As they allowed my ex to destroy my property and slander me! Do not rent a storage from them they also claim to have climate control units which they do not and say you may have mail delivered there which they do not! They say they do at their facility by the post office but who knows! Completely unprofessional and plays both sides of the fence which 2 out of 3 of the weekends I stored my belongings there they left the gate open all weekend! Question: what do we pay for if it says in the contract that the storage unit company isn't liable for anything literally anything. Their not liable if someone breaks in. Their not liable if there is a fire. And their not liable for rat infestation. So essentially were paying them for literally a 12x12 sq ft piece of land with for walls and hope. Of course these contracts are pretty relative to any storage company not just direct. I admit I'm ranting but ultimately its disappointing that I can't hold anyone accountable for finding rat droppings all over my belongings. Update: management rectified the situation and refunded us a portion of our rent. I upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 given the situation. Not a five star because regardless there was rat droppings in our unit that ruined our furniture.

This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.

The manager Alex poorly manages his staff especially when it comes to making sure customer payments are processed correctly. One time they said we haven't sent our payment but our bank records indicated that they cashed our check. We had to argue for two straight days and even presented our bank documents as proof. Despite that they rejected our assertions and insisted that we send a new check. They eventually discovered their mistake but not after us constantly asking to check. Alex and his staff are incompetent yet very condescending. Do not patronize this facility. Horrible customer service!!!

There are rats, thefts poor maintenance and petty vengeance write ups by the managers. There is literally no one to talk to in person. Everything is done over the phone and through email. If you ever have a complaint or any kind of inquiry, good luck getting it resolved Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. That place is awful as are the miserable managers.
