Traditional margerita pie

Stopped in for a quick bite before dropping hubs off at the train station - dining room looked very romantic and elegant but since we didn't have much time, we sat at the bar (pleasant and clean and nice bartender). This a pizza to be enjoyed on the spot and not taken out (just don't think it would travel well, like Colony) but the crust was great and personally I love extra extra cheese but alas this was more for my husband so I took it as is!

Came here for a birthday celebration. Our table was waiting for us on arrival. Our server Willy was nothing short of amazing. He was very attentive and made our first visit very pleasant. He went out of his way for the birthday girl, even getting behind the bar and making her drink since the bartender called out that night. The complimentary bread was tasty. The baked clams were some of the best I've had. Seasoned to perfection! Everyone at the table wanted more. Actually All of the food was seasoned well. I tried the penne ala vodka with shrimp, linguine with clams, some special that had spicy sausage chicken and potatoes and the paglia & fieno. I do wish it was more than 3 huge pieces of shrimp for the penne (which was $6-7) the special was missing the fingerling potatoes but Willy corrected that and it did not take away from how good the dish was. Customer service was a 10/10!

Food was alright. Service was bad and slow and ambiance was a bit weird. Went on a Sunday night so may have been an off night. We were the only ones there until some others came who sat at the bar. So you thought they would have taken good care of us, but no. Started with meatballs and fried mozzarella which were alright. Also had some Caesar salad. The salad was sad, like what you may get at a cheap pizza place or fast food place. The group ordered two salads, but they forgot one so we had to order it again. My husband had the Baked Ziti Siciliano. The menu said to allow 25 minutes for that dish but our food all took 50 minutes and it came out just lukewarm. One of us got the pepperoni pizza but they brought out another pizza instead so they had to swap it out. Another one of us got the Buffalo chicken pizza. I ordered a sausage pizza and asked that they add green peppers but they forgot to add the peppers. Admittedly the pizza was very good and the presentation was nice. Menu was kind of weird though, with some Italian classics plus some funkier, more eclectic Americanized dishes like Philly Cheesesteak pizza. They had a wine list, but really limited selection of wines by the glass. They were playing grunge rock and hip hop so that made for kind of a weird vibe. Not terrible overall but won't be returning.

Look no further! You have found the best food around!!!! Fried mozzarella was unreal and the penne vodka was outstanding. Wonderful service and management!! Can't wait to return!!

Pizza w/pepperoni and Calamari Arrabiata Plate and 6 Garlic Rolls ALL YUMMY GOODNESS

The food is so good. We ordered the pizza and the Calamari Arrabiatta and it was so delicious, their garlic knots are different too very light and tasty. I will be going there to dine in for sure. Ngl the Calamari Arrabiatta is like eating at Carmines in the 90's.

Happy hour 4-7. Wine $5 Mixed drinks $7 This was the second time I'd gone here, first time for dinner. We ordered a pizza - half meatball, half cheese - to go and had a drink while we waited. The place is very small but very quaint. The bar seats about 7 people, the restaurant has about 8 tables. It's a nice place to have an intimate dinner. Both times we were there the owner, T, was there and chatted with my wife and I. He is extremely sweet with a great sense of humor. He must have been training a few people when we were there. We could hear him giving advice and orders to the staff. He was firm and direct but with passion which makes me believe he holds his staff to the highest standards. Living in both NY and NJ I have a good idea of what pizza is. This pizza was good but too thin for my liking. The flavor was absolutely there. I'd love to go back and try an Italian dinner there and see how it compares to the meals I had in Italy. The have a full bar for any drink you like.

Came in here for a pre dinner drink and the owner could not have been friendlier!!!! He made us amazing espresso martinis that I highly recommend. They are not too sweet! It was pretty calm when we went on a Monday but I heard this place gets popping!!! The swings in the back are super cute.

