We rented the Tracer for 3 nights for our 4th of July camping trip to Serrano Campground/Big Bear this year( I know, it took me a while to review but didn't want to rush it) . We requested the RV be delivered and it was waiting for us with the AC running on a hot summer day. The RV looked beautiful- very well maintained, smelled nice and fresh. The towels were clean and crisp, the bedding immaculate, they provided pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, paper towel, etc ( they even included a camping outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs and beautiful decor) The owners, a beautiful couple, were very informative, didn't lose patience with the many questions we asked them before booking and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. They were very generous to us and treated us like friends although it was our first time using them. Overall, our experience with this business exceeded our expectations: from the affordable price, excellent customer service and beautiful unit. I recommend them 100% .

Hauling Heroes really came through for me this past Saturday. We had to clean out my grandma's old…read morehouse so it could close escrow. The city trash contractor was going to charge an exorbitant amount to drop off a larger dumpster that would require a 3 month rental, but it would also take up to 4 weeks for them to drop it off. I called up Hauling Heroes and they were able to drop off a larger dump trailer than the trash container was going to be. They were able to squeeze it into a close space on the driveway next to the garage so we wouldn't have to move all the trash too far. They were also punctual about picking up the trailer as soon as I texted them that we were finished with it. What would've taken over a month to accomplish through the city's trash provider took only two hours on a Saturday. Also, had I had to run all that trash to the dump myself it would've taken me at least 6-7 trips in my pickup truck. Well worth my time and money. Being in the High Desert, it's nice dealing with a company where you know your trash is going to end up at the correct landfill and not down some vacant dirt road on the outskirts of town.

We are…read morefrom San Diego and went to the Roctober Model Rocketry launch at the Lucerne Valley dry lake bed. Our experience with his company was amazing, because he is so great! First off, the trailer we rented was in great shape and very comfortable. We met him at the site and he delivered the trailer, which was a huge help. Everyything in the trailer was in good working order and, additionally, Mike provided items that other companies (we have used other companies to rent before) don't! For example, he provides toilet paper, paper towels and all other paper goods! Also, Mike checks on you during your stay to make sure things are going well and there are no issues. For people that are coming from out of town as we were, this was very welcome! The most important and wonderful thing was that, while we were at the rocket launch, we got hit with a huge rainstorm one night that turned the site into a muddy mess! Mike made special arrangements to get us a friend's large military truck to get us and our truck out of there so we wouldn't be stuck after the weekend. He felt that this was his duty as we were his customers! He and his friends personally made sure we got out safe and sound! Frankly, I have never experienced that type of customer concern and loyalty! Mike has an incredible view of what it means to provide customer service and he truly cares about his customers. We will absolutely use him again anytime we have an RV need in his area! He and his company are just the best, giving me new faith in humankind!

I rented an electric floor grinder for $160 for 24 hrs. I used it for 2 hrs. and made very little…read moreprogress on the floor grinding. I called the rental yard to ask them if they had a more aggressive grinding wheel. The guy on the phone said they had a more powerful machine that normally rents for $225 for 24 hours but he said they would give me a better rate than the $225 if I wanted to swap the machines. So I loaded up the elec. floor grinder and went back to the rental yard. Eric, the guy at the counter showed me the gas version of the same grinder and said it had more power so it should do a better job. Eric even let me test the gas grinder on some concrete. I agreed to swap the elec. grinder for the gas grinder. As Eric and I were walking back into the office Eric said he would keep the rate at $160 and extend my return time to 4 p.m. I thought that was awesome. When I returned the machine at 4 p.m. on the next day they charged me $225. I told the guy at the counter that Eric told me he would only charge me $160. When the counter guy asked Eric, Eric said no I said I wouldn't charge you for the elec. machine and would charge you $225 for the gas one. What he remembered saying and what I heard him say was two seperate things. Ok, I have no proof of what I heard him say so I said what about the guy on the phone who told me they wouldn't charge me the $225 and that they would give me a better rate? Eric asked the other guy about the phone conversation and that guy remembered the phone conversation but he said he never said anything about the price. Basically both of the employees made me feel like I was just lying to get a better price. It was embarrassing. I know what I heard but I told them I was not about to argue about who said what and that I would just pay the $225. I'm writing this review because I don't want other customers to experience the same treatment. If an Apex employee verbally offers you a better deal get their name and make it very clear before you rent their equipment. Maybe even get them to put the better offer in writing because they apparently forget their verbal deals.
