Been coming here ever since I moved to the HD in 2021 Never had any problems or issues with their services, they always do an astounding job; always keep me updated on what exactly it is that my car is in need of. Prices have always been fair and affordable. Referred me over to Tri-City Wheel Repair for further assistance; Overall they are honest and very well at their job. 100/10 would recommend! read more

I went to buy a couple new tires. They showed me a Yokohama tire, I said OK, I'll be back from my lunch break, I didn't notice until I got home. They put these cheap Lionhart tires on my car. They did the old switcheroo on me. read more

I went in 30 minutes before closing and they were so quick and helpful. I needed all 4 tires replaced and they were on it! Everyone was very nice. 10/10 read more

service was great (i did go in the am once they open) but took me right in. I install 4 rims and tires. I even got new tpms sensors but they told me i didnt need them saved me some money. Balance all 4 tires. They were fair in price; at the time a person came in look like he had a flat on a car but i did overhear them tell the guy he can come back and pay for it later. So they did him a favor. read more

My car had a banged up tire, as I was traveling through Hesperia, went to Azteca tire and wheel to get a quote and they had my tire at a great price. They're very busy, so I waited about 20 minutes. They work fast. The manager and his employees were very polite and informative about getting the best tire for my car. Got my new tire and was ready to continue my travels and I didn't have to loose a lot of time looking for a reliable business. I found it fast. Great service and great prices. Thankful for honest and friendly staff! read more

Azteca Tires & Wheels - Different tire sizes - Tires Near Me - Hesperia, California

Can't say enough good things about Azteca Tires, they really saved me. I was on my way to Vegas for a family reunion when my rear tire started shredding itself. It was 5:59 pm when I pulled in and it's one of those hi performance tires that's hard to find. Even though they were about to close, Mondo offered a friendly smile and asked what he could do to help. Luckily they had a replacement and less than 30 min later I was back on the road. EXCELLENT customer service- Mondo really delivered! FIVE STARS. read more

Azteca Tires & Wheels - Tires Near Me - Hesperia, California

On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, I arrived at this location to have them check my tire sensor in my vehicle. I wanted to make sure that I had my vehicle in good working order prior to driving from the Inland Empire to the State of Arizona for an important trip to visit with a friend. Within minutes of my arrival they were able to diagnose the problem, locate a faulty sensor and replace it. I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the quality of the workmanship and compassion they had knowing that I was going to make an 8 hour drive. I highly recommend this establishment for your tire needs. I went to a big brand tire place in Hesperia where the inept employee that checked my tire told me he adjusted the tire pressure and to drive until the flat time indicator sensor turned off on my dashboard display. Don't waste your time or money at places like this. Give this small business your patronage, you will not be unsatisfied. THANK YOU AZTECA TIRES & WHEELS!! read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my car for a break change back in June of 2019. It has only been six months since I had my brakes replaced. This morning, I took it back to Azteca, because the brakes sounded awful. From one day to another, it sounded like scrapping metal when I would brake. The attendant assured us that it was not the breaks, but something else. This "something else" would cost us over $500 to repair. I honestly think that when they did the work the first time, they did not do it correctly. I will now be getting a second opinion and taking my business elsewhere. I will also be informing all my family and friends in the HD to not go there as well. This place is a complete rip off. read more

I'm a regular customer here but this is the second time I have an issue. It's my fault for buying used tires so I expect a problem here and there, last week I had a issue with driver front tired it was a small leak which I didn't mind turned into a big leak had the guys at Azteca patch it for $15 (cash) which was fine. Then this week had a small leak in my passenger back tire, okay went back to patch it up, this is were I have a big issue. The guy tells me I must have drove in some "dirt" cause when they took it apart all of it "fell" out. STILL CHARGE ME $15. Didn't really see the point to charge me that much of a patch wasn't put on. Literally 1 day later MY sensor comes on and tells me the pressure is low. The following day it's super low that's what really got me pist! I have two kids in my car and don't appreciate them lying or not even looking to find the leak. Makes me think how many times they have done this to other customers. Also I have a daily drive to LA so I'm out in danger by trusting this guys. I wouldn't recommend anyone making deals with these guys they are crooked thief's if you ask me!!!! read more

I am currently here at Azteca tires #2 WOW so much to say I rarely do this but I have to say MONDO is the guy who helped us he's honest very informative about everything which I'm appreciate I highly recommend them for tire service. 2nd set of tires here and we will be coming back as needed! Thank you Mondo read more

Great tire shop. Had a tire that was leaking air. They got me back on the road in no time.

