This place is close to my home and super convenient. The manager Alexis is friendly and helpful…read more The place is a little dated but meets my needs. The monthly rent is competitive to other storage facilities in the immediate area. The facility is kept clean. They do not allow people to live in the rental units but I do see the same motorhome parked in front of a rental unit every time I access my storage space. I suspect they stay there during business hours and park outside the facilities overnight to return when the gates open.

These folks are worse than an ex girlfriend. Less than 3 days late the phone calls, text messages…read moreand emails start coming in (nonstop). Less than 2 weeks late the liens are attached to your storage with auction notices. I mean my storage is about $100. So in less than 2 weeks past due date on a $100 storage you mean to tell me my property is going to get sold to the highest bidder? You have to be kidding me! Anyway, look for someone else. I've had storage before (elsewhere) but NEVER with this much annoyance. There are better places. They've also raised my rent 3 or 4 times and I've been there less than a year. I was on auto pay and it paid but I got constant emails telling me I was late. This happened for about 4 months even though they via phone agreed they had the $$ and couldn't explain their system. Personally I think they are scamming folks to boot them out of their unit and make a quick buck in auction. Find another business. I'm at the Bear Vally unit but the company works the same anywhere.

She walked us through all the rules and prices so there was no questions later on. The on line payment system was wonderful. We were able to stay current even living hundreds of miles away from our stuff. Upon move out we had some hiccups with lost keys and a not so friendly moving company, but Stephanie was patient with our numerous phone calls and questions. Upon final move out she was so great about pro-rating our five days, just like she had explained at the sign-up. I highly recommend this StorAmerica location if for no other reason than getting to deal with Stephanie.

I've had two different storage units at this location. This location frequently offers discounts…read moreand seasonal promotions, so it's been good for me. This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.
