I came in a week ago to get 2 tires. They sold me 2 tires and told me they had both only to tell me afterward they only had one. So they tell me it will be there by Monday. Monday calls and nothing so I call then Monday turns into Wednesday. Wednesday comes and nothing so I call AGAIN not once did they call me for an update like they were supposed to. I had to take time out of my work week to call them. Then Wednesday turns into Friday. I come in to get the tire and they have it and do it but they literally let me sit an extra 30 minutes after my car was done. I know this because I watched them take my car and watched them park it in the same spot once done. Sitting there wondering what is going on for 30 mins finally I lose my patience and get up to ask yo what is going on? Is my car done or what? Of course my keys and car were ready to go. They literally just let me sit and waste 30 mins of my time while they were standing around doing nothing. They were not busy and I had an appointment I should have been out of there as soon as my car was ready to go especially after everything they put me through already. Extremely disappointed. They need to get it together because this place is a disorganized mess and the people who work at the front desk are terrible. Getting paid to stand around and do nothing. Do not recommend coming here for tires and if you do be prepared to have a very bad and extremely disappointing experience with them. read more

Amazing service! Cedric was very helpful and professional from the time I called! Service was VIP style, Cedric called 30 minutes before my appointment time to let me know he was putting a sign up in front of a bay for me. I went in to replace my tires under warranty and they refuse to prorate the wear on my tires, they were getting bald and cracking between the treads, they wouldn't give me credit on my warranty, then tried to up sale me and only give my a discount of $10 discount on a set of two tires @ $589.00 for two tires I said no thank you. Next I went to America Tires Hesperia and they discounted me over $100 dollars on my purchase. My wife went in for an alignment and tire rotation was told it would be a 2 hour wait, not a problem, we pay and head home, but gets a text in 30 minutes telling her the car was done. We drive down to pickup the car and they just hand her the keys with no paperwork of the alignment or receipt of any work done. We drive the car home and it is still pulling very badly at this time they were already closed so we come back the next day. I tell them that it feels like nothing was done and if anything it feels worse, they pull in the car and check it out just to tell me that one of my alignment bolts is actually stripped and they never got the alignment done yesterday. They give me a refund after I call them out on charging us yesterday but not saying anything was wrong with the cars alignment and couldn't be adjusted. Good to know they were just trying to get away with faking an alignment and taking my wife's money because she's a woman or what, they tell me to go to the last place I got an alignment because they stripped my camber bolt. I drive all the way to Americas Tire on Mariposa to sit there for 5 minutes until the alignment tech tells me that the nuts on my camber adjustment are reverse threads and that these guys at Apple Valley were just spinning it the wrong way making it tighter, to add a bit more the apple valley guys told me they even tried using a torch to break the nuts loose, come to find out they were just tightening because they don't know what they're doing. Not sure if it was just a bad day at Apple Valley but the fact they tried to get away with it until I brought it to their attention is disgusting I will never come back to this location taking advantage of the fact that a woman who does not know much about cars is absolutely terrible and I wish that you will hold this place accountable as I have and if you do go back make sure you get a receipt and watch them closely! What a complete waste of my two days off because someone wanted to try and be slick and pull off some laziness and then want to have an attitude after they get caught! Even the manager was just rude even though it was very clear that one of his employees said they did maintenance on a car that they did not and if they don't believe me they have plenty of cameras in that shop to prove my point but they will never admit theyre at fault because they have no gut or backbone. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced sorry for the rant I don't usually do reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and I hope this will help someone else before it happens again. read more

I would just like to say this is by far the best tire shop I've been to in a while. I called yesterday and spoke to Guillermo, who told me they had the tire I needed for my trailer. I arrived today and was greeted by Tyler, who took my tire, walked into the garage, filled out my paperwork, and before I could get a soda from the store next door, they already had the tire re-mounted, balanced, and in the bed of my truck. Aloha! After many research and quotes, I ended up calling this place out of convenience. I definitely appreciate a one stop shop. I originally only had intentions on getting my rims and wheels mounted and installed but I told the person who answer (Ian- maybe?) that if he could beat my online prices, I'd order everything through him. He ended up being able to beat my prices. Win for me, win for him! Everything went smooth, I was able to get the rim and wheels installed the following week. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was bc they have yet to follow up with me on black lugs. I called after 1 or 2 weeks and they said they reordered it to see if it came faster.... it's been almost a month now. I plan to follow up end of week... let's see if these back ordered, one month plus black lugs came in. I hope so! I'm tired of seeing the silver lugs on my black rims. read more