If I can put less stars I would but anyway. I needed some tires so I came to azteca because they told me they were affordable. Well turns out they are only affordable if you pay cash because he just takes the tax off. A couple of days later I see my tire light indicator that my tire was flat. I took it back to azteca and they said I had a nail in the tire and that they couldn't fix it because of where the nail was. I understood and asked for a discount since the tire was brand new and they said no that I had to buy another tire. I decided not to get the new tire and took it to another shop and they patched my tire in less than 10 min. Azteca tires is untrustworthy and are either lazy or just don't know how to do their job. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Customer service here is on point! Employees are very respectful to customers and very knowledgeable. Prices aren't bad either. I'll definitely recommend Azteca to friends and family. read more

Don't ever go here!!! Poor CS. I bought my own tires to be mounted on my rims (which were brand new). I was told a price which we agreed to. Once they had unloaded the rims & tires they changed there mind on the price once they started to mount one tire. They wanted to charge me more money I believe because 1. I didn't buy them from their shop and 2.because they are greedy. I am so sick and tired of shops changing their prices once you agree to the work. That's why I try to stay away from them. Needless to say I had to go down the hill to my old tire shop who did it for less than my original quote. I will never be back!!!! read more

honestly I was surprised by the service I was giving a head to get a plug on my tire out here I foul out of place because I'm not from around the area but as soon as I pulled in the person running the place made me feel comfortable even though all his stations were busy he was like the pull your car to the side and I'll patch a tire right up and get you out of here that is excellent customer service right there a plus plus read more

Bought all four new, installation was quick. The reason for the 3 star review is because I felt the front bounce on the drive home so when I checked the tire pressure it was almost 10 pounds over the recommended psi. I even tipped the installer. read more

Very unprofessional Julio and franky were disrespectful and making perverted comments to my aunt in Spanish I assume they thought we didn't know Spanish. Worse place to come to I hate this place and the people that work here I will get this place shit down mark my words read more

*Note I base this review entirely on my only visit* I found a nail embedded in my car's tire and knew that it needed to be treated quickly before work the next day. This little place was open,so I drove there and was helped by a kind man who wasn't demanding or belittling like some mechanics I've dealt with in the past. He directed me to another worker who then told me where to park my car, and within ten minutes the whole procedure was done with no hassle or paperwork of any kind. Quick, inexpensive, easy, and to the point. They were also bilingual, if anyone is considering recommending these guys to someone who feels more comfortable speaking in Spanish. read more

I came into Azteca Tires & Wheels to have a leaking tire repaired. The owner said the cost would be $10 cash or $20 dollars debit! $20 for debit is outrageous! But here is the reason for me giving a One Star rating. They took my tire off and showed me a nail in the tire. I said sure, go ahead and repair it. But instead of repairing the puncture, they pulled the nail out of the tire and remounted the tire onto my car without being repaired! If I hadn't noticed bubbles coming up from where the nail was removed, they would have charged me for a tire repair that wasn't repaired, and I would have had a flat tire within 30 minutes. I was furious! I talked with the manager, and he scolded the person that was supposed to repair the tire for not telling me the tire was being put back onto my car without being repaired, and with a hole in the tire from where the nail was pulled out. read more

Terrible service the last 2 times I was there! Both times damaged something! I have been going here for many years and never had an issue till lately. First time I had an issue was they lost my hub centrics for my wheels and then broke 2 center caps and claim they didn't do it when they went in they were on there with every clip and then handed back to me after with 2 clips left and you can tell it was a new break on every clip. I was told by Mario they would not be fixed by them they werent responsible for it! So I left. I now came back with other wheels not a single scratch on them and now left with damage to every wheel from them not being careful and smacking the face of every wheel with the lug nut key! I have before pictures and pictures now with the damage done and they refuse to fix it after they just damaged every one of them! read more

ROAD TRIP GONE AWRY! The tire on the BF's car BLEW on the 15! We don't know the area, the wind was howling, it was just after 6pm and frankly, this dilemma stood to wreck havoc on our little the adventure! Enter YELP, Azteca Tire and MARIO!!! Talk about serendipitous! First couple calls I made were "this number is no longer in service" followed by the second, which was picked up by an answering machine. Third number I called was received by a kind voice who laid my worries immediately to bed! Mario let me know that they're open until 7, but if I couldn't get there by that time to call ahead and they'd make sure someone was there to take care of us! We ended up with a stellar deal, fabulous friendly professional service, and... Wait for it... We were back on the road headed for our destination and the remainder of our in adventure HALF AN HOUR later! Half an hour!!!!! Can't even begin to tell Mario how much I appreciated his five-star service! Even the young men in the garage sent us off with smiles and pleasantries! Look, anyone can sell a tire, we all need them after all, but - on a Friday night when I'm sure they'd rather have been heading home, knowing we were desperate and were at their mercy - Azteca provided great service and low prices! read more

Stay away! This place is a rip off. Went and bought 4 brand new tires (china brand) for 60 each. In less then six months they wore out. Went back and they said its 90 each for same off brand tire and was laughed and were called liars when we said we paid 60. Were told to move our car cause we were blocking their sign. Looked everywhere for a banner or something. It ended up being a 2x4 foot plastic sign. Like the "floor is wet" sign size. Kept ignoring us and making comments to each other. My husband told them how we spent over 2 thousand at their store on rims and tires and if he couldnt find us a better deal. They pretty much just walked away from us. Never again. Never been treated so rudely. read more
