I have been seeking Shamalah-Allah's counsel for many years. She is an incredibly honest human being. It can be a humbling experience because the guidance she receives is often not the answer we want to hear. She will not alter the guidance just to placate you, so if you are not willing to approach her guidance with humor, humility and an open mind, you should probably not be talking to a psychic and should consider therapy instead, as cognitive behavioral therapy can assist with life path choices and self-regulation. If you are capable of viewing any "negative" guidance as akin to a yellow light at a traffic stop - simply a helpful indicator - then Shamalah-Allah is a very talented, funny and kind human who can help you discern where you might be heading towards a yellow or red light. read more

Your response confirms exactly why I felt compelled to leave my review. At no point did I ask you to take responsibility for my life or my personal decisions. I sought out your services in good faith and paid for what you claimed were honest spiritual insights and predictions. None of the predictions you made came true, and instead of responding professionally to feedback, you chose to attack my character, insult me personally, and weaponize someone's vulnerable moments against them. A professional with integrity would be able to handle criticism without calling clients "rotten," accusing them of living in fantasy, or publicly shaming them for experiencing hardship. Your response was not compassionate, spiritual, ethical, or accountable. It was hostile, defensive, and deeply unprofessional. You repeatedly claim honesty, but honesty without empathy, accountability, or accuracy is not wisdom -- it is simply cruelty disguised as "truth." Being in business for 26 years does not automatically validate your abilities or excuse the way you speak to people. My review reflects my genuine experience with your services, just as your response reflects your inability to accept that not every client sees value in what you provide. I will not continue engaging in personal attacks or abusive exchanges. I hope in the future you learn how to communicate with clients in a more respectful and professional manner, especially those who came to you during vulnerable periods in their lives. P.S. She deleted her nasty response, so here is a screenshot of it. read more

Rev. Shamalah-Allah - Her response to me that she deleted. Proceed with caution - Psychics Near Me

This review is long overdue. I have seen her a couple of times in the past, and her readings were completely ridiculous. It's safe to say that many of these positive reviews seem paid. I gave her a few chances because I wanted to see if she was at least consistent. During my first reading, she told me that I would have an arranged marriage and that I would not be happy in it. Later, when I met her again (since I still wasn't married), she changed the story and said that I might get pregnant by the man I end up with and might have to get married quickly. My last meeting with her, which happened a few months back, was pure nonsense. The moment she sensed that I am an independent woman, she started giving very generic dating advice about how I would need help, how I might earn more than my partner, and how I might never be happy in my relationship. Psychics like this should face legal action. They create fear and doubt in people's minds and then benefit from it. read more

I don't know where to begin. I had a very short phone reading, and I really didn't have to say much, Shamalah-Allah knew everything! I emailed my questions, not too detailed. Let me tell you ... I didn't have to say anything to her. Everything she said to me was spot on! She isn't the type to ask you questions, fishing for details. She tells you and it's up to you to tell her if YOU choose. I was so amazed ... I waited until the end to tell her how insanely spot on she was. Most important is that she is super friendly. There's no awkwardness ... we laughed and the time flew by. She guarantees satisfaction which immediately makes one feel at ease. I would not waste time in booking with her. I've had MANY readings, but she's by far the best! I am telling you ... I can't believe what she was able to tell me with the limited information provided. (Can you tell I'm shocked?) I will be booking again in the future for a longer visit. Shamalah-Allah is amazing! read more

Shamalah is a very good psychic, she speaks with angels and animals, deceased or alive and she will give you super sound advice. Her predictions come true. She will also tell you when something is not going to happen or if you are making a mistake and she'll be right so listen to her! She is honest and trustworthy, a mix between your wise grandmother and funny best friend. read more

My mom has seen a few psychics in her life and Shamalah was the one she recommended to me when our 21-month-old dog passed away in a tragic accident this summer. It's been the most painful grief of my life, but Shamalah was able to connect with our dear boy. I am so grateful to be able to communicate with my baby through Shamalah. I've done two sessions with her so far and each time she's been able to deliver me useful info. I look forward to my next session with her. Highly recommend! read more