Cozy Italian spot for gourmet pizzas and wine. Food (4/5 Stars): Delicious Italian food ranging from gourmet personal pizzas to freshly made pastas. We always start off with the buttery Garlic Rolls and opt for the Penne alla Vodka Pasta (amazing!) and a pizza as our entrée - the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is my favorite. The calzones are also a great menu option, especially for takeout or delivery. They are tasty, a great price, and massive in size - a great deal! Drink (3/5 Stars): The restaurant offers a variety of wine, beer, and cocktails. The Espresso Martinis are definitely a personal favorite - and are only $6 on Ladies Night (typically Thursdays). They also offer happy hour from 3-7pm on Mon-Fri. Service (4/5 Stars): The owner, Tino, is super friendly and the wait staff are very attentive and speedy. Atmosphere (4/5 Stars): There is a more formal dining room on one side of the restaurant, a bar area on the other, and outdoor seating on the patio out back. The restaurant is typically quiet during the week and a cozy spot for a date night or dinner with friends. The space does get pretty rowdy on the weekends for their boozy brunch - which is also a fun time.

I have been wanting to try T's for the longest time and I'm so glad I finally got to. I came in for lunch one day so it wasn't too crowded. Immediately the atmosphere was cozy and rustic feeling, there was a lot of exposed brick and wood panels. The music they had on was trendy and full of great remixes. Our server was friendly and kept his attention on our table. As for the food, the garlic knots were amazing! They were a great size, packed full of garlic, oil, & parmesan and definitely caught my attention! The menu has many different options with regular pizzas but also some very different but cool ones. The sauce and toppings were great, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the crust. It was very well done and a little too crispy for my liking (almost like biting into a pita chip). The friends I were with said the crust isn't usually like that, and it it typically more fluffy and doughy, so I'm not sure what happened this time. But I would definitely come back, especially for those garlic knots because trust me they will make you extremely happy!

Sweetie you are impressive... the owner!!

The low light ambiance and music was definitely giving adults-only vibes. What I really liked was being able to talk and hear because the volume level of the music was just right. Our waiter was attentive and would check-in on us from time to time, ensuring our experience was the best. He had quite a friendly and genuine demeanor about him (sorry, I don't remember his name but he wore glasses and had dark hair). The margarita pizza, wine, and desserts (didn't have lava cake so I tried their chocolate mousse) were delightful to indulge. We also received a complimentary drink of choice on the house just because! I will definitely be coming back again and hope to bring other colleagues along for the Quartiere experience.

We started with some mocktails that were very good and the apple & pear salad that was also good. Our waitress also brought us some complimentary bread and herb butter. All good. But when my entree came it was so disappointing. I ordered the hanger steak cook medium. It was cooked to temp but had to be the chewiest steak Ive ever had. The steak knife wouldnt even cut through it. The knife basically ripped the steak apart. It also came with the largest broccolini I have ever seen. It was basically broccoli but ultimately was under cooked for how large the stalks were. I did try the desserts but they looked good.

The space is not all that big, but is cozy (also helps that the front opens up toward the outdoor seating area). Service: The staff are pretty friendly and the service speed is decent. There was a guy with a shirt saying "Big Mike" who seemed to constantly be monitoring the place which was a bit odd but I suppose he was just the boss keeping tabs on his restaurant. Overall: Average quality food but nice Italian-inspired environment. Would recommend if you are in the Stamford area and interested in Italian food.

We got there and sat down immediately. Service was nothing special, but the waiter was pleasant. I ordered the lunch special smash burger, which was very tasty. I also ordered the calamari, which was slightly salty but had great flavor. The pizza was very good as well, but when it came to the dessert (cheesecake and chocolate gelato), they weren't that good and left a bad aftertaste. We asked our waiter if it could be taken off the menu, so he went to get the manager. The manager came to the table and explained why we should like the desserts and that no one complains since the chefs are from Brooklyn and the cheesecake is made in-house. He was very reluctant to take these items off the menu. Everyone has different palates, so why are you talking as if I'm supposed to like it since everyone else does? This didn't sit well with me, and the vibe was off from there. We liked the food, but it wasn't worth the hype around it. Our waiter was still pleasant through it all.
