On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, I arrived at this location to have them check my tire sensor in my vehicle. I wanted to make sure that I had my vehicle in good working order prior to driving from the Inland Empire to the State of Arizona for an important trip to visit with a friend. Within minutes of my arrival they were able to diagnose the problem, locate a faulty sensor and replace it. I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the quality of the workmanship and compassion they had knowing that I was going to make an 8 hour drive. I highly recommend this establishment for your tire needs. I went to a big brand tire place in Hesperia where the inept employee that checked my tire told me he adjusted the tire pressure and to drive until the flat time indicator sensor turned off on my dashboard display. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my car for a break change back in June of 2019. It has only been six months since I had my brakes replaced. This morning, I took it back to Azteca, because the brakes sounded awful. From one day to another, it sounded like scrapping metal when I would brake. The attendant assured us that it was not the breaks, but something else. This "something else" would cost us over $500 to repair. I honestly think that when they did the work the first time, they did not do it correctly. I will now be getting a second opinion and taking my business elsewhere. I'm a regular customer here but this is the second time I have an issue. It's my fault for buying used tires so I expect a problem here and there, last week I had a issue with driver front tired it was a small leak which I didn't mind turned into a big leak had the guys at Azteca patch it for $15 (cash) which was fine. Then this week had a small leak in my passenger back tire, okay went back to patch it up, this is were I have a big issue. The guy tells me I must have drove in some "dirt" cause when they took it apart all of it "fell" out. STILL CHARGE ME $15. Didn't really see the point to charge me that much of a patch wasn't put on. Literally 1 day later MY sensor comes on and tells me the pressure is low. The following day it's super low that's what really got me pist! I have two kids in my car and don't appreciate them lying or not even looking to find the leak. Makes me think how many times they have done this to other customers. Also I have a daily drive to LA so I'm out in danger by trusting this guys. I wouldn't recommend anyone making deals with these guys they are crooked thief's if you ask me!!!! read more

If I can put less stars I would but anyway. I needed some tires so I came to azteca because they told me they were affordable. Well turns out they are only affordable if you pay cash because he just takes the tax off. A couple of days later I see my tire light indicator that my tire was flat. I took it back to azteca and they said I had a nail in the tire and that they couldn't fix it because of where the nail was. I understood and asked for a discount since the tire was brand new and they said no that I had to buy another tire. I decided not to get the new tire and took it to another shop and they patched my tire in less than 10 min. Azteca tires is untrustworthy and are either lazy or just don't know how to do their job. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Don't ever go here!!! Poor CS. I bought my own tires to be mounted on my rims (which were brand new). I was told a price which we agreed to. Once they had unloaded the rims & tires they changed there mind on the price once they started to mount one tire. They wanted to charge me more money I believe because 1. I didn't buy them from their shop and 2.because they are greedy. I am so sick and tired of shops changing their prices once you agree to the work. That's why I try to stay away from them. This little place was open,so I drove there and was helped by a kind man who wasn't demanding or belittling like some mechanics I've dealt with in the past. He directed me to another worker who then told me where to park my car, and within ten minutes the whole procedure was done with no hassle or paperwork of any kind. I came into Azteca Tires & Wheels to have a leaking tire repaired. The owner said the cost would be $10 cash or $20 dollars debit! $20 for debit is outrageous! But here is the reason for me giving a One Star rating. They took my tire off and showed me a nail in the tire. I said sure, go ahead and repair it. But instead of repairing the puncture, they pulled the nail out of the tire and remounted the tire onto my car without being repaired! If I hadn't noticed bubbles coming up from where the nail was removed, they would have charged me for a tire repair that wasn't repaired, and I would have had a flat tire within 30 minutes. I was furious! I talked with the manager, and he scolded the person that was supposed to repair the tire for not telling me the tire was being put back onto my car without being repaired, and with a hole in the tire from where the nail was pulled out. read more

Terrible service the last 2 times I was there! Both times damaged something! I have been going here for many years and never had an issue till lately. First time I had an issue was they lost my hub centrics for my wheels and then broke 2 center caps and claim they didn't do it when they went in they were on there with every clip and then handed back to me after with 2 clips left and you can tell it was a new break on every clip. I was told by Mario they would not be fixed by them they werent responsible for it! So I left. I now came back with other wheels not a single scratch on them and now left with damage to every wheel from them not being careful and smacking the face of every wheel with the lug nut key! I have before pictures and pictures now with the damage done and they refuse to fix it after they just damaged every one of them! read more

ROAD TRIP GONE AWRY! The tire on the BF's car BLEW on the 15! We don't know the area, the wind was howling, it was just after 6pm and frankly, this dilemma stood to wreck havoc on our little the adventure! Enter YELP, Azteca Tire and MARIO!!! Talk about serendipitous! First couple calls I made were "this number is no longer in service" followed by the second, which was picked up by an answering machine. Third number I called was received by a kind voice who laid my worries immediately to bed! Mario let me know that they're open until 7, but if I couldn't get there by that time to call ahead and they'd make sure someone was there to take care of us! We ended up with a stellar deal, fabulous friendly professional service, and... Wait for it... We were back on the road headed for our destination and the remainder of our in adventure HALF AN HOUR later! Half an hour!!!!! Can't even begin to tell Mario how much I appreciated his five-star service! Even the young men in the garage sent us off with smiles and pleasantries! Stay away! This place is a rip off. Went and bought 4 brand new tires (china brand) for 60 each. In less then six months they wore out. Went back and they said its 90 each for same off brand tire and was laughed and were called liars when we said we paid 60. Were told to move our car cause we were blocking their sign. Looked everywhere for a banner or something. It ended up being a 2x4 foot plastic sign. Like the "floor is wet" sign size. Kept ignoring us and making comments to each other. My husband told them how we spent over 2 thousand at their store on rims and tires and if he couldnt find us a better deal. They pretty much just walked away from us. Never again.
