The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness! While I was waiting, I observed their entire team at work. Every team member was working diligently in cleaning up and preparing to close shop. It was a very humbling sight. It left me feeling that the main goal wasn't safety, but selling me a new tire. Especially since another local shop was able to repair the tire safely for $20. I appreciate the offer to discuss this with the store manager, but I also believe this feedback is important for others to hear. Trust is built through transparency, and unfortunately, that's where my experience fell short.
