The people who work here are so nice and friendly and try to help you if you communicate clearly what you need. I'm a senior who was storing an entire household of belongings till I was ready for a long distance move. They did an excellent job helping me out. I'd highly recommend them. read more

Nice friendly lady's, good customer service & great rates. Clean storage, everything you need like boxes, locks, are on-site.

This review is based solely on their car wash. No working vacuums, no working change machines, broken machines in wash bays... I know do it yourself car washes aren't the money makers they once were but if you can't fix stuff just close it up completely. Those of us with boats, campers or off road toys utilize these types of wash bays and it is really disappointing when you try 2-3 places just to find this to be the new normal for these businesses. read more

The receptionist was so sweet, very positive, uplifting attitude. She thoroughly explained everything.. my sincerest apologies I forgot her name, but she was very very pleasant. read more

I came to this storage because it's close to my home and so far I have not gotten any trouble. I applied on the app and got my storage unit the next day. I recommend this place to my family and friends. Customer service is good too. read more

Cindy, at Extra Space Storage on Main was extremely helpful in acquiring my storage unit over the phone. I was having technical difficulties online, but she took the time and was extremely patient, went above and beyond and assisted where I needed help with signing the electronic documents. I am tech savvy, but O M G!! Not one time did she rush me off the phone in anyway! I highly recommend this location, customer service is 10+ stars!!!! Thank you Cindy for all your help and support!!! See you soon!!! read more

The staff here are amazing! Customer service is awesome. Allysa, Debra and Anthony thank you so very much for all your assistance. You 3 are a prime example of genuinely nice people. What I seen/ felt that day is not anything you can get from training. Honestly! Without all the help I would have been lost. Keep up the good work. I can't repay you for your kindness. But.... look out for me I'm going to stop by and bring all of you a nice treat. Just to show you all a token of my appreciation. Team ExtraSpace Storage!! read more

Extra Space Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Hesperia, California

Also if your stuff isn't stored inside a locked storage unit it is not covered under their insurance. Even though it's on their property with no cameras which they allow trailers and boats to park, it isn't covered so beware. read more

Thank you to the store manager Amanda! Took care of my families needs asap! Definitely recommend!

My review is for the car wash. I paid for 4 minutes and it shut off after 2. Within that two minutes the only function that worked was rinse and soap. read more

These people are crooks plain and simple. Been asking for a smaller units for months. Getting different answers from both people working there. Then BAM rent increase. When I inquired why I was told " Well we typically raise the rent in 4 months then again after 9 months". HUH??? The mailer said it was due to market value. SOUNDS SHADY TO ME. How in any way is a standard increases in fees have anything to do with market value??? Sound like a load to me. Should hire better liars. read more

I have been parking my RV here for almost a year. In a years time my rent went from $80 to $114. Also, my RV was vandalized and there is nothing the facility will do about it. They wouldn't even call the local PD to assist in filing a report. In the last 3 months there have been several RVs vandalized in addition to an RV being stolen. If your looking to use this facility to store your RV, I would recommend you keep looking read more

Great customer service, friendly staff and the facility is kept clean. There is a storage closer to my house but because of the excellent service I received here, I continue to stay with extra space storage read more

Great person Amanda who was very helpful with a stressful move. She made the difference in me feeling welcomed

I have been a loyal paying customer for almost 2 years and they have been raising my rates very frequently. I started out paying $103 per month and I just got a letter saying they are raising my rates AGAIN and now it will be up to $150!!!!! Are you fn kidding me???!!!! I will be leaving there and getting a new unit elsewhere within the month. Dont go here!!! 50% increase!!!! These people are deranged... read more

I am not reviewing the employees to start. This is another greedy POS company. They have raised my rates every 6 months. I fkin hate you guys, Morally and socially . Who raises their prices in the middle of a pandemic? Nothing but the worst trash kind of humans. read more

The fact the they are so friendly and attentive. They actually listen to you and are so helpful. One of the employees named Amanda helped me to reduce the size of my storage to a more affordable size in the master of one month and also found it very close to my old one so I didn't have to rent a truck or anything to move my stuff. I just had to walk it over, and that to me was so awesome. Thanks Amanda, keep up the good work! read more

DUSTY: Large amounts of dirt and dust blows inside my unit. I believe the dust and dirt blows in through the sides of the roll up door. There are very high winds in this area. The winds blow through the area like a wind tunnel. My property is always covered with dust and dirt. SECURITY: At the back of the property, portions of barbwire have been pushed down. It's easy for people to climb over the fence to access storage units, vehicles, etc. The barbwire should be replaced with razor wire. read more

Someone cut the lock on my storage and broke in months ago. I received a certified letter stating they couldn't reach me so they changed the lock. I called them and they stated that was policy when I received the letter. I showed today months later and my unit was ransacked and stuff was stolen. No one ever mentioned my unit was opened or broken into when they changed the lock. I think it's lousy customer service and when I filed the police report it happens often. So beware any future customers read more

This review is for Extra Space Storage Car Wash. Total crap: useless wash bays, dirty, they do not work. No soap, every wand broken, sand and nails and screws and debris litter the place. Total crap. Stay away, one of the worst self-serve car wash places in High Desert. Did I mention this place is total absolute crap? Worst car wash experience ever, car comes out dirtier than when I drove in. What a miserable excuse for a car wash business. Avoid this place, do not stop here: you have been duly warned! read more

So annoyed! I've had my stuff in this storage since they were Sparky's Self Storage and Joshua's Mega Storage before that! Since Extra space storage took over they've raised our rent twice!! Total crap! I can't wait to take all my stuff out and never go back! I do not recommend this place! read more

For the CAR WASH. This is by leaps and bounds the worst self-wash place I have EVER been to. Avoid it like the plague. It's has 6 stalls, two were closed two were taken. I had the choice of one that was normal looking and had been used as the ground was wet, or one that had garbage piled up in the corner that was completely dry. Of course I went with the good looking one. Boy was I wrong. The power washer leaked, FROM THE CEILING, and not just leaked but poured. I was getting rained on by soapy water and I hadn't even pulled the trigger down. The spring mechanisms on the thing fight you so hard too, couldn't even get it to stay with me as I walked around my car. Decided screw it and bailed to the other bay that had garbage piled in it. It became apparent that this one was rarely used but I already had soap on my car from the first bay and couldn't just leave, I spent the first 45 seconds of the wash waiting for the air to clear the lines because the sprayer wouldn't spray. So now finally got my car wet again, time for foam brush. NOPE. Gotta wait for the air to clear the line here too, spat foam every five seconds for another good 45 seconds until it actually started to work. Ended up spending around $8 on a car wash that should've been $4 or less. The equipment isn't maintained at all, and the grounds aren't maintained either. They obviously don't care about this place so you shouldn't either. Like I said, avoid it like the plague. read more

Extremely helpful, we got so much help and a big storage space for all of our things for cheap!! Thank you so much!!