I've been using America's Tire for years now. This review was about due. Let's face it, who really enjoys spending money on tires?? They're a wear and tear item, but so essential to my family's safety. My wife's vehicle required all four tires to be replaced. I did my due diligence on the America's Tire website for the most competitive price, or so I thought. When I arrived at America's Tire in Apple Valley, Robert and Logan assisted me in not only finding the proper tires for the vehicle, but they mentioned that I would qualify for a discount if I was a AAA member, which I am. It's because of their suggestion that I was able to save $40.00 off my purchase! Besides the savings, they were able to get me in and out, in less than an 45 minutes! I was a little pressed for time, so their efforts definitely made the situation convenient for me. I always come by to have my tire pressure checked at no charge. They're great when it comes to rotating and inspecting your tires. Their standard for great customer service is the best that I've ever experienced by any large chain of businesses...in any industry. I have a slow leak in my tire and about once every two weeks I have to come and get air (because I'm too lazy to fix the tire) and every single time I come, Jared has been the young man to fill that tire. He also checks all the others. Encourages me to get that one fix and sends me on my merry way as he turns his attention to the next person needing air. Well I just needed air in my bicycle tire and one of the tire guys wouldn't help me out. Tried to tell me that they have to much pressure and that it would pop my tire. They didn't know I've been a motorcycle technician for 30 years. I know what the standard air pressure is. At my shop I have over 90psi and I inflated my bicycle tires there. I was just stuck. So fortunately the guys at the golf course helped me out. Now I have a brand new truck and am looking for wheels and tires. I don't think I want to even look there. I guess I looked like a loser from felony flats. I learned long ago not to judge anyone because you never know what their intentions are. read more

I've used America's tires for probably the last 20 years I have six cars on file there and I just needed them to remove one lug nut from each tire that I was having a problem with and they wanted to charge me $60 I talked to the manager they said okay $40 so I have six lug nuts on each tire that's $240 just to remove lug nuts The whole process would probably be 5 minutes Terry had an attitude and not very good customer service Chris the manager talk to me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I've been in fleet mechanics for 20 years he was rude as well they would not give me the district manager name or number they said just call customer service because of this I will never go there again because I can only imagine what they're doing to someone that doesn't know anything about cars they totally were taking advantage and talking down to me when I was talking with respect so I don't appreciate that so everybody else that reads this go to Les Schwab I guess they did better read more

I have never been to a "bad" AT but this particular store is the BEST!! First, the moment you walk in they approach you and acknowledge that you're there. If they can, they get right to helping you. If they can't, they will let you know and get to you asap. Second, they don't try to upsell you or pressure you into doing stuff to your vehicle. If you want, they will suggest tires according to your need and/or desire. Best to know what you want by looking online. Third, they are as fast as possible getting your service done. When a bay opens, they drive your car in and get to work right away. If you're in a hurry, don't complain. If I'm ahead of you then suck it up. If you're ahead of me, maybe you could let me go first! Seriously, they get you in and out asap. Lastly, the service continues even after you've left. They email you reminders, are always ready to put air in, and check your tires for you real fast to see how they are wearing. To sum it up, if you're "tired" of shopping and getting tires, go here and you won't fall "flat" on your face. They "rotate" their customers in and out as quick as they rotate their tires. I have always been a bit skeptical of big chain stores and have tried to shop small business as much as possible especially with tires but sometimes the smaller ones just don't have what I'm looking for or a good price, so after shopping around for some time, America's tires just had the best prices and warranty for the tires I was looking so I gave them my business. Now I can't talk for every America's tire however this particular location has excellent customer service and boy are they fast! I had to get my tires rotated and rebalanced and didn't have time but during the week, so I had to go during my lunch and they had me in and out in no time!