I had an amazing reading with Reverend Shamalah-Allah!! Over the past five years I've really grown to appreciate healers who have been blessed with extra sensory perceptions and seek them out when I am most in need of clarity. I booked my session right after my 43rd birthday. I couldn't figure out: how could it be that I felt so blessed, with all the beautiful people I have in my life and the wonderful success I have achieved, but at the same time FELT SO STUCK AND CONFUSED! It was then I knew that I had to seek guidance from the greater force. After reading many of the reviews and visiting Shamalah's website, I knew it was the right thing to do. It's been about three weeks since my reading and I'm still benefiting from the wisdom that I was given in my session. Shamalah gave me a viewpoint about my relationship and career that completely shifted the way I was looking at things and got me totally unstuck! And I'm sure only a handful of people in this world would've been able to give me the guidance that she gave me because it was truly from a higher realm. Because of her reading, I felt a huge weight lifted off my chest and feel confident about the path that I'm on now and the path feels very in alignment with my soul's purpose! Thank you so much, Rev. Shamalah-Allah!! I hope many more will benefit from her readings. I will surely return! read more

It was an absolute joy to receive a reading from Rev Shamalah-Allah. She helped me hone in on crucial themes blocking my life path and concrete steps to begin working on them immediately. I felt supported and cared for around all areas of my life. She was very honest and straightforward and affirmed my own gut and intuition. We also laughed like old friends and connected with total ease. She is a gifted human and spiritual medium- I will definitely be calling her again when I feel stuck. read more

Shamalah-Allah is always on my mind! My first trial service with her was when I was a stupid teenager with a stupid question, but she hit the nail on the head. I've spoken with her two other times since and she has definitely brought insight and guidance on some heavy topics. I cannot afford her service all the time, but next time I'm in deep need of guidance, she will be the person I reach out to. To this day, each conversation and her guidance still play a role. read more

Shamalah-Allah is truly special. She is genuine, honest, and really cares about her clients living their best life. I've been reading with her for many years, and her guidance and accuracy about how to navigate issues, has been an absolute game-changer in my life. I've been stunned, on many occasions, at how accurate Shamalah is. She has mentioned things about how I think, and nuances of things I've felt that I've never shared with anyone. What she does is powerful and healing. If you have issues and want SOLUTIONS, I encourage you to call and be open to hearing about doing things another way. At least that's what I've come to learn, as the way I was doing things before was not working in my life, and not serving me. Also, I've had 2 dear pets pass away, and Shamalah was able to connect with them: their personality, things that have happened and messages. It's such a unique and wonderful gift to have! I'm so grateful to you, Shamalah. read more

She was amazing! I highly recommend! She helped me connect with my dog who just passed.

Shamalah makes you feel comfortable in each phone session right from the start! I've had two phone sessions with her (45 and 30 mins) and both times her insights really shined. My first call was focused on seeing if my loved ones who have passed are doing okay. She was able to read them, give insight into how they were doing, and see if they have any words of guidance for me. I understand that some people may not come through in readings (as she places a disclaimer when scheduling), but I'm so thankful that she was able to use her gifts to give me peace of mind. My second call was focused on my career. Shamalah connected with my spirit guide and was able to offer advice on entrepreneurship, prioritizing endeavors, and how to continue doing what I'm doing without becoming overwhelmed. Her gifts helped me gain clarity on how to move about day by day with more confidence and relaxation. Both calls were incredibly insightful and you can tell that Shamalah enjoys what she does. Her bright and enthusiastic personality shows that she's there to use her gifts to help you gain clarity and direction, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for those things! Thank you Shamalah for all the work you do. You rock! read more

I'm a believer! I've never gone to someone like Shamalah and was a bit skeptical, however, needed to explore some of the signs I was getting to see if they were just coincidental. Shamalah was able to produce uncanny details/knowledge from the person who had passed that I was looking to connect with. These were things that had happened in the last 24 hours that only three people knew about and couldn't be googled. The time with Shamalah gave me a lot of closure and general peace. I also appreciated her transparency in how this all works. Would highly recommend. Thank you! read more

Shamalah is absolutely AMAZING and SUPER REAL. She told me stuff that is literally impossible to know or to google about me and my situation. And so many things she told me were immediately actionable and usable. I was blown away, and left feeling really empowered. I am totally looking forward to more sessions with her! Thank you again :) read more

I had a mediumship reading done with Shamalah yesterday out of curiosity, no expectations.. She was able to connect with 2 of my deceased relatives. It was one of the most mind blowing experience ever! She was able to describe their personality traits and the stuff they went through when they were still alive... I love the messages I received from them. Definitely gave me clarity and a peace of mind. It's no coincidence I stumbled across her page. Even after the reading, Shamalah and I were just chatting it up on the phone, love the connection we had. She has a beautiful, authentic soul. Thank you for the giggles and sharing your life stories with me! I definitely recommend checking her out! I know that not every reader are for everyone. You might not always resonate with them, but always go with what your intuition is telling you, like how I listened to mine when I reached out to Shamalah. read more

