Good thing pizza! I loved the crushed tomatoes on the Margarita pizza but I find the cheese lacking in flavor and I didn't taste any teriyaki on the small chicken pieces! Our older son and I were driving back to the Hyatt Regency from Pelham when my wife called and asked us to bring pizza for her and our younger son back to the hotel, suggesting Riko's. The pizza from here tastes off. I can't tell if it's the cheese or if it was just a busy night, but I did not enjoy it.

A little difficult to find the entrance I will say walked over from the ShopRite side of the parking lot in the rain and the door on this end of the building was closed so had to walk around the other end. They did have a take out side door which was very nice to see. Seated very quickly in a clean booth server approached almost immediately providing the menu and walking through the options so another plus. I chose a beer from tap and a half stinger and full hot oil pizza and she came out beautiful. Definitely need a warning that those stingers are HOT but still devoured the entire pie. If you're into thin crust pizza or looking to try something new 10/10 would recommend atmosphere was nice as well as the food and the price! read more

Yes and no. The pizza is very inconsistent. I've had it ordered a few times, sometimes it's really good and tasty. Other times it's overcooked and barely any cheese at all. The service is really not great. The servers are really stern and strict but The takeout lady is usually nice. We had this ordered in before where it tasted like cardboard. So it's really hit or miss. I think if you pick UP the pizza on time and eats it quickly it's a 3.5 otherwise, not a fan fav. read more

Riko's is a knock off colony. The best thing about it is that it has parking. I don't recommend it. Pizza isn't great and around here, pizza has to be great. Try Frank Pepe, ReNapoli or Colony for thin crust. Service is also never quick. This is a place to go with a sports team or large group. Beer selection is good. read more

We love Riko's! The service is always great, very friendly waiters and a great large restaurant so plenty of seating during busy times. The pizza is always cooked perfectly, thin and crispy. Riko's Pizza is a franchise but the pizza is pretty good. The pizza are very thin so you need to eat at least three slices to feel satiated. Because they are so thin, they get cold pretty quickly. I came in tonight for take out. I had the Margarita pizza and it was very good. They really surprised me. The pizza was hot and delicious. The first time I dropped by to eat in, I ordered the Clam pizza and it was very bland -- absolutely no flavor. This pizza definitely deserves a solid 4 stars, I highly recommend it. A really well made pizza. I think Riko's is making a comeback. I'll be back to sample more on the menu. read more

This is more of a delivery review (and advice). Pizzas were good, but cold. When ordering for delivery, DO NOT include the tip on your card at the time of placing an order. We did, and the delivery woman left the pizzas on a neighbor's front porch floor (like an Amazon package), and left. Tipping with cash upon delivery will encourage the long forgotten pre-COVID business delivery etiquette. Tip amount should be based on performance (going that proverbial "extra mile" for a customer), not on the total cost of an order. Delivery people- The main purpose of the insulated pizza bags are to keep pizzas (especially thin crust) as warm as possible until delivered? I guess TECHNICALLY they were, but leaving them outside defeats the sole purpose of using the bag. The courtesy of a phone call to let us know it's been delivered would've been nice, and food a little warmer. read more

We ate in the restaurant today. I see a lot of bad ratings for this location but they are all regarding slow delivery issues. Our food did take a little longer than expected to come out but it was piping hot fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend going in person. Onto the pizza review. We ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one margarita. Cheese: I always like to try straight cheese when it's my first time at a pizza place. I know they're known for the hot oil the same way Colony Grill is but I think CG's hot oil is overrated. I'll try it next time. This was some good ass cheese pizza. The cheese coverage is remarkable. There is almost no visible crust on the outer edges of the pie. The crust itself is extremely thin. Off the top of my head it has to be the thinnest pizza crust I have ever eaten. I know it is this particular style but they did it very well. It is also very crispy and light. The cheese and sauce are nice and salty and flavorful. Correct amount of tart, sweet, and salty in the sauce. Cheese is just good solid shredded mozz. I gotta give this one a high score as it is outstanding pizza. Better than Colony Grill. 9.1/10 Margarita: This pizza would be very good except that they put a lot of powdered parmesan on it. The parm totally overwhelmed the light freshness of the tomato sauce. It was just way too dominant a flavor and the first time I have been served a margarita pizza with parm on it by default. I love parm but I never put it on a margarita. That said the crust was the same fantastic crispy crust. The cheese was hard to tell if it was the same shredded or just some fresh mozz that was super melted and overwhelmed by the parm. Also the cheese coverage wasn't quite as full as the other pizza. Still good. Might be a 9+ without parmie. 8.1/10 Again highly recommend. Skip the delivery as it seems like people have had issues there. Just stop by the place. Uniquely thin and crispy pizza that is definitely worth a shot, especially if you know and like Colony Grill. read more
