to be seen at that time . Not to come in and sit and wait for them to take in walk-ins. read more

I love Tony at restoration chiropractic. He gives excellent massages and has helped me manage pain.

The best chiropractors in town!!!! Dr. Hansen and Dr. Bills take the time to get to know each patient personally and treat you like family every time you come in for treatment. They take the time to listen to your cares and concerns and make you feel important. You can walk in and get treated anytime without an appointment. I get treated regularly for migraines and for sinus infections. Weird I know but they know exactly how to press and massage my face and head to break up the fluid that is trapped in my sinuses and I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks!!!! Thanks DR. Hansen and DR. Bills for doing what you love and loving what you do, IT SHOWS!!!!!! read more

My first experience with a chiropractor at the ripe old age of 55. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. My consultation with Dr. Bills was very informative and genuine. My next step was to meet the other Dr. for x-rays. He was very professional. Then I had a massage with Melissa which was awesome. If I could I would give 10 stars for my experience with this business. read more

I hurt my back while I was trying to help lift a very heavy item, went to tracy Sutter, sat for 3 hours because I couldn't walk. The dr. Finally seen me for about 5 seconds. Touched my back , and told me my back was spasming. He then gave me a scrip for value and sent me on my way. It didn't work, I was in so much pain I didn't know what to do. I walked in to restoration Chiropractor on 11th st., told them what I did to my back. They then did a few x ray's and seen that my back had 3 bulging disc in my spine . They took me in the office, told me what was going on and said they wanted to help me correct this problem. Restoration Chiropractor was so caring and treated me like family. I have been going 3 times a week now for a little over a month now, and I feel much better. I would recommend restoration Chiropractor to everybody. I have been with Restoration Chiropractic Care since day one. They have helped me with my constant chronic scoliosis pain to the point that I can "manage" the pain with aspirin, and 3 days a week adjustments. And I can "function" again. They make adjustments when needed. And when I tweak my back, they help "heat/ice", and adjust the area. They are personable, and welcome me anytime I come in. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I was introduced to Dr. Bills during a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meeting in 2014. From the moment of his message to the teaching of the human body and the benefits of Chiropractic care, I could tell that Restoration Chiropractics was going to be an amazing experience!!! In October, my family started seeing Dr Bills and our journey as been life changing! My daughter who is 7 has been experiencing migraines for the past 3 years. She has had numerous visits to the Doctors and Neurologist all of which wanted to medicate her. I wasn't a fan...with the help of Dr. Bills my daughter is 98% migraine free, YAY. My daughter loves Dr. Bills too..he keeps her calm and always interacts with her. I've also benefited from the chiropractic care, health and PT guidance as well as the massage care. Tony, is one of the massage therapist in the office. I can say he is AWESOME. He takes is time in understanding your body aches, pains and problem areas. I would highly recommend booking a massage appointment. I promise you won't be disappointed!!! Finally, the staff is attentive to your needs. Jen and Erin are always very accommodating and welcoming. Came here when I threw my back out. I work as an automotive technician so my job is very physical. These guys took care of me. The Dr.s are very kind and caring, experienced in their profession, and the owner did everything he could to make the treatment affordable for me. The hours work out well and I'm able to come over right after work to get adjusted after a long day. I have no more back pain, I can sleep better, and have more energy through the day. read more

I really like this chiropractor, and hope to be able to get back in there soon. They really know their stuff & work with you as much as possible on costs. We found them by groupon & now my whole family has been in. They also helped my husband tremendously. read more

The Staff at Restoration Chiropractic is fantastic; as soon as you open the door everyone there is so welcoming. Dr. Bills is a fantastic Chiropractor; he has helped my family tremendously! I first became a patient while pregnant suffering from a bad back, leg, foot, occasional sharp stomach pains, and not to mention some misplaced ribs courtesy of baby. . As a commuter and now with child my condition had gotten pretty bad fast. Dr. Bills and Dr. Hanson took excellent care of me threw my entire pregnancy, relieving me from constant pain. My baby was born 2 months early, by emergency caesarian once I was out of the hospital Dr. Bills was able to take x-rays and find all my problems. He then took an aggressive approach and got me back into shape so that I could hold my baby and walk without being in pain. I was also free of the commuter leg and foot that followed me everywhere. Dr. Bills also adjust my newborn baby. I didn't realize how much trauma happens to a newborn during birth and that they also get out of alignment. My newborns neck was slightly shifted and Dr. Bills adjusted him right out of the hospital, and several times since then. My son doesn't even mind. Its not painful and I can tell he feels better. My daughter who is 18 was complaining about pains in her back while sitting in class all day, I took her to Dr. Bills and after running tests she was diagnosed with scoliosis., we had always know her back was not straight but we hadn't ran across a doctor who would properly diagnosis her. Dr. Bills was great he completely broke everything down, so she and I could understand what was going on with her, and what was going to be needed to successfully treat her. He immediately began aggressive treatment with her and after a few months my daughter was not in pain anymore, and was no longer a victim of scoliosis' Restoration Chiropractic has been a blessing to my family. Dr. Bills truly cares about his patients and wants to see them get better. He is honest, friendly, and extremely supportive. Those of you whom chiropractic is a little foreign to you, give it a try. It really makes a difference! I don't know what kind of condition my family would be in without it. Restoration Chiropractic also has great flexible hours for commuters, amazing with kids, great treatment plans, and their service is excellent! To anyone looking to find a great chiropractor look no more! read more

Words can not say how they have saved me. For over 2 years I had leg pain and bursitis. They were at the health fair at the Sutter Hospital and I signed up for an x-ray and consult. I had been to a different chiropractor and the doctor more times than I can count. I was shocked when Dr. Bills showed me the x-ray of my back and how all over the place I was. 1 adjustment and some work on my muscles. That was the first night in years I slept, minus Aleve (which became a daily thing to help take the edge off), in fact I sleep so well that I did not move and sprained my shoulder. it was worth it. Now an adjustment every so often and I am fine. What I love are the tips on the board and no pressure to buy or do anything else. I only keep going back because it makes me feel good. If you need they have some great deals on group or to start or visit Dr. Spaulding at the farmers market on Saturdays. My insurance covers 30 visits a year, so I pay my co-pay so check yours also. I did not mention how wonderful all the staff is. it is a fun place to go. I always leave happy and not just from my adjustment. You all rock. read more
