The workers are rude. I was on the phone and ask for them to remove an item from my order but he did not want to remove. After 3 times to ask him to remove and he finally did, I asked to read back my order to confirm I am getting what I asked for and the guy taking the order hung up the phone. Can't say enough about this place. Great prices for the area, awesome food blending with Indian, Italian and American dishes and they are usually quick and accurate based on my experiences. One huge example of how they have blended two dishes together is their Indian Spicy Pizza. Which has onions, green peppers, hot peppers, cilantro, and other flavors on it. Secret menu you can add bbq chicken or any other topping to it. But BBQ is popular there and it adds that sweet to spicy flavor a lot of people love. They also serve a couple Indian faves as well. Like Chicken Biryani, Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Curry. In addition to burgers, gyros, wings, fries, etc. I recommend you taking a close look at their menu, they have a lot of items on it and I'm sure you'll find something that you like. Also, they sell pizza by the slice. Which sometimes in the area can be difficult to depending where you go. Staff is generally friends. They do delivery through a few delivery apps; Slice, Door Dash, Grubhub, etc. Which is nice if you don't want to go in. They do have seating with tables inside though. Only issues are parking can some times be an issue. It's a hectic area at times and there is a lot of residential and commercial properties around. Best beware that if you ask for hot spicy it is not consistent so sometimes you might get mild, sometimes you might get medium and sometimes you will get hot - it's a gamble but either way their pizza is phenomenal read more

They seriously need to improve their order taking skills. I had to talk to three different people, and give my order and ALL of my information three different times, waiting for them to enter it, and they still got the order wrong. Website says our address is outside of the delivery area, so we had to call, they need to improve both their website and their ability to take an order. Ordered delivery from Lucy's- spaghetti and meatballs with garlic toast and a salad. I mean, even for delivery, that should be hard to mess up. The meatballs WERE tasty, I will say.. however, the spaghetti was possibly the largest noodle spaghetti I've ever had. Secondly it's a rather large portion of noodles with hardly ANY sauce. I mean, I ate less than 1/4 of the noodles because there was so little sauce. (And we even requested ricotta added to the marinara in the dish) If there had been no meatballs it would have been a total bust. The garlic toast was essentially a hoagie roll filleted and toasted with some butter and garlic seasonings. It was rubbery and rather burnt tasting and imo hardly worth the $2 upcharge. The side salad that was included was iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes and cucumbers. The Indian Spicy Pizza is a must have if you enjoy spicy food. The guys who run the place are also super nice. I've never had any issues or problems and they always greet me like family when I come in. The only thing wrong with them is that they don't ship their pizzas. Thief's who take your money!! I ordered a pizza via seamless and it was expected to come within 45 minutes. After one hour I called and they told me they hadn't even cooked the pizza yet. Naturally I canceled my order. About a minute later another guy from Lucy's calls me and starts blabbing about god knows what but I made it known to him that I had cancelled my pizza. Unbelievably they still showed up to my apartment with the Pizza order. I denied the delivery person and told them I had cancelled. Didn't matter though because that money stealing of a place still charged me. I contacted seamless to resolve this but Lucy's refused to give me a refund. So the moral of the story is if you like the chance of having your money stolen then this is the place for you!! read more
