I've finally partnered up with Natasha to help me get my health and fitness on track. I've been working with her for the last 8 weeks and it has been such a refreshing experience. I've known of Natasha for a while and I know she is passionate about overall wellness and knows her stuff! I've never had the guts to move forward with working with a trainer on a regular basis before because my experiences here and there with gym trainers wasn't a good fit for me when I tried it and was discouraged from trying them again. I've been following Natasha on Instagram and decided to give it a shot! Now, I am not an athletic person and I love food! Natasha has helped me tweak my diet to where I am still eating great tasting food but cutting out the food that isn't so great. She also does the same with my exercise routines which is great because that is probably the hardest part for me personally. Her approach is very welcoming and encouraging for me to keep at it. She does regular check in with me and also finds creative ways for her clients to partner and support each other as well through boot camps and other types of varies events. Specifically, we did a Soul Cycle group event together which was AMAZING! So far, I've lost a little over 10 lbs and have been able to maintain it and I am enjoying the pace. I have another 10 lbs to go! I am also able to take the things I learn from Natasha and implement a healthier lifestyle for my family! My son has even started going to the gym on his own because he sees his momma trying! Natasha is a wonderful coach and I look forward to partnering with her more as I continue on my journey for a healthier lifestyle change. read more

I have been working with Natasha as my nutritionist for about the past 6 months and things could not be going better. Historically I have had a pretty wild diet (as you can probably tell if you look through all of my other Yelp reviews!!), and I used to work out just so that I could eat whatever I wanted, but I wasn't super healthy or at my optimum weight. Once I started to work with Natasha and follow her specialized diet plans, my entire approach to healthy living changed for the better. I was able to lose a solid 20 pounds while still eating tons of delicious food and without limiting or counting my calories at all. I am now working with her to help me lose another 10 pounds and hit my optimum goal weight. Because she knows how foods interact with my body and my workout routine, I never have to feel hungry or like I am restricting myself, that's the best part! She regularly keeps in touch with me and keeps track of what I eat for every meal and snack. She ensures that I am modifying my diet and workout plan when I start slipping into unhealthy habits, or neglecting to give myself the right amount of nutrients to fit my lifestyle. I have taken part in two intensive "Eat Clean Challenges" that she facilitates through her Facebook page and they have been just wonderful. She puts together a group of people to encourage each other, share meal ideas, photos and tips. They are basically accountability groups which she participates in as well and makes sure everyone is staying on top of the plan, and they let you know that you are not doing this alone. Once you are in the group, it makes it really hard to fall off of the plan, because you really don't want to let the group down! Natasha puts together easy to follow food plans, and even provides weekly and daily suggested meal plans. The amount of work and specific attention she gives to each person she works with is admirable and speaks to her passion for healthy living and her high level of energy. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, whether you are looking to be a high performance athlete or just live a healthier and happier lifestyle (that's me!). read more

My goal was to get into the best shape of my life and do a fitness competition. It had always been on my bucket list. Besides taking a few classes at 24 hour fitness, I really had no weight training experience. I knew I would have to seek help. I found Natasha on yelp. She is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise, even down to the minute details. She knows what circuits go well together for the best sculpting and calorie burning sessions. On the days I want to quit, she pushes one more rep out of me that I didn't know I had. I gained 5lbs of muscle in 3 months and am more educated on my diet and body type. I see consistent results and am amazed at how much weight I can lift now. I started with 2.5 lbs in each hand and am now lifting 15lbs. Natasha even suggested I get tested for food sensitivities, which never crossed my mind. The results of that test made all the difference and I see results in my toned booty and arms. She offers great guidance with any goal a client has. She teaches proper form and different workouts you can do on your own time. She also does a great job of making you accountable. Her sessions are fun and productive at the same time! read more

Natasha is the perfect formula for a great nutritionist. As former bodybuilder she knows the painstaking sacrifices that they all have to make to place. I reached out to Natasha for life coaching services initially for career advancement purposes. Prior to meeting with Natasha, she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on, so I took advantage of this opportunity to also provide goals in my personal life (education, nutrition, and fitness) (Side note: she is also a fitness and nutrition coach). Our meeting was over video chat where we went in depth with my specific goals and what was stopping me now from accomplishing them. We opened my calendar and filled it with small realistic tasks that would ultimately help me reach my desired goals. Natasha followed up with me in the following days and weeks and held me accountable for completing my tasks that we put on my calendar. Ultimately, I was able to achieve my goals. The life coaching session was tailored to me and my immediate needs, it was not a generic motivational session that could apply to anyone off the street. Natasha demonstrated her commitment to me by being encouraging and compassionate, while being realistic. It is important that a life coach considers your strengths and weaknesses to increase your likelihood of achieving your goals. read more

It is a nutrition support system which is key to a healthy lifestyle. I absolutely recommend! read more

Natasha truly has the healing hand. I WAS TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO MAKE ME A BELIEVER IN REIKI AND I FINALLY FOUND HER. She integrated sound healing into her practice which I alone I'm sure would have helped in itself but she also did a bit of guided meditation where I felt all my worries drift away. I was told My root and naval Chakras were all needed balancing. (I was super out of wack). As soon as she put her hands on my head I could feel it instantly. Myself, I'm very sensitive to energy, but I have had two different reiki sessions with other people prior to Natasha and I did not feel anything. Natashas Crystal energy work and overall talent in general is absolutely soul clarifying. Everything she did was truly comforting and awe inspiring. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE. I was feeling so out of place from work, home life, and general stress levels going through the roof. Not only did I feel so at peace after my session, her advice has literally stuck with me for days after, helping overall my relationships with everyone around me. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Natasha Sealy! read more

Natasha's coaching exudes warmth. She is a strong listener and very thoughtful in coaching people to what they need.

I saw Natasha's post on Facebook and took the chance to have her as a Trainer. The first time I met her in person, I felt like I took the right decision! 10 weeks after I can say my life style change, I lost 15 lb, and I feel wonderful and more energetic and of course healthier. She is very professional and she is always available for any questions at any time. She always encourage me to keep going and that is the reason I didn't give up. Love to meet her to exercise together or hike. I am stronger than when I started this training and nutritional plan and no more laziness around me. I started lifting 2lb, couldn't do any more :( . Now I am transitioning to 10lb :) And I can do push ups (the exercise that I always avoided) . I have to say that I truly Thanks Natasha for all that I am today!! And I have few more weeks to go :) Yay!! read more

I've been working with Natasha since mid-January 2017 and have very positive results. Natasha crafted custom meal plans that worked for my busy lifestyle and dietary needs. What started as a "diet" has morphed into a lifestyle which is no longer a chore. I eat better, I'm healthier, my skin looks better and I've lost weight. She created an exercise plan that catered to my schedule and preference to "be outside" (vs. in a gym). I now look forward to getting that workout in. Whenever I have a question, Natasha is quick with an answer or guidance; helping to keep me on track, even when I'm traveling.
