The storage I rented and held all my furniture and personal belongings got flooded! Because of the s***y design of this place. I approached the guys in the office, who told me fill out a form and itemize all the damages and management will review it and resolve the situation. Well weeks went buy and come to find out the air heads in the front office never summited my paperwork!
