The electric entrance/exit main gate has been in malfunction status for approximately 1 month now…read more It's only open during regular operation hours and not after hours until fixed. This is a Huge inconvenience for those of us customers whom work during business hours and only can access our storage after hours. US Storage has not compensated or even offered any form of inconvenience discount. From my knowledge, commercial gates usually have vendor warranty. Issue still remains unresolved as of 7/22/26.

This means that the high google ratings and majority of the good rating posts are coordinated by her before she lets you walk out the office immediately after meeting her. The same day I moved my stuff in and signed my contract, she told me to be out the gate by 9pm or I'd get charged a $50 fee. When I entered my code to leave at exactly 9pm to leave they had already locked me in to get the $50 she'd mentioned and she drove up in her jeep exactly at that moment to tell me that she was going to charge me $50 for not leaving by 9pm. I said, it's 9pm right now and the gate has already locked me in which is weird. I told her that she needs to be telling people to leave by 8:59pm and that it isn't right to lock people inside the gate as soon as 9pm hits the clock because I was trying to leave exactly on time when the second it turned 9pm. As if she programmed the system to lock me in at the very minute 9pm came, so that she could get that $50 fee. It's deceptive, unethical and bad business. This facility also flooded inside after a rainstorm hit and some of my belongings got damaged. They raise your monthly rate after three months of you barely getting moved in. I don't recommend this old facility to anyone compared to other facilities that give grace periods for getting out of the gate if disabled like I am. Also giving a grace period for payments. I recommend using Extra Space Storage instead or StorAmerica Storage, both are better and both give those grace periods that I mentioned. You've been warned!
