The first time I met her was a powerful, serendipitous encounter. Dasha became a co-creatix and a channel for a number of my personal manifestations. It's been my desire to sing - something that I've felt self conscious about for many years. This is the one area in my life that I still carry hang ups about. Meeting my shadow head on, I've set a clear intention to start sharing my voice a few days before meeting Dasha. A day before our encounter, on the International Women's Day, the universe began to answer my call. I was dancing in ecstasy to my friends' beautiful fusion of drums and guitar as a Sister Goddess Dhyana started creating a song on the spot. She suddenly turned to me and commanded "SING!" I was startled by this clear request from the universe speaking through her, but I didn't skip a bit and answered the call. Together we co-created a song called "Woman Rising". The next day Dhyana invited me to come along and meet her coach, Dasha. Within minutes of meeting Dasha and sharing about our song, Dasha coordinated for our song to be recorded by a professional producer and her housemate Mike Barnes. I found myself flowing and sharing my voice with ease in this beautiful, safe container as Dasha, Dhyana and I sang our hearts and wombs out. We spent hours singing, dancing, playing and co-creating magic. It was also a miracle to get the chance to play the drum of my Siberian ancestors, that just happened to be at Dasha's house. This was also something that I've put out to the universe as of late. Just to top it all off, as a cherry on top of this already exceptional day, Dasha had generously gifted me an entire beautiful, white macrame outfit from her closet! It was the same outfit that I spotted in the town of Tulum just a week or 2 earlier and thought to myself "I WANT!!!" I have so much love & gratitude for Dasha. For anyone considering working or collaborating with her, I say "GO FOR IT" You will not be disappointed.

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

Someone recommended Dr. Mahan when he was working in San Jose, and with his help, and a change of my meds, everything changed. Nothing is easy, but he helped by looking at how I think, gave me mental exercises (sounds dumb, I don't know how else to describe them, but they work) to change how I think about my life, and he has become a, sort of, life coach for me. I wouldn't have gotten by B.A. or changed my job without his help. He also lets my bitch as much as I want, so... :) Now, I know this shouldn't be a factor, but his new office is really cute, and, wait for it, is above Sushi on the Run. Arguably the best sushi in the Bay Area (has won "Best of" for like the Guardian or some newspaper...forgot). He also has a nice view of downtown Los Gatos / Santa Cruz Mountains, and it has more of a homey feel then the hospital / formal feel of other offices. Los Gatos is nice. I need to review places there. Great coffee houses, little shops, and bars. Okay, this is what I do when I have a chance. Two perfect days- 1. Make a morning appointment with Dr. Mahan. grab lunch, book or cheesy magazine, and drive a little bit further to Santa Cruz. Mountains, Beach, Sun, Ocean, Roller Coasters (when was the last time you Rollercoastered it. It's a Word!). Worth it. Good for the soul, and a mini-break, or 2. Make a morning appointment with Mahan, and the Dry Bar in S.J. (you can make an appointment with Dry Bar easily online), so after you talk about your life, you go get a blowout, then go across the street and grab sweet potato fries (double the order, and make sure you get the sauce, too) from Veggi Grill, maybe go next door and grab a burger. Go home, and have a Homeland/ Game of Thrones/ Grimm marathon. Perfect days. Promise. ps. Dr. Mahan, I stole your picture off your website, and stuck it on your Yelp page. I hate the icon they put if you don't have a picture. Bugs me. You said to be pro-active! Sashimi!
