Thomas Swan was the tow truck driver that came to pick me up when my Lexus broke down last week. He was courteous, efficient, kind and helpful to me in a time that I found to be distressing. It was just before sunset and I wasn't in the best part of town. I expressed my concern to dispatch and Air Expressway Towing took the extra mile to come and get me in a very short amount of time, a mere 15 minutes from my initial phone call. I highly endorse Air Expressway Towing, and specifically Thomas Swan. I was greatly impressed and honored that they took my problem and made it their problem and got me to my mechanic safely! read more

Great job. Great driver. I will use again if needed. Nice truck, clean, and had no funk smell.

Air Express Towing far exceeds other towing entities. They have outstanding customer service oriented towing operators such as Kevin and Paul. Both Kevin and Paul( I'm not sure if Paul is the correct name of the operator yesterday) demonstrated a superior level of professionalism coupled with respect and knowledge. I am absolutely pleased with the service I received from them. Quite frankly, I have noticed that all your towing operators have the same mannerism. Thank you for hiring such awesome towing operators!! read more

Wanted 13000 lb. Ford tractor moved from Apple valley to Lucerne Valley.Johnny the owner came to pick it up with a semi tractor and 50 ft flatbed heavy duty trailer. Charge to me was very fair considering was a totally insured and legitimate company. I didn't want a cut rate price from a fly by nighter. My son in law started to move tractor to drive onto flatbed when big rear tire being a little low on air collapsed off of rim. Now I was in a real bind.We asked Johnny the driver if he would be willing to drive us and tractor to town and country tire to remount tire on rim. It would have cost me a small fortune to have a professional come to my house in Lucerne to remount it. Not to mention driving tire on rim would probably destroy 700 dollar tire. To my pleasant surprise he said he could and would! We all went to tire shop arranged to have it remounted right on trailer. Johnny sat with my son in law and I for almost three hours.I was afraid to ask him how much extra I owed him for going out of his way and using his time up When he said I owed him nothing I thought I didn't hear him right. It was unbelievable.I don't often meet strangers in business that do anything without a hefty extra charge. He showed us that people still show kindness and help people out if they can.I won't forget how he went above and beyond to help us out . Not only that we talked for hours waiting and I felt I had really met a new friend .I of course highly recommend Air Express towing. If I need a tow etc. I know who I'll call.Special experience for me Five stars!!! read more

They almost crashed my car very responsible drivers. The driver looked intoxicated as well.

Drew with Air Expressway Towing was fast to arrive, professional, empathetic and just went above and beyond. He asked the issue I was having with the car, checked it and even tried to charge my battery. I called his office to compliment him and spoke to Tricia who was equally as professional and nice! Thank you! read more

Our van broke down on side of I 15 just outside Victorville. We had our 3 kids with us traveling home from a family road trip vacation. These guys came to help me out when I was stranded on the 15 in Victorville after my tire blew out right. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before their technician arrived. He was very friendly, helpful and skilled. We were good to go on our spare tire in just a few minutes. He also gave us directions to the closest tire shop, which we ended up going to and had a good experience at as well. Thanks for helping me get back on the road fast! read more

Waited two hours for these guys for lockout service. There was one singular text saying they would be late. They told me one more hour. I have never waited three hours for a lockout service anywhere in California or North Carolina. Rude and unprofessional. read more

Best experience I've had with a tow company!!! The Driver was very kind and helpful. And had a wonderful attitude all the way around. I was stuck on the 395 and cautus and was amazed at how fast he got there. Was even kind enough to hold the door open for me so I can get into the tow truck. He had my vehicle hooked up in no time and on my way home within seconds. Also even after the gentleman left I had to call because I left my phone in his tow truck he turned all the way around and brought it back to me that is unheard of nowadays. I regret not asking his name!!!!! So I can add it to my review. Air Express Towing knows how to treat there customer. Thank you for all your help. And for sending me such a kind driver. read more

I've had many services from this company and I've not been disappointed. All of the techs I've had the pleasure of meeting are friendly, helpful and respectful. I 100% recommend trying this company out. Thanks all staff for everything!!!! read more

Please acknowledge my driver, Gary. He arrived ahead of schedule, got me out of a tough situation, and recommended the dealer use a pusher, which saved my engine/turbo. Even the office had great communication and follow up. Much thanks for a job well done. Highly recommend read more

I had to have my car towed to a dealership in Fontana. Having seen Air Express Towing trucks in my area I contacted them. Their prices were the most reasonable and they are affiliated with AAA. I was concerned about riding down the pass in a tow truck with a complete stranger and not looking forward to the experience. I was pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful driver, Anthony. He was personable and efficient. He restored my faith in our younger generation. He's only 22. My trip to Fontana was easy, comfortable and I felt completely secure. Anthony was excellent. Traffic was horrible but I was never anxious or concerned. In Fact it was a very pleasant experience. read more

I've relied on Air Expressway Towing through AAA for years and they've only been late once. Their technicians are always kind and courteous. Very helpful. I definitely recommend them. I love how AAA has the feature to track where they are en route to your location. They always communicate effectively and efficiently both over the phone and in person. I have a lot of cars and have never had a problem with any damages or a poor attitude. There's nothing like having a bad day because your car is disabled and then someone shows up with a poor attitude. I've never had a poor experience with Air Expressway Towing and I thoroughly appreciate them for that. Thank you all so much and keep up the great work. I hope to not need you again but if I do, I'm confident that I will be in good and capable hands read more

My son was here from up North a couple of weeks ago and his car took a dump before he could leave to get back. We switched cars, and after coming back to return my car, I called for a tow to get his car to the dealership and Sergio came in clutch 35 minutes before the estimated time we were previously given. Once at the house he had to put the car in neutral and push it out into the street before he could load it onto the flatbed. Sergio DID that! I am very grateful to Sergio for his help and his kindness. I will definitely be patronizing Air Expressway Towing again, and I will definitely refer them and Sergio to my friends & family! Thanks again! read more

Triple AAA sent this tow truck driver out to tow my son's car & their worker, Fermin damaged the car by trying to drive the car instead of towing it. We could have driven it if it was drivable. I asked him why he didn't pull the tow truck up to the car? He then got mad because I took a picture of him. He then got out the car & said he couldn't tow it and started walking to his truck & said he was calling the police. There was something that fell from under the car while he was trying to move it. Then he called the police. I'm so tired of people calling the police on Black people for no reason. I don't know what he thought. We are law abiding citizens, just trying to cover his ass for the damages he had done. I had to make another call and wait 40 minutes for a reliable company, Aguilar's Tow. I will be reporting this issue to Triple AAA as well as the company he works for. read more

My family and I we're locked out of our car one night. We were pressed for time and had to get on the road soon, considering that my mother in law had an important appointment. Once I contacted AAA Road Service, they stated that it would take over an hour for the driver to arrive. We were very frustrated, however we had no other option but to wait. Fortunately, it took no more than 20 minutes for the tow truck driver to arrive. Jr.was a very effective driver, which opened our car with in minutes! Great job guys! read more
