I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I have had a poor experience prior to this experience with another company where I felt really pressured and didn't connect with the movers. Prime set me up with a truck that was big enough and three movers, and each of them were so intuitive with where to put my things. They were careful and delicate with my fragile items, and so helpful with the process. They also were upfront and frugal with their time, and did not take advantage of the hourly rate. The assembled some of my furniture without me even asking, which was so generous. When it was time to pay them, I gave them the highest tip amount possible. This move was a very emotional one for me as it also included taking some of my deceased grandmother's belongings, and they were so patient and understanding with me.

BEWARE‼ DO NOT USE THIS MOVNG COMPANY…read more I was in contact with Ibrahim, the owner. He sounds nice, but don't be fooled. He is far from honest. He sent two inexperienced workers to help move my furniture. I have expensive furniture they completely damaged due to their carelessness and negligence (see attached pictures). They also did not hook up my washer and dryer properly. The gas nozzle that connects to the dryer was not tightened and caused a gas leak. Leading me to call the fire department to help assist me considering I have a small baby in my household. The water pipes connecting to the washer were not properly tightened as well, as when I turned the water on to use my washer water was sprayed all over my wash room. To add even more insult to injury I expressed my concerns to Ibrahim about the lack of experience his workers had in removing my door off the hinges to which he said was an "easy job" but when it came time to install the door back in place they were not able to do so. In addition, they do not have their own moving truck. They rent from U-Haul (undisclosed at the time I booked their services). They charge for the truck rental and per hour. What was supposed to be a 3 to possibly 4 hour job turned into an absolute nightmare ending in a 9 hour job. The movers got to my house without any wrap for my furniture. I had to ask them to buy wrap. The wrap they purchased was the cheapest wrap providing no protection for my furniture. They also did not have enough moving blankets to protect my big items from getting damaged in transit. I was in contact with Ibrahim from the beginning. I expressed my concerns to him and he kept assuring me they would take care of moving my furniture safely. That never happened. The movers arrived at 2 pm and did not finish the job until close to midnight. After telling Ibrahim of all the damages he said he would pay to get them repaired. He lied. The next day I called numerous times, also texted and he never responded. Days later, he still hasn't responded. Please think twice before using them to help you move. Response to owner (considering I've been blocked from adding another comment): Christina, Ibrahim Dababneh goes by Abe and is your husband. I Zelle'd him the deposit for this move. He's also on social media reflecting his full name and company name (see attached pictures). I did not get the wrong company. It is obvious your company does not want to take responsibility for the damages. Raul was one of the movers he sent to me along with Aaron. Raul is also mentioned in some of the reviews on yelp. It doesn't surprise me that you would lie and act like you did not work with me. It is a shame that you would use God's name in your response. Shame on you and your company. The company does not live up to its name. I would also like a refund for the deposit of $125.00. Please google this company. They are also on U-Hauls website as a listed moving company. The rental was in place for a 15 foot U-Haul, to be picked up at 9am on March 19th at the Victorville location. We were promised that the 15 footer was going to be there. I had called 12:02pm, and was on hold for over 14 minutes. When the woman had picked up, I had asked if it was okay that we could pick up the 15 footer at 7am instead of 9am, she insisted that it would be fine and ready. That phone call lasted 16 minutes. When my husband and I showed up to the Victorville location at 7am Thursday, the 15 footer was not even on the lot. The gentleman told my husband that it wasn't a "guarantee" and just a curiosity. We spent OVER AN HOUR at this location redoing the reservation to a 10 footer. Instead of offering us a free upgrade for their mistake, they only gave us a $30 difference for a smaller U-Haul. Upon receiving the keys for this rental, my husband walked the lot 6 times trying to find the van with no luck. He went inside twice only to be told the van was on the lot. He then had to physically move a U-Haul out of the way HIMSELF, to get to the one we rented. That is absolutely ridiculously!!! The gentleman should have brought the van to us, if not he should have moved the other himself to get to ours. On our way, the tire pressure sensor broke, and there was oil leaking from the U-Haul. This in turn stained two driveways that we were utilizing at both residences, which we should receive some sort of compensation for. U-Haul needs to do better when it comes to inspecting their vehicles, because I can almost guarantee that it was leaking oil beforehand, and their customer service needs to be trained better. Instead of lying to us all, they should have be honest and said that size vehicle would NOT be available to pick up at this location. With our two parties involved in this rental, we will no longer use U-Haul for any of our future moves and will continue to tell everyone our experience and to steer clear of U-haul. Making another edit. After some back and forth, Edwin was able to make it right and refund the amount that was charged without consent. Thank you for making it right and I added one more star to this review. I hope this is a learning lesson in making sure you are clear with your customers, and make sure they understand everything.

To file, you need to list each item, its original and replacement cost, weight but you cannot save the file. If each box had 20 items, I would need to list those details for 740 items WITHOUT SAVING. When I read the reviews for the company where you need to file a claim agains American Pacific, it was clear that the company was a scam. In one review, the customer filed a claim for $8000. They received $72. None of 10 attorneys have responded to my 1-page summary of the disaster. There is no hope for consumers. Are you moving? Rent a moving truck and move your stuff yourself! I wish I had!
