The gym is very well equipped, always clean, and has everything you need for serious and focused training. From the very first session, Mark took a thoughtful and comprehensive approach, carefully assessing my movements and making sure to design a plan that would both relieve my discomfort and build strength around my problem areas. Despite not knowing the full extent of my underlying issues initially, he instinctively knew how to modify exercises and ensure I was progressing in a safe and effective way. What really stands out is his ability to balance professionalism with a light, friendly demeanor. Regardless of how early in the morning our appointments are, the sessions are always approachable and enjoyable, which made sticking to the program so much easier. We're still working on the various aspects of my rehabilitation but I've noticed an improvement in my posture, mobility, and overall back health. In many ways the awareness and the small lifestyle changes I have to make are just as valuable to me since I wasn't ever aware of it before. Like I started this review, I reiterate--Mark's expertise, attentiveness, and positive energy make all the difference.

Before the session, they take the time to talk with you in such a calm and thoughtful way -- asking about your health, past experience, how you're feeling, and your goals. And it never feels like a formality -- you can tell they truly want to understand you. I really appreciated how they match you with the right class. It never feels like you're just placed wherever there's availability. Instead, they recommend what actually fits you best -- so you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. The sessions themselves are both professional and gentle. The instructors are always attentive -- they carefully watch your form, make small adjustments, guide you, and support you throughout. And they do it in such a kind, respectful way that you feel encouraged, not pressured. One of my favorite things is the small group size. It creates this almost private-session feeling. You're seen, you're heard, and you get real attention -- which is so rare and so valuable. The atmosphere in the studio is incredibly warm and calming. It feels like a place where you can slow down, take a breath, and just be taken care of for a little while. For me, it's become more than just a workout -- it's truly a little time for myself. But what has truly kept me coming back is the owner Alina and the community she has built. Alina has a rare gift for making every member feel like family rather than just a paying customer. That meant the world to me during a deeply difficult season of my life when I was navigating infertility struggles. Her classes gave me a sense of connection to my own body at a time when I was really struggling mentally, and that was an invaluable gift. When I finally became pregnant, Alina and her instructor Woo began offering prenatal classes specifically designed to keep both Mom and baby safe. Together, they carefully modify exercises to ensure you can stay active and strong throughout your pregnancy without compromising your baby's wellbeing. And now, I am 4 months postpartum, and Alina has continued to show up for me by welcoming my son to class so I can get my workout in without worrying about him. She even offers "Mom and Baby" classes, making it possible for new moms to prioritize their fitness without having to leave their little ones behind. Pilates Forever isn't just a studio -- it's a community that meets you wherever you are in life. I'm so grateful for Alina and her staff for everything they have created here.

I've been to a lot of gyms, and unfortunately this is one of the worst experiences I've had--not…read morebecause of the equipment, but because of the people and the management. The gym culture here is incredibly inconsiderate. Members regularly leave weights scattered everywhere without re-racking them, making it frustrating and unsafe for others trying to work out. There's a noticeable sense of entitlement--people act like basic gym etiquette just doesn't apply to them. What really pushed things over the edge for me was the cleanliness, especially in the restrooms. On more than one occasion, I've walked into stalls that were absolutely disgusting--unflushed toilets and, unbelievably, feces left on the toilet seat. That's beyond unacceptable for any facility, let alone one people pay to use. Management is also a major issue. The manager, Joe, doesn't seem to take complaints seriously. Calls go unanswered, and there's little to no follow-up when issues are reported. It feels like concerns are ignored rather than addressed. Overall, this gym has potential, but until management enforces basic standards for cleanliness and member behavior, I wouldn't recommend it.

I feel stronger, more flexible and healthier knowing that I started my day with a workout. Melissa's classes are made for everyone; she adapts each exercise for all the levels represented in class. The 50 minute workouts are the prefect length and include a full body workout with weights, resistance, cardio, etc. Each day is a little different and challenges me in a new way. I actually look forward to working out. Something I never thought I'd make a priority is now something I look forward to and plan on doing for a LONG time! I've been going to Tri Valley Trainer for 6+ years. It's how I start my day. No matter how tired I…read moream I get up to go to to class with Melissa and I've never regretted it. Last year I injured my back and could barely move for 4 months. After trying everything from physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, cryotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, nothing really helped. I did some personal training with MelIssa and she got me back on my feet. Today although I still suffer from my injury, I'm back in class 4 to 5 days a week. Although I don't do exactly what everyone else is doing, Melissa takes extra care to make sure I'm still strength training but protecting my back. I recommend Melissa and Dan to anyone who wants to get in shape and stay healthy.

I had such great success with the program that I wanted to return and continue to build on the initial success I had achieved. I wasn't sure how an online program would compare to the in-person experience I had the first time. I was worried that wouldn't get the same amount of individualized attention. However, my personal coaches, Tom and Nicole, quickly put my fears to rest. My first day I had an in-depth conversation with my new Coaches. I was given my initial individualized meal plans, access to the Facebook groups, and other amazing online tools I would be utilizing during the program. The personal guidance provided by Tom and Nicole really helped me through my struggles with accountability and motivation! The check-ins keep me motivated to keep going and Stay On Track. And the special Facebook groups gives me access to other Lifelighters going through the program for peer support. The online program has allowed me to workout and maintain my diet on my schedule and on my terms. This means that I have been able to fit in online workouts when I Never would have made it to the gym, making working out Easier! The meal plans have been incredibly easy to follow and very realistic and user-friendly. Hunger isn't a problem. Little by little I have begun replacing small bad habits with healthier, more productive habits. As time goes by it becomes easier to maintain these healthy and productive changes. With the help and guidance of my amazing coaches I have lost pounds, body fat, some bad habits and plenty of negative thought patterns. I've gained a more positive self image, a healthier life style and a stronger mind and body - all while having some fun being a part of the Lifelight Fitness Family. This isn't going to be some short-term success either. The Lifelight Fitness program has made my Lifestyle a healthier one. I will benefit from my healthier lifestyle long after the program is over. The first days after signing up were mentality and physically challenging but I didn't quit and kept pushing myself. Having constant support from my coach has made it easier to follow the program. Now after a month of following a nutrition plan, intermittent fasting, and exercises I have lost 10+ pounds so far. I am happy because I feel much lighter and pleased with changes I seeing in my body.

I personally gravitated towards Amber Leibrock (tall & tatted girl). Amber Leibrock is also the kids class coach so I also enrolled my 11 year old nephew so we can build him up too. I always leave the gym feeling stronger and with an increase in confidence. They really try and ensure you have the enough experience before letting you go to more advanced classes and the result? well I have been to watch many of the professional fighters and they usually always win so that is really motivational for the newer people. I personally have placed my emphasis on muay thai but they also have Jujitsu and Crossfit. I feel like I am now a more technical fighter and I can't wait for each day to keep progressing with my training. All of the coaches are awesome and have given me great advice in my life which I will forever be grateful for. CSA is the best gym I have ever been to and I never want to quit since they are my family now. Thank you for everything Coach K, Amber, MJ, Jessica, and Javi.

One side of the gym has multiple striking and grappling equipment for the MMA program including a ring and cage. The other side of the gym has a full CrossFit area with weights pull up bars. I personally have attended most of the classes the MMA program has to offer and all the coaches are some of the best in the game, but I attend the morning Muay Thai class with Amber the most and she is a fantastic coach with years of experience. My overall striking and grappling have improved because of this gym and I plan to train here as much as I can. Thanks CSA!
