WHY DID I SEEK QHHT? In the past few years I have become extremely restless. More recently it feels like nothing fits. Thinking it was a lack of external achievement or stimulation I created and accomplished many life goals and traveled the world, yet as soon as the experiences were over I was back in a state of restlessness, like something was missing. In response I began my introspective journey. I have worked with a few alternative healing modalities with the intention of exploring my subconscious motivations and limitations. My goal is to figure out how to create sustainable peace and content in my life. In the past years I have worked through traumas and have found forgiveness in this life time. My QHHT experience came at a time of major disconnection, deliberate life changes, imbalance, and a great desire to overcome my restlessness. I felt like either there were invisible hooks holding me back or there was something I needed to understand to find my peace and authenticity. MY QHHT EXPERIENCE Being hypnotized, for the first time, was a bit challenging for me but that is not to dismiss the content of my experience. I received a lot of information, especially as the messages continued to resonate in the days to follow. I learned more about myself and the history of a gift that has been with me throughout time that is itching to surface and communicate, a major source of my restlessness. This directly addresed my insomnia, which has greatly improved since. I was able to make peace with a recently departed member of my family in this lifetime and release the grief of a lost child in a past life. I found strength in understanding my ability and found comfort in the protection of my guides and the Jaguar spirit. To this day I am still listening to the recording of our session, connecting the dots to experiences I've had with alternative modalities. It all makes more sense now and although a work in-progress, I'm more able to begin preparing for more meaningful and impactful changes. I started working with Sean after treatment with traditional therapists left me questioning if there was a more meaningful way to better yourself.
