The monthly rent is competitive to other storage facilities in the immediate area. The facility is kept clean. They do not allow people to live in the rental units but I do see the same motorhome parked in front of a rental unit every time I access my storage space. I suspect they stay there during business hours and park outside the facilities overnight to return when the gates open.

I've had storage before (elsewhere) but NEVER with this much annoyance. There are better places. They've also raised my rent 3 or 4 times and I've been there less than a year. I was on auto pay and it paid but I got constant emails telling me I was late. This happened for about 4 months even though they via phone agreed they had the $$ and couldn't explain their system. Personally I think they are scamming folks to boot them out of their unit and make a quick buck in auction. Find another business. I'm at the Bear Vally unit but the company works the same anywhere.

He answered the phone and carried on a personal conversation that had nothing to do with storage while I waited. Everyone was nice to us when we filled out the paperwork and paid. We pay automatically each month. I have not had to talk to and have not seen a staff member since the first day. There are rats, thefts poor maintenance and petty vengeance write ups by the managers. There is literally no one to talk to in person. Everything is done over the phone and through email. If you ever have a complaint or any kind of inquiry, good luck getting it resolved Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. That place is awful as are the miserable managers. I'm currently waiting for the office to open so I can find out what was stolen from my unit. DO NOT GO HERE now I'll be filing a police report and contacting my lawyer because we were reassured by someone in the office that my unit is safe, that the camera works and they have security that makes rounds. What a joke of a business.
