On one occasion, my son decided to submit an appeal letter at the last minute. She was out of the country and my son was on vacation. Timing was very challenging. Nonetheless, Tiffany made herself available, stayed on top of it, and helped my son write and submit an appeal in a very short period of time. Best part of all is her communication skills. She knows how to work with teenagers. My son is introverted and sometimes it's hard for him to open up to people he doesn't know. Tiffany was able to make him feel comfortable and he was able to work with her genuinely. We were very happy with Tiffany's service, and when our younger son wanted to work with a counselor, we scheduled an initial meeting with her for him. During the initial meeting, my son already knew that he wanted to work with her and now Tiffany is his college counselor, too. I would recommend Tiffany to any high school student looking for an excellent college counselor. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and very passionate about what she does.

Everything is so…read moredifferent from when we went to school, that we knew we needed a professional to guide us and our son on his next journey. Tiffany was a good fit, very organized and kept our son accountable and on track with the application process. She really listened to our son, guiding him through the process with his best interests in mind. She reviewed his essays timely with constructive feedback that helped give him a competitive advantage and made him stand out among so many applicants. As a parent, you naturally want the counselor to weigh your choices more heavily than the student. However, Tiffany tries her best to balance out the differences in choices. Tiffany's templates were very helpful and she had a lot of good references to share. Both us and our son had weekly action items. Our meetings with her were on time, focused and kept us moving forward. She took us step by step and explained clearly. There were some moments where it felt like things were moving a little too fast in areas we wanted to spend more time, but when we asked for clarification, she did provide it. Tiffany's systematic approach to the college application process, along with her recommendations on schools based on our son's interests, contributed to the high volume of acceptance letters from schools of his choosing. As a family, we committed to the university that best suited our son's personality, needs, and goals. Tiffany was there every step of the way. We are grateful for her support and look forward to going through the process again with her in another three years with our youngest.

When we first starting working together, I was at a stressful and frustrating point in my career and considering a change. We dove deep and explored every option, leaving no stone unturned. We developed methods to evaluate every potential route I could have taken, discussed the pros and cons of big decisions, and worked together to create a vision of my future that I wanted--then made a plan to achieve it. Mara was excellent at helping me figure out my strengths, my career criteria, my personality traits, and all the things that make up who we are, but we don't necessarily think about. I learned so much about myself through the process. Mara was thoughtful, organized, kind, and extremely supportive in every one of our sessions. She also has a great sense of humor and we make each other laugh a lot, which keeps our sessions fun. If you're considering working with a career coach or life coach, know that it's a relationship and relationships require work from both sides. This isn't a service where you answer a few questions then someone tells you what job you should have. There are Buzzfeed quizzes for that. With Mara, I brought ideas to the table and we worked through them together. She provided resources, tools, and a framework to guide my thinking. She brought her own ideas to the table and we discussed them. There was homework. Research. Big things to think about. Lots of introspection outside of our 1-hour sessions. I've since started a new chapter in my career and I continue to work with Mara for her guidance on leadership, balance, and where to devote my energy. She's a wonderful coach and an awesome human being.

I wanted…read moreto explore options of going further into tech, but my intuition was guiding me to explore my spiritual gifts and start a side business. I loved working with Mary because she offers an emotional intelligent assessment at the start of our coaching sessions, which I found extremely helpful. The assessment helped to map out my brain profile and see my areas of strengths as well as opportunities for growth. By 2020, I turned my side business into full-time and it grew with great speed. So much so, that I had ideas to scale and start a new business. I decided to work with her again in 2022. We did another brain assessment as well as leadership profile. I was surprised to learn that my profile had changed after much had changed in my life. We referred to these reports along our coaching sessions to help me integrate the lessons I needed to learn in my journey. Mary's intuitive guidance and business expertise were so not only influential for my professional expansion and development, but also my spiritual. She is a heart-centered, well-read, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the different tools she utilizes that are data-driven as well as spiritual. My most recent session with her involved a card reading and symbolism. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to start a heart-centered business and lean into their intuitive abilities!

I came to the session with some questions, but the way our conversation flowed took its own path. Suddenly the symbols and signs were everywhere! This session helped restore my confidence in moving forward. At the time, change and uncertainty prevented me from letting go of the past. My biggest aha moment was learning about the allegory of the elephant versus the monkey. I was able to understand where my creativity could be feeling stagnant and why my exhaustion can solely be a result of spreading myself too thin. The owl became a symbol of significance not only through the session, but after as well. The owl, representing wisdom and mentorship, has resonated with me ever since. Popping up when I least expect it, it's a reminder of the power and wisdom I can embody and embrace as I continue to grow. From the owl figurine I stumbled upon in Athens that now resides on my bedside table, to the mural of the owl in Paris, the past month of travels has been accompanied by an overwhelming sense of security in my journey forward. If not for the session, I would be blind to this realm of communication. If you are looking for a sign to book a session, consider this is it. Mary's guidance and empathy sticks. Nothing can compare to feeling seen, heard, and ultimately understood. The inspiration that blossomed after the session is one I hope everyone gets the chance to experience. I highly recommend this session to anyone interested in uncovering the hidden intelligence within.

In the weeks after, Mark and Kayla introduced me to various companies, and after each call or interview they would contact me by phone to ask me how I felt. If I did not feel like the opportunity fit me, they did not pressure me to continue down the interview process. They were also helpful in giving me tips on how much salary I could be looking forwards to, what my experience is worth, and if my experience was enough to apply for various senior positions. In the end, I went through the entire process with one of the companies that I liked and had a good fit with and received an offer from them.
