I was leery about some of the negative comments I read about this clinic but, after my first visit today, I completely concur. Lets just say that I thought of leaving the treatment room. The doctor was completely unaware that he is being rude and rushed. He asked where the pain was coming from and I pointed and said it was around my left hip area and he corrected me that it was from my SI area. He then asked me if I know what SI means. Not only rude but also arrogant. Maybe he is nice to certain groups of clients only. I am a senior executive in the healthcare industry and I know good customer service when I see one. Kaiser contracts through AHS who referred me to Ringer Chiropractic office. I decided to contact them after experiencing reoccurring neck and back pain for quite sometime. I was able to get an appointment fairly quick which I was excited about. At the appointment the check in process was nice and smooth, the front desk attendant was pleasant. I waited about fifteen minutes or so before being seen by the doctor. He asked questions about the cause of my pain which I explained I'm not sure of the cause but that I was having pain. He could not believe the severity of my pain without me taking medication or being physically seen by a doctor. I explained that's why I was at the chiropractor. He spoke with "smart" remarks to a lot of the questions I had. No xrays were taken because he felt they were not necessarily. He provided an adjustment and then what I believe is stimulation and ice to my neck while sitting in a massage chair. I left still feeling the same and not having any answers so I will not be back. I was informed he wanted a follow up appointment but this office doesn't seem like a fit for me and I want to pay a copayment somewhere that can help me! read more

Best chiropractor office Ive been to! I got into a serious car accident, called Ringer Chiropractor and within an hour they called me back and squeezed me in for a consultation the same day. I got so much relief just after the first visit. Dr. Marlowe is very straightforward and meticulous and goes above and beyond. He even personally recommended me a list of personal injury lawyers and do not regret calling. He makes sure you understand everything and answers any questions or concerns you may have. He's also a very funny guy with a good sense of humor. His staff are extremely nice, thorough, and extremely accommodating with appointment scheduling. The office itself is very clean and organized. Usually, I don't like to give a negative review, but this I think is necessary because I want to help anyone that's curious to know if this is the right place to get their adjustments done. Many red flags about this place, visited about two times and that was all I could take. I can't believe why these things didn't bother for the 98 odd reviews that gave a 5 star rating but hey I looked into the 1 star ones, I could exactly relate to my experience with them. The positives first: 1. They ask you to highlight pain areas on piece of paper 2. Post adjustment, they make you sit in a massage chair with an ice pack and microcurrent in the problem area, without this I would have squealed in pain, this was my only fav part. Now, for the negatives: 1. The front desk is rude, they are sweet only while they want to schedule for your next visits 2. Dr. Marlowe seems learnt, but hey! He is super rude and always in a haste or run! He does not give you time to explain nor he is interested in listening to you, he looks at the paper you filled in, does something on computer and right away goes for adjustment with very minimal talk regarding the problematic areas. Moreover, this one time, my shoes were really dirty (I totally was not conscious about that, as I was rushing for appointment, that entire week was raining and I was off a under construction property the day before) but the dirt was dry not that it was sticky, he lets me get in position for adjustment and instead of starting the adjustment, he grabs a napkin and starts wiping my shoes, great priorities man! I apologized and he as usual threw me an attitude. Now, I had a bad neck issue, suffering from about 3 months, yoga would relieve me on a regular basis, but I wanted to get adjusted professionally because, I do a desk job for living and was seeking some well being over all. He wouldn't even pay attention to listen out and goes ahead and does the adjustment, my god it was painful, I had previous chiropractors that I saw when I was in Texas, never did I face pain, instead I used to go in with pain and come out relieved. But in this case, my pain just aggravated. I asked him if it will get better for which he goes-- you never know, hopefully-- you are a doctor, you are supposed to know, that's what you get paid for! After two or three visits, I decided it's not worth it and just rested at home. And yes, he did advise to ice and only that seemed helpful and the massage chair. All in all, not sure if there are other doctors, other front end staff who do an exceptional job to get the ratings that we see here. Good Luck! Try only if you have no other option and need some sort of relieve or if you feel adventurous. read more

Went here over the course of a couple months until I said enough was enough. We did the same process the whole time I was there and probably would have been better off seeking help from YouTube. I was expecting there to be different ways of going about helping a lower back problem but I only received one treatment that didn't help. In addition to the subpar treatment, the main doctor was such a unpleasant human being. All the man did was complain about how miserable the world is and at times made me feel uncomfortable with his dark/negative views of society. Another thing that made me feel uncomfortable was his latch locks on the inside of the chiropractor doors. Not sure what would be going on that calls for the door to be completely locked from inside. All around bad experience and would recommend others to seek out better services. read more