I've been going to Shamalah for years. She's given me more guidance and good advice than I can possibly post in a review. Whenever I'm in need of direction, advice or guidance she is always spot on. You will never regret a session with Shamalah! read more

I was skeptical to high heavens but once I started asking her questions, she gave me answers that no one else would know but me. And my questions weren't general. They were specific and detailed. She also confirmed that I am an angel medium myself. Thank you Reverend! All my love and well wishes to you. read more

I felt compelled to write a review for Rev. Shamalah-Allah, especially since I've received 5 e-mailed readings from her since 2012, and about to request a 6th! :-) It is incredible how she was able to read the person I had a question about, with just a photo. And how accurate she was about that person, indeed! I've had questions related to my job as well, and like I said, she was spot on with how that job would be for me. After receiving one of my e-mailed readings, she called me to make sure I understood her answers. She is such a nice lady, and genuine. She always advises to call her if clarification is needed regarding any answer she provided in the e-mailed reading. As far as I'm concerned, she will always be my "go to person" when I am undecided on things or just need answers! Thank you very much for your services! This review should have been written a long time ago :-) read more

I highly recommend using Shamalah's services. I am definitely a believer as she is honest, knowledgeable, and provided me with the clarity that I needed. Her personality and attitude was infectious and I enjoyed every minute of our conversation. I can't wait to my next appointment. read more

Second reading and she is fabulous. First reading was a mediumship about my mom who had passed. I was a little skeptical at first but she didn't give me generalities she told me things I knew my mom would have said and asked. I was crying with joy doing our whole reading. Definitely helped with the grief. Second reading was about a future move and she told me things about myself and my husband that were spot on! Anytime I need a psychic I will be calling Shamalah read more

She really so real. She is easy to walk with. She helped ease my mind re: my past and future. Focus on school. Got it ! I felt tingles from head to toe during our conversation and she stated that those were my angels. Thank you for your guidance . I highly recommend her. read more

Shamalah-Allah is honest, trustworthy and ON POINT. If you wanna hear THE TRUTH and you want to be guided towards true progression and health in any area of your life, this woman is the life coach for you. No sugar coating, I'm talking legitimate straight to the point and authentic advice. I feel so refreshed and motivated, thank you so much read more

I'm so glad that I did it. I felt very nervous 30 mins before our scheduled time because I never had a psychic reading before, but I immediately felt a sense of relief/comfort after her introduction. She had an unexplainably comforting vibe, and I felt it over the phone. She is immensely helpful and on point with her answers to my questions. All my doubts about myself just withered away during our conversation and that I should listen to my inner guidance (soul) and trust it. I believe she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being, and I also believe that she's gifted, wise and compassionate. I can't convey how content I feel at the moment about making the choice of connecting with her and following through with it. I took a leap and landed somewhere better than I expected. read more

Shamalah is the best! I was skeptical about psychics in the beginning but she proved me wrong! Shamalah was so honest and caring during my sessions which were all very pleasant and therapeutic experiences. She was able to connect with my beloved passed dog successfully and accurately described things that only I would've known. I felt good every time after talking to Shamalah. I highly recommend to consult her if you need one. read more

I absolutely hate to have to say this but I think others should be aware of the potential experience they will have with this "spiritual advisor". Shamalah is RUDE! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I was extremely excited to speak with her. Even more so because of the great reviews she had. I came to her open and vulnerable and she was borderline nasty, judgmental and condescending. She didn't have the most positive responses to my questions and that I'm ok with but it's the way you say things. Especially when someone is coming to you, and paying you, for the advice. I appreciate straight forwardness but she is extremely rude and her energy is not of God or anything spiritual. I definitely wasted my money. See her at your own risk! read more

I found Rev. Shamalah-Allah on Yelp ("healers near me", haha). She has great reviews and I was able to easily schedule an appointment on her (wonderful) website, just hours later. We had a 30 minute appointment, but it was chock-full of highly useful, direct, evidential and relevant information. I also felt some kind of transmission from her which jump started my motivation which had been severely lacking. She gave me clear advice and guidance, which I enacted immediately and which helped me "edit" my goals to gain focus and forward momentum. I also took care of some things I'd been avoiding and have felt more focused and less worried since. And, she has a great sense of humor; it was like talking with old friend who really knows you and can tell you what's what in a loving way that is for your benefit. Without disclosing the personal details, I was able to let a lot of stuff go, gain clarity, and move confidently forward. read more

