Anybody that has an experience with a good therapist will know that they do not give you answers but will rather help you uncover layers to yourself so that you can actively find solutions to your problems. She did a great job at guiding me and prompting me to ask myself certain questions that I had never previously considered, and gave me insight into how I could analyze my own situation through different perspectives. The ultimate goal of getting therapy of any sorts should be to gain knowledge on how to analyze your own perspective more thoroughly and without bias. My problems are far from being solved but I do feel as though I have a better sense of how to see various patterns in my thinking, which can lead to more thorough and positive self-reflection.

This sacred circle of women that Denise has brought together has served a beautiful tool for personal transformation. Before I began this practice I had no idea how disconnected I actually was from my body. In the beginning connecting to my body felt scary, uncomfortable, sometimes even painful emotionally and physically. However the exploring this feminine movement in the space of other women allowed for me to drop my barriers and release the pain and discomfort that had been held in my body years. This class has improved all areas of my life, emotionally, physically, mentally, my relationship to others, and especially my relationship to myself. Following my reading with her, I felt distraught and shaken by the experience. It left me feeling not only unsettled but also traumatized. She was more than intense, I feel that she preys on people's vulnerabilities and further intentionally exploits it to attack you. It's as if she enjoys the pain out of people. She asks for information from you and then responds in a way that is judgmental and condescending. It didn't feel like a safe or compassionate space, and that's been hard to reconcile--especially because I was open and vulnerable, and I expected to be met with care, or at the very least, respect. Throughout the session there were times I tried to change to subject off an issue that I wanted to move away from but she kept going back to it even when I was clearly uncomfortable, crying and wanted to move on from it. None of the predictions she said came true. I came to her during a time I felt vulnerable, down and was seeking guidance. She preys on people like that and gets a rise out of causing people pain and turmoil. I would highly recommend everyone steer clear of her and save your money. This lady is a fraud.
