I've been coming to this location for the past 3 years and have always been happy with their services until today. Apparently if you pay cash you have to pay tax for a receipt. If you pay with card the receipt is added on automatically on with the tax. Sounds shady to me. Will not be coming back to any Jr.'s Tires locations again. read more

This Place Placed my brand new tires and did not even balance them, Had to go back a second time to get them balanced, Thank You To Jesus who actually ended up getting me back on the road with my tires balanced again. read more

Bought tires online and had them mount and balance. Fast and good prices. In and out in about an hour.

The front desk lady, Crystal, is rude and disrespectful to customers service. There's always a young kid in the workplace. Don't recommend this place. It's way too expensive new tire, 75, and the used tires are the same price as new. read more

They sold me 3 patched tires without me being aware they were patched, didn't show me or tell me, and refused to refund me and take the tires back despite them not telling me this information. Had I known they were patched I would've gone and bought brand new tires. And the customer service sucks, the "manager" was super rude. Don't bother with them. read more

I caught a flat on Navajo and pulled over in front of Jr's tire shop. My tire completely was on the rim. The shop came out after I had been sitting there an hour waiting for a tire change from aaa and the lady tells me if I drive my car into their lot they can help me otherwise they cnt. An older man comes out tried to help change my tire and cnt get my tire off so the lady starts kicking my tire. Like how does that help. They went back into the shop and never came back out leaving my tire on the jack on central. A stranger stopped and changed my tire in 2 mins. I took my business to les Shawbs and got a new tire. Had Jr's tire shop not been so unprofessional I would've bought my new tire there but after their unprofessional service I would rather drive 30 mins on a spare tire to a professional tire shop. Thanks for the lack of help read more

Quick service and very friendly. They knew what they were doing and got me out quickly. Very fair prices as well.

Jonny helped me out when I was having so many problems looking for run flats for my car, he had the most wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive, caring and had a great sense of humor. I will be back here for all my tires because of Jonny! Thanks again!! - Yo Mamma. read more

Jr's Tire Shop - Jonny helped me out when I was having so many problems looking for run flats for my car. Thanks bro, will be back - Tires Near Me - Apple Valley, California

Found that I had a screw in my tire and they were very quick to remove it and repair the hole that was left behind. Affordable patch too.

By far the best service I've had in the desert. I wanna personally thank Antonio. He stayed after office hours and to ensure my tires were properly replaced for equipment that helps feed my family. The shop goes above and beyond to help local small businesses to stay safe in the streets of our desert while not charging you an arm and a leg. I sincerely recommend Jrs tires on central and Powhatan Rd. read more

Have been here a handful of times for both of my cars. These guys are friendly, fast, and reliable. Definitely my go to tire shop

We noticed a giant bolt in our tire right as we were heading out to go camping. My husband called and asked if they could take us for a tire repair at 5:00 pm on a Friday and they told us YES! We came right over and Jesus busted it out quick and efficiently! Love this place! read more

Man what a life saver!!! Had a blow out driving down Central at 4:57. Came back up to the shop & told then what was going on & they stayed open to help us out! Man idk what we would have done if they weren't so courteous being that ABSOLUTELY NO other tire shops were open anymore. I can't say THANK YOU enough!!! God Bless You! read more

Jr's tire shop helped us with our Toy Hauler tire and rim. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate the personalized treatment we received. He kept the rim overnight and straightened it out for us so we didn't have to buy a new one. He even worked late and then sent us a text showing us how it turned out! We are so impressed with this show. We have multiple vehicles as well as our trailer and we now will give them all of our business. Thank you, Jr's Tire Shop for providing such excellent service!! read more

I came in because my tire pressure light came on. When the little girl filled up my tires he said he couldn't tell which tire had a hole. Once I got home I clearly hear which tire it was. I didn't know this establishment hired people with an extra chromosome read more

I Stand corrected. 34 tire places in this 10 miles radius. Although some nice, others rude, missing, and or present.. (Someone may want to go make sure the employees are safe and alive at some of these other tire places. They say open, but half don't pick up. Maybe I just watch first 48 to often.) This spot though. came through. 3 tires at a solid price. Place came perfeft. Both used and new prices were better by A LONG SHOT, compared to the other #VictorvilleTirePriceGougers. Thx for the fast and friendly service. AND the best pricing. Come here if you break down in Victorville area. I'm out! read more

Thank Goodness For These Guys I live up in Running Springs (SB Mountains) most tire shops I called either don't answer or don't have SUV tires under $180-200 a tire..this mom on disability battling cancer doesn't have a high end tire budget, my daughter was visiting friends in AV and they told her to call Jr's, not only did they have 2 tires for me at a great price but they didn't try to guilt me for only getting 2 tires.. They took fast and very good care of my cargot me back on the road in no time safe & sound..well worth my drive from the mountains and I will definitely be back in a few weeks for 2 more tires:) if your in the HD please give Jr's Tires a call, I bet you'll be just has glad has I was read more

I called a day in advance to get a quote to have 6 RV tires installed. They quoted $25 a tire for installation including balancing. When I arrived the next day at the agreed hour, they didn't have the tools to take the tires off. It took about a half an hour for the tool to arrive. The job took more than two and a half hours because they didn't have the right tools and they definitely lack experience with bigger tires. The owner came and instructed the workers on how to do the job and he told one of them in Spanish that "you underquoted him" and to charge $40 per tire instead. So it was $25 per tire (no balancing) and $15 to dispose per tire. I found that in poor taste. I am bilingual and clearly understood what he said. I paid and got no receipt. Sure enough the tires need balancing. I was quoted $34 per tire by a shop that specializes in Trucks and RVs in Rialto including balancing and tire disposal but the Apple Valley shop was near where I bought the tires for my motorhome. :( Bottom line, honor your prices and don't offer services that you clearly don't have the tools to perform. You DON'T have a tire balancing machine nor do you have the bean bags commonly used in balancing big tires. On a positive note, both workers there have a positive attitude and they work really hard. read more

We were trekking out to Havasu for the weekend and got a flat in the middle of the SH18. Being that it was 7pm on a Friday night, our hopes for making it out to Havasu were pretty grim. That's when Dan pulled over and offered to drive all the way back out to the shop and open up for us after hours so we could continue on our way with a nice new tire. Without Dan, we'd probably still be sitting on the side of the road counting cars. Dan from Jr's tires really is the man! read more

Today is labor day and Jr's tires saved my life. I was out in Johnson valley and blew out 1 Tire and then replaced it with my spare and then that one blew out! Just my luck. I tired all Tire shops in the surrounding area and Jr's Tire was the only shop open! Showed up and he gave me a great replacement tire for a great price despite being the only shop open! I recommend JR'S tires to anyone in need of service or desperate help! A++++++ read more

This place is a joke! They are suppose to open at 7:30 and at 8:00 I call there other tire shop on I avenue and ask the guy that answers the phone when this one is going to open and he tells me any minute that the guy is on his way and is very close! So I wait for 45 minutes more and nothing so then I call the shop on I and tell him that I'm on my way to his place and ask if they have a certain size used tire and he states yes, that normally they charge 70.00 but since I had been waiting so long at the other place that he would sell it to me for 50.00 what a joke when I could get a brand new one for that price at Walmart read more