Wonderful person! I truly enjoyed my session and having someone to listen to me and give me the answers I needed to hear. Thank you

I normally don't leave yelp reviews but I definitely have to leave a review about my experience with Shamalah. I know it's easy to be skeptical about this kind of thing. But when I tell you she was spot on when it came to so many of the things that she was telling me and she blew me away honestly. Her personality is very warm and welcoming but at the same time she will keep it real with you about things that might not be so easy to hear. She went really in depth and answered all of my questions completely. I would 10/10 recommend and I can't wait to schedule another reading with her. read more

I just had a reading with Shamalah a few hour ago. I was NOT Happy with her reading at all. It felt like she was BS the whole time. With all great yelp reviews and recommendation from my coworker, I was expecting more from her reading. I regret not stopping her the first 5 min and get full refund. I did a 30 min phone reading with her. I DONT recommend her. read more

Shamalah is the only person you will ever need to call! I called Shamalah for a sample reading when I was looking at career options in my life (January of this year). She told me what she saw happening in the next few months for me and it has all happened just like she said it would! I called her back for a regular reading, regarding other personal issues in my life - and she has been dead-on about those things as well! I recommended her to my friends that have been having relationship and career issues - and she has been resourceful and accurate with their readings. Shamalah is not only a talented psychic, but she is also a wonderful person! She was instrumental in getting my resume' viewed by recruiters at my current company - what other person would go out of their way like that to help someone? Give her a call - don't wait! read more

So I'm not ashamed to say that I've been to a handful (or more-ha!) psychics in my life as I sincerely believe that some people are gifted with a stronger intuition than others. I know that I am a pretty astute reader of people and situations myself (though nowhere near Shamalah's level, of course), and realize that its just something that some people are able to do better than others as with any other innate talents we have. Within minutes of talking to Shamalah, I realized that she definitely has this wonderful ability to quickly tap into our energies/vibrations and read situations accurately as well as describe the personalities of the people I asked about (with no more info given other than a first name) to a T. I'm not easily impressed. I've never walked away from a reading completely satisfied and feeling that the person that I spoke to was the real deal...until I met Shamalah. I was so impressed with her that I found myself exclaiming, "Oh my God, you're sooo good!" And let me tell you--I'm not an "exclaimer." She was so spot on about everything that I decided to extend my scheduled 30 minute reading to an hour, and she was worth it. I walked away with some great insight into situations that were a bit muddy for me, and I definitely won't hesitate to go to her again if I ever need some clarification on situations again. She's a great find (thanks Yelp!) who is not only warm and funny, but genuinely talented. read more

I just had my first thirty minute phone reading with Shamalah. First of all it's important to realize our futures are fluid, and no one can tell you with certainty everything that will happen to you in the future. Shamalah is very honest and upfront about that from the beginning. She also tells you in the beginning that if you aren't connecting in the first few minutes, she will happily give you a refund. I greatly appreciated her honesty. With that being said, you do need to do some prep work. Think about what you want to ask in advance. If you go in without any idea on what you want to know, you are wasting both your time and Shamalah's. I did my homework and had questions written down and prepared in advance. I think it helped tremendously rather than just going in blankly saying tell me my future. So really that is the responsibility of the client. Do your homework! Be prepared! But if you do your homework and are ready, it's a wonderful, amazing experience with Shamalah. I had never had a reading done over the phone so I wasn't sure how much someone could pick up over the phone - but Shamalah did. And talking to her was like speaking with a long-lost friend. She nailed my personality, heart and soul down perfectly as well as my mom's AND my 13 year old daughter's - all from a snapshot I sent her. She gave me wonderful guidance on things to work on in my life, and things that I need to let go of. I've never met with a life coach, but I felt like Shamalah was a life coach - or rather a spiritual coach. Except the only difference was she read me instantly and could see my soul. Would I personally do another reading with Shamalah? Absolutely! But go in with an open heart and an open mind. If you have both, it's an amazing, beautiful experience and I would highly recommend it. She is warm, kind, and honest. read more

