Stopped by after work today to get my tires mounted on my rims. I asked the youngster Antonio. If he has time to mount and balance my new tires . He said yes it's going to be about 20 min wait he was swapping out tires for another customer. He was on it, hustling jacking up the customers car getting the old rims and tires off in no time. Soya is the man! He was responsive on the phone and was able to get the tires we needed. I had a blowout between Barstow and Victorville and had to drive about 30 miles in. I called about 10 other shops, and they couldn't help. My other tires were too low to rotate so a new set was needed. Soya explained why and showed me the tread level. He was ready for me when I showed up and began working quickly. The service was fast, affordable (for the tires we chose). Helped me in a pinch and didn't take advantage of us. Very happy with the service, pricing + customer service. I'll be making the trip up the hill next time I need another set! I'm and out in about an hour- with the tires needing to be brought ordered. I got ripped off... On a trip back to San Diego, I stopped at this place to replace an almost blown out tire. I selected brand new Pirelli P6. I drove 120 miles with wobble in my steering wheel. Once I reached home, I checked the tires to find out they mounted 2 different tires: 1 Pirelli P6 and 1 P6000 (with very different thread patterns). The tires were also badly balanced. Paid $140 for both tires. I didn't realize the "cash" price was "no taxes, no receipt no returns...etc." So anyway, wasted $140, got my tires changed. The tire place (by where I live) told me that those tires JR mounted were winter/snow tires from late 90's. AVOID at all cost. This place is just packed with crooks and thieves. read more

Jrs tires is so petty for what they did to our friend. They tried to charged our friend more money on their tires because they recognized the car we used to drive. Thats petty behavior and we didn't do anything wrong. It's been two years since we got the tires done on that car from jrs tires. What they did two years ago to our car is not tighten the lug nuts right and I was driving around with my kids in my car with loose lug nuts! read more

Took in a leaking tire found I had a cracked rim. They told me it would be 1 to 2 days. Ended up being over a week. With no vehicle because of their incompetence couldn't give me a price, nor would they give me a receipt? Very unprofessional will never take my business there again. read more

Car got flat up the freeway going to Vegas. Had it towed. Don't know the young adults name, but he was nice, super quick and honest. A plug had deteriorated and caused the tire to go flat. 110 degrees and he patched it up fast. Was on the road in less than 20 minutes. Was lucky no one was there so we just cruised in. FYI I did call before we arrived to let him know I'd be coming in. He came through and much appreciated. Thank you so much! The great reviews don't off set the few bad reviews and the customers attitude is unknown. In time of need they do the job. Reading the reviews... they aren't Google maps, and they're not there to make friends. They do the job and that's all that should matter. read more

Drove 45 min and waited in the lobby for 30 min for tires that were a "good deal". Antonio said they were just old inventory and discontinued. But "new". Full of shit. After waiting 30 min he finally shows me them and they're covered in dirt as if someone was driving around with them. Also covered in tire shine, and one tire clearly had tread wear. He thought I was dumb enough to not notice the tires are used. But he was selling them at new tire price. Nothing but scammers here, just like their phelan location which was part of a credit card scam ring. read more

I couldn't walk and unfortunately I had a low pressure on one of my tire I wait for a bit no one came out till a few minutes later and he just stands looking at me from a distance never approaches me to ask what I needed. Came in at 5:33 with 2 guys working, I tell one I have a slow leak I'm on 10 psi, the guy tells me he can't help me even though I pulled up with a flat tire, I hope who ever name is jr sees my review, basically I had to drive 3 min up to Jose's tire were they were respectful and helpful, I ain't come for a free fix, how do u refuse a guy coming to the tire shop with a flat tire ? U close at 6 the time now is 5:42, remeber employees let businesses fail due to they don't want to work when business owner is not around, oh and I need a new tire which I paid 60$ for at Jose's best of luck read more

Driving home and got a screw in my tire from the road construction on Yucca Loma. Called 12 tire shops no one had my size tires (specialty size 305/30Z/20) new or used called Jr's tires and not only did he have them but was even willing to come take my rim off from where I was because AAA was 3 hours out. I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs again!!! read more
