Monday calls and nothing so I call then Monday turns into Wednesday. Wednesday comes and nothing so I call AGAIN not once did they call me for an update like they were supposed to. I had to take time out of my work week to call them. Then Wednesday turns into Friday. I come in to get the tire and they have it and do it but they literally let me sit an extra 30 minutes after my car was done. I know this because I watched them take my car and watched them park it in the same spot once done. Sitting there wondering what is going on for 30 mins finally I lose my patience and get up to ask yo what is going on? Is my car done or what? Of course my keys and car were ready to go. They literally just let me sit and waste 30 mins of my time while they were standing around doing nothing. They were not busy and I had an appointment I should have been out of there as soon as my car was ready to go especially after everything they put me through already. Extremely disappointed. They need to get it together because this place is a disorganized mess and the people who work at the front desk are terrible. Getting paid to stand around and do nothing. Do not recommend coming here for tires and if you do be prepared to have a very bad and extremely disappointing experience with them.

Looking at the printout, they actually made the alignment worse. When I brought it back because it drove terribly, the owner got defensive, argued with me, and refused to put it back on the rack unless I agreed to pay him if it checked out "fine." Even on his own screen, an angle was clearly out of the green, but he made excuses about "leeway," refused to fix it, and charged me an extra $50. I took it straight to America's Tire, where their printout proved the toe was severely out of spec in the red (0.51°). They dialed it in properly for the exact same price. The owner at Gonzalez Tires lacks technical know-how, does sloppy work, and charges you extra when called out on his mistakes.