I had never seen a spiritual healer before. I hadn't even considered it. I'm not sure how many men seek out the guidance of a psychic, but I can't imagine it is a lot. Perhaps I am wrong. Regardless, I'm open to things like this. I'm open to the energy that is all around and within us that most of us can't even comprehend, let alone tap into. When I was feeling like my internal energies were out of balance and had been stagnating for awhile, I decided to seek out the skills of someone who has the ability to root out the cause of that stagnation and balance it. Who best than a psychic, medium, and healer. Why not right? Try something new? Shamalah-Allah has a great little office on 25th Street in San Mateo. The energy felt good and the vibes were good the moment I walked in. I can't imagine the vibes would be anything other than good. Shamalah-Allah has a wonderful energy and an amazing smile. My session was interesting and enlightening. Shamalah-Allah really tapped into some very personal energies that I express, and some past experiences that I hadn't realized might be contributing to my imbalance. I'm not talking about the energy ones needs to get through the work day. I'm talking about my internal, spiritual, metaphysical energies. Those are what felt out of balance. Our session lasted a bit over an hour, and when it was all over, I had quite a lot to think about. Good things to think about. Things that I believe will help me better rebalance myself when my mind feels a little off. There is no doubt I will see Shamalah-Allah again in the future. Some of the things she identified that I thought were really cool: ~ She said I had a past life. That's something I've always felt deep inside me. ~ She said I had a lot of anger inside from a past life and my current life. Yep! Like thunder ;) ~ She kept grabbing my right leg and telling me she was feeling something going on with my right leg. I have mild nerve discomfort in that right leg. Amazing! There was a lot more she identified and shared with me. I'll spare you those details. All I know is that what she does is pretty amazing. if you are interested in experiencing the work of a psychic, medium, and healer, I highly recommend her. read more

Shamalah is vibrating at a very high level of consciousness which makes her able to energetically connect to the non-physical and read her clients energy with ease. I have gotten readings from Shamalah when I have had some life changes coming ahead & her readings were extremely accurate. What I liked the most was that Shamalah told me what kind of energetic body I had and how to connect with my guides, now I'm able to get guidance for my future experiences on my own. I highly recommend Shamalah because she truly has a gift... a gift she is able to share with the world. read more

While I am already a spiritual person by nature, I have found again and again that Shamala's guidance only enhances what I depend on- communicating with my higher power. When I'm lost and can't seem to find the answers from within, she is there to guide me with meaningful and insightful answers. It's amazing when you think you've done everything you can to 'fix' a situation, she is able to contact your spiritual guides and 'kick it to you straight'. I appreciate her candor and nonsense yet empathic approach as it cuts through the 'noise' of your mind and confused feelings to really get to the heart of the matter. I consider her to be my spiritual soul sister and can't imagine my life without her! I have taken notes during our readings over the years and have often referred back to them. It's amazing that she always hits it on the mark. While initially I may not understand it all -with the passage of time, things always become more clear. Even the hard lessons in life are valuable. Thank you Shamala! read more

I had 2 readings with Rev Shamalah-Allah. One was earlier the year which she was spot on. The second reading was 2 months ago and she was off. When I read her responses, it really felt like she could see into me and I felt a sense of comfort. I will be doing a phone call with her in the near future xoxo Thank you Rev. Shamalah read more

I contacted Shamalah two weeks ago after seeing the great reviews on yelp (I'm so glad she had a five star review, because anything less might have made me not want to contact her--I'm such a skeptic!). My experience with Shamalah exceeded my expectations, and as one reviewer mentioned, there hasn't been a day that has gone by that I haven't thought of our conversation. It has impacted and improved my life drastically, and I am just so grateful that she has chosen this path to share her gifts with us. read more

I've never done a reading before and had my first reading with Shamalah a few months ago regarding career and love. I told her this was my first reading, and was honestly a little skeptic. She explained how it all works, and that for it to be a good reading we had to establish a connection at the start of the conversation and we did. She brought up information I didn't share with her and I only knew. After this reading, she also recommended I work with other psychics to compare. The other psychics had trouble establishing a connection and used Tarot readings instead. I did a follow-up reading with Shamalah asking an update on the same questions in addition to inquire how my grandmother, who recently passed, was doing. With very little information given to her, she was able to provide some insight on my questions that really helped with my decision making. She was also able to establish a connection with my grandmother and mentioned things that only me and my family knew. It was a crazy experience, but one I was fortunate to have. She's honest in what she does and I'm glad I found her. read more
