The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others!

In addition, they now have a red light therapy room that runs in ten minute sessions as well. You better believe I'll be taking advantage of the massage and RLT post shift. Zumba classes still available when I decide to drop by again (you're too popular Alberto!) and no issues with the workout equipment. I also appreciate that they have a variety of channels playing so you can station yourself accordingly based on your preference.

The gym culture here is incredibly inconsiderate. Members regularly leave weights scattered everywhere without re-racking them, making it frustrating and unsafe for others trying to work out. There's a noticeable sense of entitlement--people act like basic gym etiquette just doesn't apply to them. What really pushed things over the edge for me was the cleanliness, especially in the restrooms. On more than one occasion, I've walked into stalls that were absolutely disgusting--unflushed toilets and, unbelievably, feces left on the toilet seat. That's beyond unacceptable for any facility, let alone one people pay to use. Management is also a major issue. The manager, Joe, doesn't seem to take complaints seriously. Calls go unanswered, and there's little to no follow-up when issues are reported. It feels like concerns are ignored rather than addressed. Overall, this gym has potential, but until management enforces basic standards for cleanliness and member behavior, I wouldn't recommend it.

Last year I injured my back and could barely move for 4 months. After trying everything from physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, cryotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, nothing really helped. I did some personal training with MelIssa and she got me back on my feet. Today although I still suffer from my injury, I'm back in class 4 to 5 days a week. Although I don't do exactly what everyone else is doing, Melissa takes extra care to make sure I'm still strength training but protecting my back. A couple of suggestions. Read the rules. It is clear that outside food or drink are not allowed. Neither are street clothes, as they are a safety hazard in public or shared pools. If people sneak stuff in without the staff knowing, then that is on them. I have seen people be asked to leave for sneaking alcohol in. I have never seen the staff there demand anyone throw anything away. They offer to let you walk it back to your car. Again, had you read the rules, you would have known this. In order to keep facilities like these affordable, the rules must be enforced. The insurance rates will sky rocket when there are claims because someone got hurt by a drunk patron. I used to work in Government, and this is the case with all facilities. Also, the wave has a lot of young people working there in their first job. They are learning how to work and be adults, show them some kindness. Lastly, please take an English class. As a Hispanic, I have worked hard to overcome people's negative viewpoints about us being uneducated and ignorant. Your review doesn't help in that regard.

I understand that staff members have to enforce safety rules, especially when the facility is busy, but the communication could have been more welcoming. The kids still had some fun, but the crowds, closures, limited seating, and service made the visit less enjoyable than it could have been. This place has potential for a family outing, but I would recommend checking what is open before visiting and going during a less crowded time.

Here, there are free parking spaces along street as well as a small parking lot down the road. At the trailhead, you reach the Courdet Trail and can hike up about 2-miles (1,000 ft elevation gain). It sounds strenuous but it actually isn't too bad as the incline levels out in numerous places and there is plenty of shade all along the trail. From the top of the trail, you can head back down the way you came, or connect with a handful of other trails at the top and keep going! I went on a Sunday morning around 7:30 and it wasn't too difficult finding parking. The trail also wasn't too crowded, but by the time I finished around 9:30 the crowds were picking up. Dog friendly and clean!

I love Justin and TJ and Sadiqua, I am sure I spelled her name wrong. They are all great at what they do undoubtedly. I have to get in last minute most of the time and yet all 3 of them go out of their way to accommodate and although each person is different, the fundamentals are there and then some. I have been going to Narayan over a year and a half and I have not one complaint. Just awesome! I should mention I have lower back and neck issues after a car accident. I get a massage every month and its REALLY reasonably priced! I see they got a few people who posted bad reviews on here but I have NEVER had a bad experience with my massages or with Justin (he gives the best massage I've ever had). These guys are awesome! No matter what type of massage you're looking for, they do it, and they don't try to charge you extra for deep tissue or other stuff. The massage was great. My masseur applied deep pressure the entire time, took care of the knots in my back and shoulders, and brought relief to my arms as well. He also did a thorough job on my legs, especially my calves and shins, again with strong pressure and technique. The massage did not include work on my feet nor head. My boyfriend's masseuse did a decent job too, though he noted that it felt a bit rushed, with no focused attention on any part of the body. All in all, we were happy with our experience at Zen Wellness.

My expectations reflect most standard reflexology spots, understanding they greatly differ than most American or European style, high end places. I felt suffocated for 40 minutes or so until I finally was able to turn over. In no way is this the masseuse's fault, but wish they had different beds. My massage was okay, little pressure until the last 10 minutes or so, and very uneven. My experience with reflexology type massages is they will typically do ex. 10 strokes on one side, 10 on the other, etc. I just felt like my massage was random sweeping motions over my body. I also heard my boyfriend's masseuse leave the room twice, for a pretty long period of time. Mine left with his masseuse once (his was the third time she left) to grab warm towels, and we had no idea if the massage was over because they had left for a few minutes without saying anything. My boyfriend also stated feeling pretty exposed during his massage over others where he was draped appropriately. We also heard lots of loud cell phone conversations from other staff members in the hallway, and both of our masseuse's were having louder than whisper conversations during the entire hour session. The good things I can say about the place was that it was clean, the front desk (maybe owner?) was friendly and accommodating, and the last 10-15 minutes or so of my massage had nice pressure (head and neck) and I really liked my scalp massage. I was taken back when we were leaving, as we both had brought $15 each to tip (we had some more, but usually leave $15 as our base and add according to our service) - we were greeted by one masseuse that pointed to their gratuity menu and stated she expected $25 or more. For what we experienced, I did not feel that was fair. I genuinely do not want to belittle this establishment in any way, as I know they are new, but I do feel there is lots of room for improvement. In general, for $150 plus our $30 total tip ($180), it does not feel justifiable to return. Please come at your own research/discretion!

He started with a relaxing full body massage, then alternated between medium pressure using his fingertips and deep pressure using his elbows and body weight. He constantly adjusted the pressure and moved through different areas while focusing on all the spots that were tight and painful. Money well spent. I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight. I treated myself to a massage and called to check for available appointments. They told me to come…read morein 10 minutes. I arrived within that time, and the masseuse asked me to pay upfront. I handed her my card, and she informed me of a $5 credit card fee. I was okay with this until she asked for a tip before providing the service. This made me uncomfortable, so I told her I would tip after the service. She then led me to a room, saying she would need another 10 minutes for some reason. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before she finally started. While waiting, I noticed several signs stating they didn't provide sexual services and that police could inspect the rooms at any time, which gave me really weird vibes. When the masseuse finally began, her technique involved pinching and a weird rapid pressing motion that was just awful. The last 20 minutes of the massage was low effort. I was quite annoyed by the end of it and wanted to be over with it. Despite the poor experience, I still opted to give her a 20% tip and she had the audacity to be upset with the amount and asked for more. I was shocked but stood firm and refused to give more despite her trying to "negotiate" her tip multiple times. She finally processed the tip amount I had decided, and I left. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place.
