Drs are great here! But the ladies at the desk sound dull and act like they do not want to be there. Mindi, I think her name is that, usually answers and sighs and yawns and just doesn't enjoy her work. Very unfortunate because it's taken me awhile to find a drs office that does what they do. They have massage chairs and they ice your back and apply shock therapy pads. Hopefully the ladies at the front desk learn to be more pleasant or they find someone who wants to work there. read more

I've had 2 left knee operations last year. Still always lots pain! My orthopedic surgeon sent me to Dr. Ringer. DC Ringer educated me on what was going on with my knee and alignment of hips and knees. He's made some awesome adjustments to my back, hip and given me knee exercises along with stretches. I have been suffering with shoulder pains for about 5 years now with the last 2 years being unbearable. I've taken pain meds, had many PT sessions and was close to having surgery when a specialist suggested I try chiropractic sessions. I had nothing to lose so I agreed and he referred me to Dr. Ringer. I was skeptical at first, as I have been treated by a chiropractor before, back in the early 80's after a bad car accident. I didn't find the chiropractor helped with my issues back then; it was a complete waste of time. So to my surprise, in just 2 sessions with Dr. Ringer, my range of motion has improved in my shoulders to where I am able to do house chores again! To date, with more sessions with Dr. Ringer, the improvement continues and I am even able to sleep on my left side which I could not do for years. I am excited to continue with Dr. Ringer. I have neck and lower back issues as well so I'm most likely to continue with him for those areas, too. He is very knowledgable, personable and most of all, helpful with my shoulder issues. As an active person, I was down about not being as physically active as I used to be. Now I have hope. And what can I say about his staff -- they are stellar! My back issue seems to have stabilized somewhat, and I think I've actually experienced improvement (not an easy task since I've had back issues most my life). This review is long overdue but deserved. I've been seeing Dr. Ringer for a couple years and when I had my baby last year I had some postpartum back pain and all of a sudden woke up one morning and could barely move or lift my right leg, I had numbness down the front of my thigh that was a constant burning feeling and I was just in a lot of pain. I have a history of back surgery/pain and between Dr. Ringer and Dr. Marlowe I am back fully functioning. I had even went to kaiser thinking it was sciatica, pinched nerve or more serious and kaiser did nothing, gave me some motrin and sent me on my way. The Dr. at Kaiser didn't even do an assessment of my leg weakness or anything, she sat in her chair the whole time. I am in the medical field and I thought it was ridiculous that all I got was some pills to mask the symptoms instead of finding out the cause. The one thing that has made Dr. Ringer and Dr. Marlowe stand out above the rest is the time they put into their patients and assessing their problem or injury. It really has been a pleassure working with them. I appreciate their support staff, who are so friendly and flexible. Its not always easy making an appointment ahead of time when you have little kids, so being able to call and get a last minute appointment is a bonus for me. when I went to doctor ringer I came in with a very bad pinched nerve that numbed my whole left leg. I have never been to a chiropractic practice before but a immediately when I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly nice women who help me fill my paperwork out. I was in so much pain and they quickly then I was escorted to a room where I met dr. Ringer for the first time and he then did a consultation with me and it was just amazing on just the little things that I could tell him he already knew so much about my problem and how to fix it. he just adjusted me one time and Immediately felt better. you could tell that he really knew what he was doing it was trained very well. he then was escorted to another room where they had a back massage chair and they had something called shock therapy which sounds scarier than it, is all it really was a machine that was attached by a wire then sends a small vibration to the patch that they put on your body where your having discomfort.
